Pingboard Review
Really good overall experience I do recommend it

I can't say what I really like the most really everything everything was really okay I recommend it

Needs more feature to stay up to date

Easy to read org chart
Tracks OOO, WFH, PTO
Inconvénients
The check in system shows the whole company directory, with photo. Huge security issue here
It would be nice if there was some sort of approval process when people submit PTO,WFH etc

Need unified feature
Avantages
Auto completion at search box. It's easy to find my colleagues
Inconvénients
Difference of features between PC, android and iOS.
Cannot see some properties/features at android app.

Org Charts - Always A Challenge
As and HR Business partner, we use org charts for planning, presentations, communications.
Avantages

Nice visuals of org charts
Inconvénients
Seems challenging to update
Ability to download for static presentation purposes seems limited.

Great tool!
When all teammates are engaged with the site, this is a great tool to get a high level view of the organizational structure. The weekly emails are great reminders of upcoming birthdays and anniversary.
Avantages
Convenient mobile features, user friendly, great add-on applications. We actually use the kiosk as our guestbook at my office.
Inconvénients
Would like to be better able to communicate/interact via the software (website, mobile app).

Best One Yet
Avantages
The ability to manage the TO for a dynamic organization. The ease with which you can integrate new team members into an existing workforce.
Inconvénients
Desktop app is not my favorite, but the mobile application is awesome!

Really Solid Option For Organizational Ord Chart....
Minimal complaints. Wish it updated a little quicker, but overall pretty good.
Avantages
Ease of use on locating team members and where they sit within the organization. It's a quick, simple to use, lite tool. It also looks really good. That doesn't hurt.
Inconvénients
Maybe it was just our org, but role changes, departures, etc. were not reflected accurately. Or at least not in a timely manner. We had people leave that were showing up in the org chart for weeks after wards.

Easy but limited
Avantages
It's fairly easy to fill out the information
Inconvénients
It's a pain if the org chart isn't filled out properly and you can't find someone that not labeled in the right department. Also difficult to access on app when it has 2 step.

Happy but think there could be more UX optimization
Avantages
Efficiency. It answers me the status of the whole team anytime I have the question.
Inconvénients
The user experience on the mobile app is a bit bad. It could be more intuitive specially in the navigation.

Having all the data in one place but I mostly use Pingboard for updating statuses

Not enough ways to visually display the data in the way I want it, org chart looks bulky and unstreamlined

Simple and Intuitive
Avantages
This software makes it easy to identify location, visual identity, and the steps necessary to navigate to the person in question.

Serves one purpose pretty well
Avantages
Being able to search for a first name, and identify the correct person being referenced in conversation, as well as have the picture.
Inconvénients
Sorting and organizing feature is very limited, so with any company with >200 employees this becomes tedious. The org chart feature itself is a little funky to use, so I stay away from it unless I'm looking at the top levels.

From a software test engineer's perspective
I think it's nice to have but at a start up, it's easy to meet people more organically. As this company grows, it may be more necessary. But right now, I feel like I won't use this software very much.
Avantages
I like the "What's new for 'Everyone'" feature. It's an interesting way to keep tabs on the company.
Inconvénients
The Live Org chart is irritating to use. I dislike the "click and drag" functionality to move through the org chart.

Pingboard works great if you just want to look up who works at your company, but it doesn't scale very well visually.

New user but impressed so far
We use this to organize our company roster. We have several hundred employees and this makes it very easy to keep track of all of their information.
Avantages
The ease of use, it makes organizing all of our information very easy.
Inconvénients
We have only used this for a very short amount of time but so far I have not found a negative.
