Asana est conçu pour la gestion des tâches, la collaboration et la planification de projet au sein d'une équipe. J'ai découvert et adopté cette application quand j'ai été sollicité pour travailler dans une agence digitale canadienne. L'outil présente une interface conviviale pour créer, attribuer et suivre les tâches et les projets. Grâce à des fonctionnalités telles que les commentaires sur les tâches, les pièces jointes et les discussions sur les projets, les communications sont fluides au sein de l'équipe. Chacun sait ce qu'il a à faire et les échéances à respecter. L'outil garantit le suivi des projets et le bon déroulement du travail dans une équipe.

Inconvénients

Asana détient une interface conviviale certes, mais les nouveaux utilisateurs qui souhaitent profiter des fonctionnalités et des avantages de l'application doivent passer un peu de temps à l'utiliser pour le maitriser. C'est la meilleure solution pour optimiser son utilisation et pour bénéficier de son efficacité.

Avantages

Asana est intuitif et facile à utiliser pour le travail avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités, ce logiciel permet de créer ou de modifier des tâches de travail à partir de presque toutes les vues du projet, et nous pouvons noter qu'il est disponible en plusieurs langues.

Inconvénients

Pour avoir des services de prestiges, il faut payer plus cher ce qui n'est pas accessible à tout utilisateur. Il est même aussi plus cher que certaines s autres options pour le travail.

Asana est un logiciel couteau suisse qui nous permet de jongler avec les tâches, de suivre l'avancemenent des projets, et de garantir un delivery dans les temps. Idéal pour une gestion de contenus intuitive et fluide

Inconvénients

La version gratuite est intéressante mais très vite on se retrouve limité et il faut passer aux versions premium qui représentant un budget conséquent lorsque l'on souhaite inclure le plus d'utilisateurs possibles

Asana a réussi à rendre leur plateforme tellement simple qu'elle en devient amusante à utiliser. L'interface est simple mais efficace et claire.

Inconvénients

Il s'agit plutôt du coût que des fonctionnalités. À près de 75$CAD pour 5 utilisateurs pour la version mid-tier, le coût est trop élevé.

Avantages

c'est une bonne chose de faire des échanges au sein de la même tâche. j'adore aussi le système qui permet d'identifier et de repérer les choses à travers cette fonctionnalité

Inconvénients

Faut-il encore chercher à améliorer cette fonctionnalité en y précisant les attributions des tâches et en facilitant le contact extérieur avec les clients !

Avantages

Asana is a very robust project management tool with a simple interface. It is not hard to get started and do the basics such as creating a project and adding tasks. The app is also very intuitive and you can get to your tasks quite quickly. I like that I can just scroll through the tasks and find one that I can do in the time I have available. You can also prioritize your tasks by importance.
I like the list view of projects because I don't have to open workspaces and boards, etc. However, it does also have the Kanban layout.

Inconvénients

This is not really the fault of the software, but I tend to put too many tasks in project management tools and this reduces my motivation to open them. Ultimately, it's easier for me to remember something when I write it down on paper.

Avantages

Asana has a lot of moduality. I'm a very particular person and very systems-minded, and I can really tailor Asana to those specific, high-level needs. That said, Asana manages to offer that power of options without over-crowding the UI/X and making the platform feel sluggish or over-stimulating to view.

Inconvénients

Very few things that are largely insignificant compared to it's strength. There are small details like the pop-up windows from completed, deleted or altered tasks appearing on the left of screen obscuring the menus/ projects. You have to close each one until you can get to click your next project.

It’s an excellent tool for project management and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, even when part of the team is external to the organization.

Inconvénients

There’s nothing I don’t like about Asana, but perhaps it could make the experience of duplicating projects a bit simpler.

The main highlight for me is how Asana helps organize tasks and projects visually. The customizable boards, lists, and timelines make it easy to manage workflows and collaborate with my team.

Inconvénients

The learning curve can be a bit steep for new users. Some features, like reporting and task dependencies, are more complex and require extra time to set up properly. However after becoming comfortable with Asana and its features, it is an undeniably useful tool.

Asana is very interactive - which is excellent for a small/mid-size company where most workers are remote. It also combines well with other tools, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Harvest. It is an essential element of how we do work. Our team can organize tasks, communicate with each other about the status of tasks, and ask questions in a forum that optimizes productivity. I highly recommend Asana.

Inconvénients

Asana can have its navigational challenges. There are a lot of aspects of Asana that take time and effort to learn. These components are not always intuitive. Asana's tutorial/learning courses are not always the most helpful. In fact, I've struggled to understand concepts and not been able to fully engage with every facet of Asana as a result. That's unfortunate (since I've been using Asana for multiple years).

Using Asana is intuitive. It's so easy to pick up. Especially once you find the task view you prefer. I like using the Calendar and Gantt views, but there's something for everyone. It also is a great system of record for projects. The whole team can connect on a project's overall progress but also on its details, and the ability to add hyperlinks and attach docs to tasks keeps everything in one place, which is indispensable for successfully managing bigger projects.

Inconvénients

I don't dislike anything about Asana, but I've used different tiers of Asana throughout the years and am currently using a tier that doesn't include the ability to set a project's status. I miss that feature.

Avantages

It keeps me organized!! It is so easy to see what I have to do, what others on my team are working on, and when everything is getting done. I love how we can communicate in Asana, provide updates on workflows, and easily adjust as needed. It's amazing that we can work with clients on other boards and just overall streamline workstreams.

Inconvénients

That not everyone uses it, so sometimes have to figure out how to get people on board or integrate our system with theirs.

I like that the capabilities are endless for how you can set up projects and processes to work best for your specific company or team. I also love that, on a daily basis, I discover some new way that Asana can make my job more efficient and streamlined.

Inconvénients

Changing the “time” in the due date field is a little wonky if you are trying to type it in and not use the drop-down. But that’s the only minor annoyance I have.

Asana has a sleek modern interface, is used by many companies, and offers a wide range of tools for task and project management.

Inconvénients

For me personally, Asana always felt like too much to handle. With a lot of tasks on my plate as both an employee and manager using Asana on multiple different occasions, I always felt like the app offers way too much for me to comprehend with my busy schedule and limited resources.

Asana is probably the best project-tracking software I've used when it comes to the user interface. Everything is extremely easy to pick up and learn fast. Tagging collaborators and creating new boards to work on projects with clients is extremely easy.

Inconvénients

As with many project management softwares, there is a small learning curve when it comes to dialing in your email notifications to ensure you're getting what you need without being bombarded with emails.

Avantages

I love the ability to use this platform for both internal projects and client facing updates, I work on several teams where we can easily move the project to the next person once it goes through each phase until final approvals are complete. It streamlines the workflow and allows for us to share necessary information to complete each tasks.

Inconvénients

I think it can be easily used improperly which can lead to missed deadlines/communications I think it could have some better resources for agencies.
