ClockSharp offers outstanding results and benefits for our company
Since we began with ClockShark we have realized improved employee performance and reduced lost employee time. We use the program to monitor time on task to improve billing and invoicing for services
Avantages
ClockShark is very easy to use and makes training new employees simple. We appreciate the fact out employees have multiple options to access the program in office and in the field. We also are highly impressed with the customer services ClockShark offers us. Their staff are highly skilled and provide immediate service when we have needed technical information and assistance with the program.
Inconvénients
Honestly, we have very little to say negatively about ClockShark and their service. We have used other software to manage our employee timesheets and we have been highly satisfied with their program and services over others we used in the past. We doubt we will make any changes in the future.

More Pros Than Cons
Avantages
There are a lot of pros with using the ClockShark app. Once you get the hang of using it for a couple of days, it is very easy to understand. It is an app that is easy to teach others how to use. It does not have a lot of malfunctions, and the support team is always there when needed. When I review people's times everyday, it is very organized. When I am looking for specific jobs or employees, I can run a report and it will tell me what I need, which is SO AWESOME and SUPER HELPFUL. Highly recommend taking advantage of the reports section.
Inconvénients
There aren't a whole lot of cons for this software. Sometimes when an employee clocks out, there are times when ClockShark doesn't catch it and gives an error after 20ish hours.

Clock Shark Rocks
Before we were using paper time cards in the field to track jobs, which are ineffective when people forget to fill them out. Now all they have to do is switch from their phones and we can print the reports at the end of the week. There are still a few things to work out, but our accuracy has really improved.
Avantages
It has all the features we need to stay organized with the various jobs we perform and the areas we perform them.
Inconvénients
The notifications on the scheduling. Since we often work on more than one job a day with no definitive timeline I stopped using the scheduler because of the missing clock notifications.

One of our best investments yet!!
Already our company has saved so much time and money in using this product!
Avantages
This is a great product and so easy to use! We have job sites located all over and a lot of places that do not have cell coverage. My guys are able to clock in where ever they are and switch between jobs effortlessly with or with out cell coverage and it updates once they come back in to coverage. It is simple and easy for the various age generations that I have working for me and to date we have not had any problems downloading it on to our employees various brand phones. The very few questions that I have had to ask Clock Shark have been answered within a quick turn around time and they are always checking in and emailing great tips on using their software. This product has already saved me so much time and money on keeping track of my team. Not to mention it helps to also keep track of their locations and I am able to pre-schedule jobs and have them reminded on their individual phones!! They have loved being able to upload photos and notes from each job site and really enjoy how easy it is to use.
Inconvénients
The only Con that we have is that not everyone is able to view the other teammates notes on a job. They have continued to communicate through e-mail or text when it comes to passing their information. So in the bigger picture this is just one small Con to so many Pro's.

Clean-N-Shine loves the scheduling part of Clock Shark
We use it for our cleaning company.
Avantages
Like the scheduling part but not enough on employee or the client.
Inconvénients
I don't like that there is no employee info.

Helps Divide Payroll Divisions Easily
It helps cross-functional employees allot their labor costs to each separate division easily for us to better track expenses.
Avantages
I like the ease of reporting. All of my managers and employees were trained quickly and no one has ever had any issues learning this software.
Inconvénients
It goes down from time to time, but that is on our hardware end, not on the software end.

Learning it pretty fast
The GPS tracking was an eye opener. Productivity has to ijprove when we know people are actually on the job sight.
Avantages
scheduling is very easy. Making jobs active reduces clutter and being able to drag jobs around. Copying shifts is also a great plus
Inconvénients
I cannot clock workers in from my computer (or I haven't learned yet). Sometimes my guys cannot sign in. I have to sign them out and hav them try again.

Currently, there isn't a way to clock employees in from the Website, although you can do this from the mobile app's Crew Clock feature. Great app
So far everything is going great, love the app
Avantages
This app really help me keep track of employees and is very easy to use.
Inconvénients
I wish i could print time sheets or save them to a different file.

Simple to use, valuable tool
Very positive experience.
Avantages
Adds structure to a business with different jobs almost every day. Saves texting employees as to their whereabouts, are they done for the day? etc.
Inconvénients
Nothing really. Any concerns I had were answered by mail salesperson who told me how to find what I was looking for.

Easy to use and track time
Customer support is great! Very helpful!

Able to track employees time anytime during the day and check previous hours worked.
Inconvénients
Allow employees to edit their notes when using desktop Clockshark without being able to edit their own time.

Simple and Easy to use
Correct time keeping on projects, easy to switch the another project.
Avantages
Very User Friendly! Field workers like it a lot.
Inconvénients
So far the software has worked well, and if anything is missing the clock shark assistants have been very helpful.

Great Customer Support
So far so good clockshark works great with Quickbooks!

When I have a question there is always someone to help and answer my question
Inconvénients
I wish you could allow employees to edit their notes via desktop as well.

I really like Clock Shark. The customer support is amazing. It is a nice plus to my job.
I don't have to case employees down anymore. When I do payroll the reports make it much easier. No more when, where and why. Its all right there
Avantages
The best part for our company is the GPS tracker. We have a lawn care company and its nice to be able to drive right to a job without having to be on the phone trying to find out where everybody is.
Inconvénients
I think the biggest dislike for me is all the alerts. With that being said once you learn what they are all for its much more usable.

I have had great results with Clockshark. I'm so glad our company switched
Avantages
It's very easy to use. Pretty self explanatory. I never have any issues with logging in or out. The crew, once they found out how to use it, have not had any issues using the program. I would recommend this program to anyone.
Inconvénients
If you make a mistake and accidentally sign out instead of switching or going on break, you can't fix it until you have clocked out for the day
