Worst Customer Service experience of my life

Worst customer service experience I've had for a product I paid for.

Avantages

I love'd all the potential this software had once on boarding and set up would of been completed but that never happen. Due to horrible customer service and poor follow through on promises of staff.

Inconvénients

Customer service and set up team. Extremely unorganized and no internal communication or accountability

Paul Arrowood Review of Jungo Mortgage CRM

Avantages

The ability to have an all-encompassing software that has the strength and power to store a virtually endless supply of information.
Most often, we utilize report-building, data storage of past and present clients and associates, and reminders, tasks, etc.
Integrations such as BombBomb, MortgageCoach, and so on help us tremendously.

Inconvénients

The cons are much fewer in number than the pros.
However, they could improve the ease of putting calculations and conversions into reports without needing support help.

Overall I’m very happy with my experience

Avantages

Jungo has every feature you can want and the more you learn how to setup the more it can do

Inconvénients

As being a one person user it has more than I need. I think it was made for way bigger companies.

Love Jungo!

I love Jungo

Avantages

Jungo has been great in helping me track leads for our team
The main components I use at this time are tasks, lead tracking and stage
Eventually we will utilize the report feature more often and even the drip campaign options (currently using Surefire for this)

Inconvénients

Integration could have been smoother - but that may have been more of an issue on my end LOL

Tons of capabilities!

Avantages

I like that it is highly customizable and the Jungo support team not only answers questions but they show you how to do the customization yourself as well.

Inconvénients

I wish there was a better way to update the last touch and make notes through the integration with Phone Burner

A great CRM if you have a programmer

Overall experience was just ok. I no longer use it and have moved on.

Avantages

It was very easy to add new clients to the CRM and set tasks to follow up with them.

Inconvénients

It was very difficult to set things up. I felt like we needed a computer programmer to run this.

Not 100% sold yet

I've only been using it for a few months. I purchased it to have my own CRM in addition to the one I have provided at my company.

Avantages

I like the overall appearance of the emails going to clients and that I can see if my personally written emails are opened (not available for campaign emails though).

Inconvénients

Compared to BnTouch that I used at a previous company, Jungo is a bit complicated. There are two different versions that you have to go back and forth between to make edits. It is very time-consuming trying to learn this system and I think it could be a lot more user-friendly. I still haven't set up custom campaigns. The options for social media and open house/listing flyers is very limited compared to SureFire which my company uses.

Great program but not the most user friendly

It's been pretty good. The customer support at times is a little hard to get a hold of but usually they are very helpful!

Avantages

It's a great program and has a ton of capabilities that we aren't even utilizing yet. Great way to keep track of files and keep in touch with clients.

Inconvénients

It's not the most user friendly. The coding can be difficult to make it fit your business.

This is my review

Avantages

I like the report feature. I also like how I can input all the loan information for future reference.

Inconvénients

I don't like the support. Every time I have issues and need help, it takes about 20 emails back and forth before I can get someone.

Awesome and Customizable Product

An excellent CRM

Avantages

Extremely customizable, and a lot of available templates. A lot of automation options have saved us a lot of time.

Inconvénients

The transition to Jungo was a bit challenging, we lost a lot of info or things were imported incorrectly. It's a good thing we don't plan on switching again.

Jungo For Marketing Use and CRM

Avantages

Almost unlimited slots to send an email and many templates to use for marketing.

Inconvénients

1. There are limits in sending attachments like videos and images. Had a conversation with a representative and mentioned that there's no option yet to add image on an sms.

2. Limited Viewing of Contacts and had a hard time to request in adding all the contacts from our previous Database

need help!

fair at best. littered with bugs. I have issues every day.

Avantages

The Over all organization and the way i can track new and existing business.

Inconvénients

no set up assistance. i was given a fully US based version and offered no support to convert over to the CDN version and options I need. submitted many tickets to make changes and support knew very little on how to make the changes i wanted. Simple reports that were shown during sales demo are not on live version unless added. Over all poor start.

Love Jungo

I have a tough time remembering where each and every file is during the process. Jungo has helped me get better organized.

Avantages

I like the automation of the CRM. I can upload all of the data and set it and forget it. I love all the auto-generated topics that are available.

