Great Product, Makes Shipping Easy
Avantages
The fact that you can print a batch of orders and ship them for a reasonable price
Inconvénients
We have had some issues in the beginning where we had to manually put in each order, that was time consuming but we reached out to customer support and they were a huge help

Shipping easy increases efficiency and streamlines processes
Avantages
Utilizing Shipping Easy has greatly reduced our shipping time by linking our eCommerce accounts so we can see orders from multiple platforms, as well as linking all of our shopping carriers to one place so we can take an order, compare rates from the carriers, print the label, and have the software push tracking info to the marketplace.
It has been a blessing and greatly impacted the speed with which we fulfill our orders.
Inconvénients
I would like to see some small changes to the reporting side, but overall it’s not a huge downfall

'Best platform' Shipping Easy
The platform (shipping easy)is one of the best for all growing business,by saving money and time hence.It's highly organised and well functional.

The platform has saved me a lot of money,by shipping hundreds of orders from my Shopify e-commerce store.
Inconvénients
Out of the experience of more than 2 years of using the platform to run my business I haven't seen any downside of this wonderful platform.

Excellent shipping platform offers outstanding integrations
We wanted a platform that manages all our shipping, orders, and refunds all at one platform. ShippingEasy offers great integration and pricing which is great.
Avantages
Very easy to use and manage all your shipping labels and orders. The great thing is you can filter orders by SKUs. You can manage all your orders from different platforms integrated with ShippingEasy and manage everything in one platform.
Inconvénients
There is nothing we have come across as a flaw but managing loss/stolen claims is a painful process specifically when trying to get support from the platform for third-party billers.

It's been a game changer for our business!
Tracking with other apps was extremely difficult and it wasn't as seamless of a process, thankfully with ShippingEasy we are able to create labels, track the packages, and analytics.
Avantages
Absolutely love how easy ShippingEasy is to use! It connects beautifully and seamlessly with our Shopify platform and we're able to notify our customers of every step of their order! It has made our customer service experience so much easier and I highly recommend it!

I'd like to see more analytics available since this will be our go-to system as we scale this upcoming year!

ShippingEasy has a very helpful, satisfying and receptive customer support.
Once understood properly, ShippingEasy will turn out to be remarkably easy to use.
ShippingEasy has made the entire process of importing and processing the orders a whole lot smoother.
Avantages
As mentioned in its name, “Easy”, it actually makes the complete transactional process really easy. With a simple idea of giving organizations streamlined shipping experience. E-commerce firms can now enjoy the benefit of this software to manage their varied shipping requirements. It has an easy interface where everything is labeled properly and the software is easy to navigate. It provides quick reporting statistics, a convenient to use dashboard and deep details of shipping and handling.
Inconvénients
Some functions like data entry process, customization could be improved. Though the UI of ShippingEasy is convenient to use but it can turn out to be a challenge for first time users. Hence the demo should be provided irrespective of the package that the buyer is purchasing.

Use daily and is overall simple to use.
Avantages
ShippingEasy has a simple interface to view the difference in cost between the 3 "shipping vendors" we use. (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) It definitely helps us save in freight cost per shipment.
Inconvénients
I do not think this is something that can be avoidable, but there are so many options under each shipping vendor to choose from cost/service wise.

Great Shipping tool for Small to Big companies
Avantages
What I really like most is that Shipping Easy charges based on the amount of packages you ship. Smaller companies can get 50 packages a month without paying. The larger the company, you get special rates, training, and you're able to customize.

Great platform at a reasonable price
Avantages
Integrates with all major e-commerce solutions in a user friendly environment. We haven't ran into anything that ShippingEasy hasn't been able to do! Customer service is terrific, the live chat always response within 5 minutes...usually more like 1. The Rep has helped us on many occasions and is very prompt!
Inconvénients
The only downside to shipping easy is...well none, they're great!

Great for when I worked at a small business and shipped our products
Used for shipping products for our small business, and was attracted by the discounts it offered.
Avantages
The discounts I got on shipping was insane. I sometimes got half off of what I'd normally get at the post office or UPS.
Inconvénients
It was a little difficult at first to navigate the UI, but eventually I figured it out.

Easy to Compare Prices
Avantages
Love having the ability to compare prices. Makes decisions easy for us on the carrier. We aren't taking full advantage for all the API features, but that comes with time.
Inconvénients
The marketing and inventory tools are lacking. We would like to use the inventory tool for our shipping supplies, but the reporting on it doesn't get us to where we want to be.

Great for International Shipping
Avantages
This program integrates with USPS and FedEx. I like that you can ship internationally and print postage. You will still have to go to the post office for customs but you can save a lot of time doing the bulk of the work at home. You get cheaper rates than the post office.
Inconvénients
There is a subscription to use the software.

ease of use and very helpful customer care
It has enabled us to quickly generate shipping labels. Integration was pretty easy and quick. Only negative I have as of now is the sync process which i mentioned in the cons above.

ease of use and getting the shipments done very quickly. Customer care is great. They were able to fix the issues i faced. Would like to mention Customer care has helped me get a solution to my problem from the tech team.
Inconvénients
automatic/manual sync doesn't work. Have to chat with customer care to get the order orders synced every day.

Matthew was awesome! He helped me figure out why every order was printing twice.
Its a fast and easy way to ship out our online orders on a daily basis.

Its easy to use and customer service is always helpful. Shipping Easy provides a place where all of our orders are organized and in one place.
Inconvénients
Sometimes our orders double print and sometimes the system can be slow. Other than that we really haven't had many issues.
