Helps Keep You on Track with Organizational Changes

When it comes to updating our organizational chart, we are able to do so much more quickly and efficiently by using this software.

Avantages

In our company, we have personnel working in locations across the country. With the Org Chart software, we are able to add and remove personnel into our org chart and directory within minutes. It's much more efficient using this software as opposed to spending a lot of time in another program making updates across multiple org charts.

Inconvénients

Some of the functionality is limited such as being unable to share the directory with others within the organization.

Would not recommend after using it for about 3-4 months

Would not recommend.

Avantages

Inexpensive and easy to get started the first few times of trial.

Inconvénients

Very limited to a new user once you get past the initial set-up of org.

Great tool for medium-large companies

It's amazing that the free plan lets you have up to 50 employees. It was great to be able to use almost all the features for free.

Avantages

It's really easy to use. The organizing tool makes it easy to just group people by product or projects.

Inconvénients

I didn't find anything wrong with PingBoard, maybe it could improve the overall UI.

Gets the job done

Avantages

I use this when I have a cross-functional question and am not positive who to direct it to. It's nice to see the company laid out in terms how who reports to who.

Inconvénients

I wish there were more reasons for me to use it.

Good product

Pretty happy with the product overall. I'd recommend it to a friend.

Avantages

Works well for what it is. You can make a good looking chart with not a lot of effort. Overall a good product.

Inconvénients

A little bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it goes pretty smoothly the more charts you make.