Inconvénients

I don't think I have used this long enough to provide an accurate review. I look forward to using it more and more in the future. I am excited about using it more and more.

Jungo is amazing.

I like how it integrates with encompass. Great to manage pipeline.

Avantages

It is great to finally find a system that integrates with all of the tools I use to run my business. I only log into one system now and it is so much more efficient than anything I have used.

Inconvénients

The initial set up is not as easy as it was described to me. Still working on building our entire process. A bit overwhelming.

It’s overall very good and staff is helpful

Avantages

Drip campaigns, task setting, Mass e mail capabilities all make it easy to keep connected with clients and referral partners.

Inconvénients

Just a bit of overlap when a contract is both a past client and referral partner. Then I wind up having two contacts for the same person - the past client and referral partner.

Great if I was wanting to learn an new career field.

Not Good!

Avantages

Eventually after probably over a year after I teach myself more about the system.

Inconvénients

Learning other CRM's takes days at best. I'm 6 months in and still learning.... very frustrating. I bet I'll really like it after I master this CRM.

I hate that I have to speak with Salesforce tech every time I need to put in a ticket. So then I'm talking to someone in India that means well and normally very accommodating but still frustrating with the language gap.

Jungo Thoughts

Overall experience with Jungo is great. The product works and has smoothed out several kinks in our business. My only complaint is Jungo support.

Avantages

This software has simplified my business and allowed me to do all of my work in one location instead of several google sheets.

Inconvénients

The software can be challenging to set up and get implemented. Jungo support was slow to help which impacted the implementation.

Easy to start - Easy to Win

We worked closely with their [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. He took the lead and saw us across the finish line to production. Training has been smooth so far for our Team and the access to additional support seems to easy enough to get going. We're looking forward good things with Jungo.

Avantages

We needed something that integrated with Encompass and allowed our Team to have access to the tools and functionality needed to manage our mortgage vertical that weren't available with just Encompass alone.

Inconvénients

We have no negatives to report so far. We're training our Team to use the dashboard, but so far so good.

Horrible Company!!! Beware.

Avantages

These guys talked a great game. They were going to hook up for texting prospects. They wanted my Twilio account. I said that's fine, but don't screw it up. They of course destroyed my account which we had to rebuild.

Inconvénients

The biggest problem with this bait and switch company is that while they are selling you they put you on a contract and make sure you don't have time to read all the fine print. You then ask to be removed an hour later and they say what about this bill you owe us. So unethical. Just the worst.

Same cost as Constant Contact but so many more features

So much easier to get the word out to my data base. I've learned the basics but there is so much more for me to learn about and use.

Avantages

I'm spending the same amount as I was with Constant Contact. However, now I have a system that sends out birthday emails. It also sends out closing anniversary emails. It sends out 4500 emails to my data base without a hitch.

Inconvénients

It is not the easiest system to wrap my arms around. Fortunately there is always somebody that will help when you initiate a case request.

Jungo for Mortgage

When I use it, it works- however it becomes very daunting to use after you've fallen beind.

Avantages

It seems to have alot of features that are customizable. There alot of options to take advantage of.

Inconvénients

It is very labor intensive and not as user friendly as I would like. I probably need something easier to use because I don't put enough effort into maintaining it. I should probably get a tutorial or would be great if someone jumped in to assist me on what I could be doing better.

Jungo helps my day to day opperations

Again, I love the communication with the parties during the loan process. All of my agents love the communication they get, yet I do not have to do anything.

Avantages

I love how simple Jungo is to use. The fact that it send automated loan milestones to all parties is a game changer. The pre-configured drip campaigns are great!!!

Inconvénients

I wish it communicated better with Encompass. The milestones are not always accurate.

Great program, some additional functionality needed for teams

We have been able to go paperless with our leads and remember to follow up on them MUCH more.

Avantages

I love the program, it has so many functions and it is wonderful for marketing and keep track of your loans and leads.

Inconvénients

It is complicated. You have to be very computer savvy to use it correctly. It can do almost anything you want it to do.. but you have to really learn it. It is not as easy as Excel or Word to use. It does some AMAZING things.. but you have to learn how to use it .

