Easy way to praise
The platform is easy to navigate and pretty self- explanatory. It's always great to see team members give each other praise for achievements! It really boosts morale.

A superb Employee recognition and engagement solution
Kudos has made it easy for employees to engage and has provided a platform for rewarding employees.
Avantages
I like the its easy to engage and reward employees boosting their morale in work and this helps improve performance.

The only drawback is that depending so much on technology may ruin personal relations

So far using kudos is a monthly/weekly habit from our company, which is nice because its nice to give thanks or five them a good job virtually specially if your shy to approach them.

Avantages
Kudos helped improve the overall performance of our team. Every time someone in our team does a great job that deserves to be recognized we use the Peer to Peer recognition feature in Kudos and we can all see how motivated is our team member after being recognized.
Inconvénients
There is nothing I don't like about this app. It's so easy to use and set it up.

A motivating, fun and exciting platform!
Avantages
I have seen a few other sites that offer a reward program however, Kudos, is my favorite as this platform offers reasonable points systems. I feel its very employee / employer motivating! I know from personal experience, getting a kudos, definitely feels good and gives you a boost in the day! I truly love Kudos, fun engaging, motivating, all around a great platform!
Inconvénients
I honestly have nothing negative to say about Kudos. I don't feel like anything would need to be improved at this point. Its a really reasonable and fair system

If Only You Could Give Kudos to Kudos!
Avantages
I enjoy using the Kudos platform. It's a great way to commend your colleagues for a job well done. It's bright, interactive and fun to use.
Inconvénients
As much as I enjoy using the platform and think it is a great way to be able to recognize your colleagues for a job well done, but when you work in such a small office like myself, I find that the program will stop you from issuing gratitiude to colleagues by the end of the month. I am not able to give them excellence for thie effort, it basically says I've given my alloted to this colleague. I also wish there was a way to assign a random number instead of specific increments.

It's very easy to use. You can reward your colleagues in a few seconds, and simply bring happiness to their day. It makes you be more helpful because you can be rewarded for it.The greatest thing is my points value is doubled twice a year and it's fantastic.
Inconvénients
The only downside is that claiming Kudos is a taxable event.

I like being able to send Kudo points to my peers to reward them for any help or assistance they were able to provide to me.
Inconvénients
The only thing I don't care about is the high number of kudos you must get in order to receive a decent price.

Enjoy it! Its a great way to promote company relationships and keeps peers and managers engaged and grateful for one another!
Avantages
I love being able to give Kudos to my managers and peers, its a great way to show appreciation as well as receive that that recognition. Its really easy to use and has many variety of features such as thanks, exceptional etc. The reminders via email are suprisingly nice as I can swifly open up the portal to give someone a kudos
Inconvénients
Its just difficult to navigate where we can cash in the rewards recieved on the portal itself. But other than that, not much else that I would change about Kudos. I still havent figured it out yet on my own

Budweiser loves Kudos!
Avantages
This software has been wonderful for our company. I have seen where our employees have really stepped up in trying to go above and beyond so that they can get the kudos and enjoy the rewards that they receive. We have a T.V screen that shows our kudos so that everyone can see who is being recognized and for what.

Kudos, a fun way to interact with your coworkers!
La Petite Baleen has 4 different swim schools in the Bay Area. We have so much going on in our company. In previous years we have sent emails to spread LPB news to over 300 staff. This became quite annoying when you get a thread of 50+ email replies. Kudos allows everyone in our LPB family to stay in the know of what is new. We use this software to display staff promotions, birthdays, anniversaries, new hires, etc. It's also a way to acknowledge our staff for all they do. Showing our gratitude by posting a thank you note or giving them Kudos. Overall, I think of Kudos as a private Facebook that is used within our company. We use it on a daily and it has been a success!
Avantages
This software has so many great factors in it. However, what I enjoy the most is redeeming my Kudos. Not only are we thanked for the extra help we provide our company. We are also given Kudos credit, which can be used at a wide selection of stores. You can spoil yourself by purchasing just about anything you want.
Inconvénients
There are a few small features that can be improved. Being able to customize our personal profile page by adding wallpaper or background color. Adding more options to posts and comments. Such as font styles, font sizes, and a bigger variety of sticker options.

Kudos is fantastic. Would recommend.
Avantages
Kudos gives you the ability to provide public and meaningful acknowledgement of your team member's contributions to the company. You can create memorable and meaningful tags aligned with your values and mission statement, and append these to the kudos message you put out there, and you can tag more than one person at a time with a Thank You, a Good Job, Impressive, and so on.
One thing that Kudos gives you/your team the ability to do is spotlight the positive achievements and activities of those people who aren't comfortable advocating for themselves, but deserve the praise. Whether it be a cultural norm, a workplace dynamic, or a personality quirk, not everyone is comfortable tooting their own horn, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't have their hard work, dedication, focus, or excellent customer-facing soft skills acknowledged. This is increasingly important in today's increasingly international, multi-ethnic, multi-voiced, and decentralized organizations. A good manager should know when to give praise, and coworkers should be able to help each other get noticed.
Inconvénients
Just as a good manager needs to know when someone deserves praise, a digital 'pat on the back' is great for morale but it should never be a replacement for compensation review, advancement opportunities, or open and critical discourse. Kudos won't fix a broken office culture or toxic management, so before you roll this out make sure you walk the talk as a leadership team. Our company does, and I'm incredibly grateful to work here, but I could see a bad implementation of Kudos coming down as heavy-handed or oppressive in less dynamic or communal workplaces.
