Kudos exceeded my expectation in building positive energy within my team, especially after a tough couple months with significant but stretched thin human resources. My teammates feel motivated to use the platform given its simple structure and quick process
Avantages
Simplified platform for efficiency and encouragement of usage, builds team morale without any sense of competition, helps take a pulse check of where team is at in terms of job satisfaction across multiple areas
Inconvénients
More features for surveys in terms of data analysis and complex question responses in order to dive deeper into them

Kudos- A great performance recognition tool it is... but way to go
Avantages
1. Super simple but very attractive P2P dashboard with external link inbuild
2. Secure login via okta to protect unauthorized access to employee's personal data
3. Offers a plethora of external vendor for awarded gift cards
4. Leaderboard design s customizable which is a great offering for any product company
Inconvénients
1. Integration is a bit issues initially as they are bit rigid to changes
2. Costly indeed in the market
3. No free trial were offered
4. Mobile version is not very sleek as it hangs frequently

Once another employee showed me how to use Kudo's it was easy to access and use.
Avantages
I like getting notice that someone recognizes when I go above and beyond.
Inconvénients
Taking time to do surveys. Sometimes there is little time to complete my daily assignment on time.

A great way to recognize employee contributions
Avantages
Kudos is easy to use and a very effective way to reach out to peers and employees and let them know how much you appreciate their contribution.A very wide selection of rewards and awards make it fun to use.

Kudos is a great space
My overall experience with Kudos is pretty good. I enjoy giving coworkers and peers shout outs for a job well done or for going the extra mile

I like that it gives suggestions on key points to write about and that it has GIF
Inconvénients
What i like least is that I have to click next, next, or previous. It would be nice to have all items on one page so I can scroll up or down to make edits

I like that it is like an online card which allows a keepsake from all team members.

I dislike that on the free version we only have 10 reviews in one board.

Overall, I think it's a great program, a great way to show appreciation of those that you work with.
Avantages
I like to be able to recognize our technicians and let them know that they are doing a job. When it's in writing, they can go back and look at it.
Inconvénients
The only thing I don't like is that it seems like I get too many reminders to give someone Kudos.

I would like to see a stack or multiplier effect. Were after multiple rewards / kudos of the same kind either unlock something else or just give some type of recognition.
