Avantages

I am in love with this software. It helps our team manage tasks, request and give approvals, chat with each other, and connect our email. There are so many functions that just make this software the best I've used.

Inconvénients

I have only been using Hive for a short amount of time and I have not found any cons yet. I am still learning all it has to offer.

It was a great product for using use it it's self explanation

It helps the business talk more, but without the formality emails can bring. Email still important, but Hive is great for announcements, general chat, and personal organisation (to-do lists)

Inconvénients

Took a while for it to work in speedy fashion on our network, but that's been sorted. Only thing I'd change right now is, on the news feed page, it'd be useful to have a function that allows you to search or filter - as you can often miss important announcements (say about people leaving) as before you know it 3 or 4 other posts have buried it. So a filter allowing you to view only "people" posts or only "events" posts for instance would be handy.

There are many platforms for organization and everyone has many different types of processes. With Hive we managed employer partnerships, customers, and development items all in a single application.

Inconvénients

I'm not sure if this is an actual negative, but I wish it was cheaper

Avantages

A client of mine asked me to use this for his startup, and I later actually thanked him. Because it made my life easier, a lot (which every PMS should do). Their customer care is highly responsive and solved any minor issues I had within extremely short period of time.

Inconvénients

The integration options wasn't that great for me, as I do a lot of it. And, probably could borrow some more features from others.

Avantages

I love that everyone at the office can interact and follow up their on-going activities and everyone can see on real time what's going on. I really like that I can also measure everybody's productivity and accomplishments. I love all the tools and views that you can get to see the information that's on the table at the time.

Inconvénients

I think what i liked the least was that i had it maybe a little bit rough to get started with, but once i got to understand it, this is a tool that has a great potencial. The app is weak i guess, since a work a lot on my phone and ipad i think the app has a lot of opportunities to work with.

It has a lot of features for project management and integrates well with your email. The chat function is also convenient and the mobile app is handy too.

Inconvénients

There are some aspects of Hive that are a bit annoying. For example, "future" actions aren't actually future actions. If you set up an action with a start date of next week, it doesn't show up as a future action. The only way to set the action as a future action is to snooze it. So, "future" actions aren't really future actions but are just snoozed actions.

Avantages

Love that it keeps all of my projects organized and includes a chat feature! It's the perfect mix of an Asana and Slack.

Some of the features are lacking, but I've been in constant communication with my rep.

The best part about Hive is how you can connect different tools my team and I are already using to it - like Dropbox.

It is a bit pricey for the functionality, but definitely the best solution to integrate a number of different business tools that we are already using.

It is ranked #2 in project management sites, customer support was incredible, amazing non profit prices, and I loved all the project layout options depending on the user. And, the interface was great!

The good organization of the whole company is very practical for this tool. so much connection, so many options, it has many things like relating to those of the other areas, if they are in the same project.

It is very difficult to use, it will be very practical, but for those who use it daily and are constantly in it. maybe an administrator
it does not have languages available.
It is not so visual. although he does not need it. but it would be practical to be a little. because sometimes you do not know what you do or where you pique, because you can make changes that some administrator has precented.
it is pointed out that you made them, but even if it is by mistake something general. and I think that's not right.

Very few bugs and delays. The software seems to function smoothly and the customer support is prompt and effective.

The general design could be made more visually appealing, but there is very little problems with the functionality.

I would say ease of use and features and functionality, but they only work on occasion and are not as advanced as other tools.

Inconvénients

The ease of use is fine but there are so many bugs with this software. We recently moved to this new hosting platform and can rarely ever log into our back-end intranet to make updates. It constantly logs me out after seconds of being logged in and customer support hasn't been helpful in figuring out why.

This software is very simple and user friendly.

Sometimes the tabs overlap (ex: to do, and group to do). I would like to be able to see everything in one place.

I can walk around my establishment, snap photos on my phone, make a quick to do item, and assign it to an employee. I get confirmation that it is done when they finish it. Simple management by walking. Also, the Gant chart, drag and drop list items to increase or decrease priority.

The app on my phone will need refinement over time.

The personalized customer support is phenomenal and made us feel like we were the only customers! Our team loves having the chat bar right inside of Hive to minimize​ the need to switch windows.

The software needs to have a dashboard where it pulls data from the individual projects and gives you a dashboard of all project status in one view.

Avantages

Hive has been a game changer at my company and within my department. It allows us to have eyes on all existing projects and easily navigate tasks through to completion. Hive tickets are easy to use and have streamlined our workflow.

Inconvénients

While Hive is mostly easy to use, I do find myself getting lost trying to move from one place to another. After some playing around, I can usually find where I need to be, but I do think some of the features could be easier to digest from a user standpoint.

I really like this software. It integrates some different ideas that are helpful. Such as using a Status View, Team View, Calendar View, Label View, or Gantt view when setting up a project. It also has a great platform for collaboration. I also like the mobile app!

Inconvénients

I think it would be helpful to have a rick management area for this software. Or at minimum an issue tracking area for project risks.

Avantages

The ability to create multiple boards with many color-coded cards that have the assignees' profile picture on them is a very clean way of organizing what needs to be done.

It seems like the endless pit of sub-actions could be organized differently, rather than it being almost the exact same thing as the parent card.

Being able to organize, label and prioritize tasks in one place has helped the efficiency of our business. The in app chat feature is very helpful too!

Hive syncs with all of the apps I use seamlessly. If I want to click and drag a module, it allows me to, and it's very intuitive

It is an additional add on. In this new age of constant new apps or signing up for another gig, it seems extraneous, but Hive really is worth it!
