I started searching for a new email client when I began to run into consistent issues with Outlook and Microsoft Mail. This just works. Setup was easy and I've had no issues with receiving and sending emails. I love being able to see all my emails from my various accounts in one frame.

Inconvénients

Trying to configure the product so I could view my calendar side-by-side with my emails was not easy. I'm actually still not sure exactly how I did that. Also wish it had a "to do" function so I didn't have to have a separate app for that.

Pro version is worth it, but the free version is more than adequate for most. Helps keep messages and contacts organized

No real complaints about it--for me, it worked as I needed it to. Others had complaints about customer service or figuring it out, but I have not encountered any issues

i've been using Mailbird for quite some time and i love it, it helps me organize all my emails in one place, the design is very neat and minimalistic, the customer service staff is very responsive, great software!

It works fine as an email client. It is a nice looking interface and easy to use. The customer support is great.

I bought a lifetime license but had to stop using it because of the poor search functionality. It was a deal breaker for me. If that is fixed I would move back to using Mailbird. I also would like to see more freedom in creating your own signature. It would be great if folders can be dragged to where you want them.

When your company sends you emails with airfare attachments and you can receive them fine with "free" email programs there is little to like with Mailbird that you paid money for and DOES NOT WORK!

It simply does not work. Their support has tried to figure it out but cannot. My companies Emails sent me arrive without their attachments. I can go to a web browser or other email programs that I use and the email is complete with attachment....every time!

I love the ability to quickly sort emails to their correct folder using keyboard shortcuts. The Unified account is brilliant!

What I like most about this software is that it allows me to keep my multiple email addresses organized in a single place and in a simple environment. The design of the email client is intuitive and uncluttered, yet allows access to all tools I would want.

In terms of the desktop app, I really don't have anything that I dislike about it. That being said, it would be helpful if there were a matching mobile app to keep everything consistent.

The program is very good, however the cons include; the free edition needs more options to be available, sometimes sending emails fails, some problems with yahoo mails and the use of the program for beginners needs some experience and training

Customer Service is the lowest level possible. The foto on their site shows service people on the phone. But there is no way to contact by phone. All I get is a computer generated stupid answer to my questions. I paid for a year's personal contract, received my receipt of payment, and two days later my email was shut off with the "opportunity" to buy the Business Contract. I asked repeatedly for someone to phone me, but I just keep getting generated BS.

I have the paid version so that I can have more than 2 email accounts. I have to say, it is extremely slow, the screen constantly resizes and freezes. It has no spam filters but worst of all, support is chronic. I have had an outstanding IMAP issue since soon after purchase and there is a resolution with their replacement program, but they refuse to issue it to me. They ignore all request for updates and refuse to refund my money.

I love Mailbird! It revolutionized the way I do email, bringing better organization than what I had in Gmail. I also liked having a mini-browser on the right side of my widescreen for things like todo lists in web apps.

Mailbird is only on PC for now, which means its organizational benefits only partially translate to mobile and to my mac at home. Unfortunately, this proved a dealbreaker for me after many months of trying.

Mailbird offers simple and easy to navigate application with lot of customization options. Also mailbird offers various integration options with popular social media accounts like facebook, slack, whatsapp. It even includes features which made Google's Inbox famous like snoozing mail.

One of the missing feature is choosing different account to reply to a mail that come on different mail. Also the support was not the best when i encountered issues.

I couldn't get customer service to be direct about Facebook and/or other apps you plug into it having access to all your mail info or even info within other plugged in apps. Security and privacy for individuals is becoming more and more of an issue/invasion. Although this software offered a lot of integrations and functionalities, I ultimately chose to uninstall it due to privacy concerns.
