Hive is a much needed resource during remote work and continues to improve!

Project management and in-house (only) team communication.

Avantages

The chat function is HUGE for keeping our team connected while we are apart. We use it every day. I also love the "my actions" view because it keeps everything organized for me and I can stay on track and on time while juggling many different projects at once. Hive takes our feedback and makes improvements in a timely manner. I would recommend this product and it will just keep getting better!

Inconvénients

I think "my actions" should automatically sort by the next due date at the top (the closest date). Instead, you have to manually adjust the order of tasks by due date, which is a little tedious. Maybe you could offer both options? Manual and auto.

Truly Insightful Project Management for Agencies

Avantages

The multiple team and dashboard views are a difference maker for our team, as well as the agency view which helps us anticipate and overcome potential bottlenecks.

Inconvénients

The mobile app is not nearly as robust as the desktop version.

So far, so good!

trying to get away from to-do lists being emailed out by PM, but so far, still needs to be done. But in 6 months we may feel totally different!

Avantages

I like the visuals and the multiple ways to move between projects etc

Inconvénients

don't love the status functionality, and haven't figured out best practices on a lot of things yet.

Great project management software for our remote team

Very good! We rely on this platform heavily to track all of our projects.

Avantages

Helps us organize all of our client and internal projects and track time for each team member.

Inconvénients

The chat functionality and notifications are not as good as some other communication platforms that we've used (e.g. Slack, Teams)

Want to jumpstart your teams' productivity? GET HIVE!

Avantages

The personalized customer support is phenomenal and made us feel like we were the only customers! Our team loves having the chat bar right inside of Hive to minimize​ the need to switch windows.

Inconvénients

The software needs to have a dashboard where it pulls data from the individual projects and gives you a dashboard of all project status in one view.

Integral in my team's organization and efficiency

Avantages

Hive has been a game changer at my company and within my department. It allows us to have eyes on all existing projects and easily navigate tasks through to completion. Hive tickets are easy to use and have streamlined our workflow.

Inconvénients

While Hive is mostly easy to use, I do find myself getting lost trying to move from one place to another. After some playing around, I can usually find where I need to be, but I do think some of the features could be easier to digest from a user standpoint.
