The interface is fluid and fulfilling, and assigning tasks to team members is a breeze, allowing for effective task management throughout the entire project.

If I'm being honest, the notification feature isn't very effective.

Avantages

Can do all the functions for tasks and projects, integrates well with Outlook which is a big plus. Clean UI and easy to use, I like the features better than Trello and Asana mainly due to the Outlook email integration.

Inconvénients

No negatives, I wish you could easily assign multiple emails to the same task. Besides that no other concerns.

That's how I felt when I saw this software. I decided that it was easily the best and most fluid. It is clean, clear and intuitive which I need when I am organizing. I love the customizations and details that are available.

Inconvénients

I can't think of anything at the moment. It's worked really well for my business needs. If I HAD to pick something it would be that you can't scroll right to left in the tasks.

We are using this product for task management. Truly it is efficient to assign tasks and manage team member's processes daily. Timely notifications help us know about movement in the board. This is a proper task management tool, they have "Due Date", "Tags", "Watchers" features that are more impactful.

Inconvénients

I don't have much but need some more features in the "Comment Box".

Easy to use. Has a desktop version, a web version, and mobile version. Free.

Inconvénients

Notifications don't always work and it is easy to miss a comment or a task that was meant for you.
The desktop version never managed to connect to google drive. Instead, it opens the web version in the browser and then asks to login to your google drive account every single time.
Other minor bugs just build frustration over time.

It has a great User interface, I can manage several tasks together

A free trial is not enough, and if I want to send the same task to all projects I can not, I must do it separately. It is not easy

Avantages

The feel and ease of use are my favorite features. I use MeisterTask to keep track of my hobbies - what I'm working on, what I've completed. I love the visual - I can quickly see what I should tackle next. I use the free version and love how easy it is to drag and drop, as well as that I can open my tracking on any device.

Inconvénients

No complaints at all. I cannot think of anything that I don't like.

Avantages

I was using a tool that was more in line with GTD methodology, but we were not able to adapt it to the way we work. I found that I can use a mix of GTD and Agile work methods within MeisterTask. That flexibility makes it useful for managing a team, managing a project, and managing myself. I especially love the way it integrates with MindMeister and Google Calendar. This makes it easy to brainstorm a project and quickly turn our ideas into tasks and calendar items.

There is nothing I dislike about the software.

I absolutely love Meister Task! It has a very clean and intuitive user interface. One of the best I have seen! The Kanban feature works great. It allows you to add images, comments, assign tasks and tags. You can have several projects with a team of people working and collaborating on them. MiesterTask is fast and works with any device. The fact that you can assign todo's inside of Mind Meister is huge. I use Mind Meister all the time so this feature is completely unique.

Inconvénients

The one thing I'm not really happy with is the inability to batch move tasks from one section to another. I don't know why we can do that! You can only move one task at a time. Also, the scroll bar is pretty small and hard to click on because it's pretty skinny. The free version doesn't support recurring tasks so that's something to be aware of if you are not going to pay for it.

Avantages

I mostly use MeisterTask for my private projects and tasks, to share workload with my wife etc. It's really great in terms of keeping everything in one place, clear and simple, but also with opportunity to put a lot of details in projects.

Inconvénients

So far there is nothing I do not like about it.

This platform has the best, easiest to use user interface of its kind. It's fairly intuitive with drag and drop functionality and toggling tasks.

Inconvénients

Sometimes I needed to view more than 5-6 columns at a time, and they don't have any additional views.

I love meistertask. For us little ones it is a blessing that we can use this software till we have money enough to upgrade to the paid version! Thank you so much.

Also very easy to use. It keeps everything very organized. Just as we liked it.

Sometime it doenst sinc well with my phone... but when I log out and in again it seems fine.

The software allows me to track my tasks and project and take an "at a glance" view of where I stand.

The ease of use and the sharing capabilities. Also the features - it's really instinctive and a lot of the time when I think 'I wonder if I can do that on MT' I usually can! Very impressive.

It would be good to be able to have 2 timers running at the same time and also to be able to turn tasks into projects (I know you can already turn checkpoints into tasks)
