C'est une application vraiment très maniable et facile à utiliser. D'abord ça assure une meilleure suivie des tâches et permet une bonne gestion d'entreprise

Bien qu'il soit une bonne application je remarque la limite de la version gratuite et est un peu coûteux

Pratique pour décliner les différents process de l'entreprise, assurer le suivi des tâches, et pour la gestion interne entre salariés et employeurs (échanges de messages...)

Inconvénients

Le défaut remarqué est que les notifications arrivent toujours après la date d'échéance de la date (peut-être s'agit-il d'un mauvais paramétrage de ma part)

Avantages

I liked that I could keep track of the hours spent on a project, even though they were charged by flat rates. It helped adjust those flat rates based on the author's work. It was also very helpful for filing taxes for deductions. As the EIC, I was able to see where my editors and proofers were in the process instead of bothering them with emails.

Inconvénients

When we first started using the program, the options we needed were free, and as a start-up, that was amazing. As time went on, the company removed more and more of those options to a cost tier. Since we focused on flat rates, and it was incredible to be able to use those options, it was no longer an option now that I have to cover so many other payment/payroll fees.

Unfortunately, MeisterTask is web based and highly depends on internet due to lack of offline access capabilities.

- Timeline: Horrible!- Colors and UI theme: outdated.- Reporting is very limited !! Should be highly customization -> Benfecial for reviews and team meetings .. as for customer-facing meetings and status updates.- The mobile view could be better. How do you mark it a success? If a user can use the mobile version independently - with no desktop or web - then this is a success.- Consolidated project view: missing. The agenda view is useless.- Drag and drop tasks among projects- Multi-task selection is not smooth- Time reminders are not fluid or practical enough- Automation needs many and many improvements --> Need to link a header with dates. Then if a task is created in this kanban, it immediately inherits this date .. Mapping a kanban to a calendar day (Sunday, Monday, .. etc) is gonna be very useful. We need to talk to explain this to you guys ..

This might be outside the scope MeisterTask and under a new umbrella of "Accounting" (eg Xero or Quickbooks) but Microsoft Project Online does this and to me, this is why MeisterTask will always to in 2nd place to Microsoft Project Online

Es una herramienta fácil de implementarse y fácil de usar. Me ha ayudado a mantenerme pendiente de cada proyecto sin perderme cad adetalle de lo acontecido. Me ayuda mucho con los recordatorios y las notificaciones, así no dejo pasar acciones que deben tomarse en el tiempo necesario. Permite interactuar con personas a distancia y conocer qué acciones se han realizado y qué tareas se generan con las fechas en que deben concluirse.

Los recordatorios por mail me parecen algo excesivos.

Un ottimo software per il task management, molto intuitivo, colorato e facile da usare. Si possono fare parecchie personalizzazioni sulle varie board, si possono inserire delle automazioni e nel singolo task si possono inserire elementi come checklist e allegati.

Inconvénients

Peccato per il prezzo. Purtroppo il piano gratuito pur essendo ricco di funzionalità, pecca di alcune lacune importanti, come la possibilità di inserire molteplici automazioni. Il prezzo del piano a pagamento, poi, è un po' alto rispetto a quanto offerto, soprattutto per team grandi.

I had been using Inbox for the past year because it offered the convenient feature of pinning notes and to-dos on each email. This allowed me to keep track of follow-ups required or website updates for our users. With MeisterTask, we can transform a Gmail email into a categorized to-do task. I have the flexibility to assign categories, delegate tasks to specific individuals, and set due dates. What I truly appreciate is the ability to have dedicated conversations for each to-do. This streamlined approach enables my administrative assistant and me to efficiently complete tasks and archive them without the need for frantic inquiries later on.

I really wish there was a convenient a hover to discover feature that provides easy access to descriptions of icons and tools. It would be so helpful not to have to guess or wonder about their functions.

In my work, I find this application to be extremely valuable as it allows me to seamlessly monitor all of my projects. I started project planning with MindMeister adding MeisterTask was an easy add-on. I like the different view options, it helps me to see the project from different angles.When your manager asks "what did you do all-day?" You have a quick way to show them.

The layout takes time for people to learn so you have to plan to work people through the process.I am not asking for changes, just new process takes time.