Great Product, Could use some more customization

Robust CRM System

Avantages

The system is extremely robust with an amazing amount of features. It can be as simple as a customer database or mount most of your marketing endeavors. It can integrate directly with your operating system so your database is always current - no downloading and uploading.

Inconvénients

It is extremely robust which means it can be overwhelming to determine what and how to use the system. We have a dedicated admin/trainer to help folks navigate the system.

I love using Jungo

its been great to have all my clients info at hand such as the clients rate. The e-blasts have helped me pull in many many refi's

Avantages

I love that i can use the sales for app. The system is very easy to use.

Jungo Mortgage CRM Review

It has helped me manage my daily workflow and database to keep me in front of my clients and referral partners.

Avantages

the features are mostly setup to use immediately.

Inconvénients

having to turn in case files to edit options in the crm. I would rather be able to edit the titles, columns, etc. myself.

Does not integrate with Filogix in canada

Incredibly disappointed with how much I wasted my money on this.

Avantages

the email campaigns were great and some what easy to use. Content was more geared towards your American clients with limited Canadian options.

Inconvénients

incredibly complex and way to many links. The biggest complain I have was how complex and difficult it was to move data from my Filogix account to Jungo to the point I stopped using jungo. It took more time to transfer data than the benefit I gained from having Jungo. I stopped using jungo about 4 months in to my subscription. pulling reports an list was incredibly complicated.

Jungo CRM

Overall I am happy with their support after sales.

Avantages

It is excellent for mass emailing to different types of clientls. It has many templates ready to go, and can use them to create new ones.

Inconvénients

In some instances it is not very user friendly and you need to reach out to the technicians to help you. Also, the images are restricted in size when inserted into the body of email.

Good Review

Its good overall

Avantages

Email Campaigns are great. But the Jungo end of week email topics are not great.

Inconvénients

Takes time to understand and set up. I wish I'd take my time to understand more.

This felt like a scam. They took my money and ran. Wish I had read the reviews before I...

I hated every minute of it. I realized very soon after purchasing that this was a BIG mistake. Of course, I had to pay for a year in advance and, even though I realized within a week or two that I did not want to use this product, I am not able to get back ANY OF MY MONEY. I requested to cancel and it took them OVER FOUR MONTHS just to process the cancellation. I am SO SO SO disappointed with this company and product.

Avantages

Nothing. It turned out to be a very poor fit for my company

Inconvénients

The customer service is horrendous. There is very little real support behind this product.

Terrible Waste of Time & Money

None, this product does absolutely nothing. They call every day to follow up as sales people, but take forever to help with support once purchased. Aggravating to say the least.

Avantages

Nothing, it doesn't even work. I can't send emails. Set up is a nightmare.

Inconvénients

It's not user friendly at all. You can't highlight in emails. Emails must be typed manually and can't be copied and pasted. The emails don't actually send.

To Complicated

Terrible

Avantages

This was a complete waste of money, I was told it would link with Calix in real time, It does not, Its way to complicated.

Inconvénients

This product is way too complicated and is too dependent on third party apps. I can even upload my realtors photos for flyers

It didn't work for us...

We were optimistic at first, but it didn't work for us.

Avantages

Access to Salesforce's marketplace for additional products and services

Inconvénients

Difficult to set up, new features did not work in Canada. Jungo would blame Salesforce for issues and then Salesforce would blame Jungo for issues.

Avantages

It retained a lot of customer information important for the loan process, let you know when a client had a property listed for sale, allowed you to keep track of the progress for docs needed.

Inconvénients

Too many text fields on some pages but this was customizable.

Terrible all around: Customer service to the software itself...

Over promised, under delivered big time on this software. Great sales pitch by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (who is now ignoring all emails/phone calls.) Have not used the product for over 3 months and now I am told I cannot cancel my monthly payments as I am tied to a contract for 1 year (surprise to me as it was never discussed during my demo but certainly included on the contract that Jungo will call non stop after a Demo to have you sign.) Also, good luck reaching customer service for anything.

Avantages

Potential. The potential of Jungo seemed promising once set up. Getting to that point is a challenge in itself.

Inconvénients

Not user friendly. Terrible implementation. Terrible customer service. Stuck in 1 year contract whether the software is for you or not.
