I love insure-sign, it makes getting signatures from clients so much quicker and easier!
Avantages
It's very simple and user friendly, I don't find that clients have any issues navigating how to sign the documents which makes the whole process smooth!
Inconvénients
I have no complaints! I don't think anything needs to be changed at this time. Keep up the good work!

Ease of Insursign
Avantages
It's very user friendly, especially for the customer. It makes it extremely convenient for the customer is not "put out of their way" to sign documents.

Easy to use electronic signature software
Efficiently sending signature documents without having to send in emails, attachments etc.
Avantages
Ease of use. We not only recommend this for our customers, but use it internally for sending contracts to clients
Inconvénients
I don't think it's the software that's a problem, but the admin error in setting up the templates. Sometimes the fields for initials etc aren't pulled in the exact place

I truly believe that the speed and efficient nature of this platform really does help increase sales/customer satisfaction. What more could you ask for?
Avantages
Even customers who aren't very tech savvy find this so easy to use. It's a truly brilliant piece of software that all businesses could do with. Particularly excellent for us in the world of insurance!
Inconvénients
Not encountered any major issues so far. If we do I know the tech support will be on hand to deal with any issues in an efficient manner.

InsureSign is easy to and convenient to use. The process for getting important documents back is a simple process for my clients which is extremely important.

Insuresign
I use it regularly for applications and changes and find that most people are extremely accepting to its use.
Avantages
The online system is extremely easy to use and our management system is capable of printing directly to the system. It tracks fully the times sent, signed dates etc of the documents.
Inconvénients
Right now, I have no complaints about this system.

very easy to use
Avantages
Very easy to add a document and to add the locations for the e-signature or for the client to add needed text to the e-signed documents.
Clients appreciate that they don't need to set up an account to be able access their documents and the ability to access from a smart phone or any computer is HUGE for the ease of access for the clients.

I have been using the InsureSign for a year since I started at this agency and have no complaints so far.

why I recommend InsureSign
My experience with InsureSign has been great no problems. We are able to get our applications signed and returned within minutes and that a big deal when we are trying to place coverage for someone.

We couldn't run our business without. Makes document exchange efficient and expedient.
Avantages
Makes getting documents signed so easy and efficient. I really don't know how a business could operate without it and provide a seem less client experience. The importing of documents, the follow up, and the ability to easily document the exchange make InsureSign invaluable.
Inconvénients
The new version took out many of the frustrations found in the old version. I can now drag documents from any format. I wish that the software integrated with Outlook so that email addresses would prefill.

Avantages
To be able to deliver a document to Insured to sign on the phone in todays world is such a plus. This allows you to send a document and receive it back within minutes.
Inconvénients
I have not understood how to actually text an individual directly from the program itself. I have to email it to a person and then I can go in and text it. Probably is a better way but have not discovered it yet.

Avantages
Not worrying about if my clients have a printer/scanner. this helps me get the signed documents back quickly, and I am able to close my files a lot faster and move on. No constant follow-up calls and emails begging for the signed docs back. Clients love it too.
Inconvénients
If I have to say a con, then I guess its that we need two different emails when two or more are signing.

Easy to use. Makes doing business easier.
Avantages
Can easily send a reminder for client to find email. Plus sends daily reminder. Makes working with clients remotely more efficient than making a trip to the office.
Inconvénients
Rarely the signature does not come through. Cannot split multiple page document once signed but one of the recent updates allows separate documents to remain separated, which is an improvement.

Avantages
The easy of getting signatures. What I mean by this is can send any documents to clients by email and receive the signatures you need in a short amount of time. The clients like they don't have to come in the office.
Inconvénients
What I like least about the software is the there is no tab for a print name when we need a signature & print name on application forms.

What i like most is its easy to use. A recent update to a web based version prompted this review. They are cloud based and provide automatic back up. Your clients can e-sign from anywhere. The support team will walk you through the process on emailing e-signature forms to your customers. One of their features is unlimited signatures, documents each month; no limit.

My clients promptly and efficiently return docs that allow my job go faster and easier. I like that you can send reminders to clients who forgot to return them.

When uploading a doc a pop up always appears and you have to click 'okay' for it finishing uploading so it won't close down.

Utilizing InsureSign has been a very pleasant experience.
Avantages
The platform is very simple. It is easy to set the fields that need to be signed/completed. I also feel that I'm receiving the signed documents back in a more timely manner than prior. I also greatly appreciate the email notification I receive when a document has been reviewed.
Inconvénients
I would love an option to set an outstanding document deadline to assist in keeping track of those documents.

Basic functionality so that you do not spend all of your time trying to figure things out. Everything is clear and concise.

The only thing I would add is if you were able to view the document that you sent. Maybe you can do this already, I'm not sure, but that would be helpful.

Love it!
Getting forms signed ASAP to save peoples insurance policies. It helps so much to be able to send a document and to get it right back. So easy to use compared to other programs we have had.

Avantages
Ease of use - the previous software seemed to cause our clients all sorts of problems - we'd tell them just to click on their name and it would send it right back to us - but a lot of time, we ended up mailing, faxing or having them come into the office to sign. I've never had that problem with InsureSign.

It was a timesaver and was easy to manage and use when needed

I have had an overall positive experience using formstack signs

I used them to have a custom sign made for my office. They where quick to respond and had a quote in my mailbox within a couple hours
Inconvénients
There is nothing I don't like about this software. It is easy to use, and easy to train on how to use.
