Easy to make use of (checking, check out, settled in, inquiry, and so on) from editable templates you can alter in advance, to messages to facilitate other services (self-checkins, cleaners etc) to ensure they are never missed. Since using this tool it has become critical to our business.

Inconvénients

nothing found so far, it can sometimes be a little slow but i think that may be due to my internet.

Great light-weight tool from superhost. Very easy to use. Customer support after and before subscription is awesome. Very cheaper compared to another provider.

I got an error message. But after asking help from technical support the fixed it. Everything is working fine now.

I like that it features tools to help me automate most of my listings and messaging which takes the most time out of my day. I can focus on other tasks while the Superhost Tools manages my listings for me.

I wish that the pricing engine was better, I find myself having to manually reset the pricing when there's a high peak weekend in my area.

Host Tools helped us easily mange multiple listings and automate check in and check out.

Was a little tricky using multiple accounts and I'm probably a unique case, but I created our listing using an account that is not the primary account but a co-host account, which ended up limited some features. Since we have 5-6 listings, re-doing our set up under the main account became fairly challenging and time intensive.

The affect this has had on my life. Every time I had a booking or enquiry I had to stop everything I was doing to reply. Now my Airbnb messages are sent automatically giving me the time to organise when I deal with the work - this has had a big impact on my time management and life!

The interface is immensely uninspiring and not entirely clear. I also really would appreciate being able to insert images into my messages but this is not an option.

I loved the efficiency in time. It saved me so much of being on the app replying to guests. It is so worth the money because it spares me time that I can do other productive things to grow myself.

Nothing yet. It’s been great. I haven’t yet found anything. Perhaps an integration with some cleaning apps like turnover bnb? Or a link guests can click when they check out.

Sign up to implementation was extremely simple, even for someone who is not exactly "tech savvy". Reduces my need to constantly monitor guest communications, while at the same time creating a better all around experience for my guests.

Easy to set up and connect to our listing. Makes easily communicating with future renters a breeze. It is literally a set it and forget it kind of experience. Once your emails are in place, there is nothing to do from there but edit emails afterwards if necessary. I think it makes our hosting seem a little more professional as renters always get informational emails in the same way and they are personalized based on the information they give us.

Honestly there a couple of features that we do not/have not used as of yet. Our main focus has been the messaging portion so, as of now, don't really have any cons to report.

The timing for last minute reservations sending out multiple messages gets out of order sometimes. For instance, when someone books the day before they come, they will get the property details message before they get the confirmed booking message.

Some parts of the design are a little raw but overall this doesn’t affect performance.

I love the wide possibilities setting up rules in SuperHost Tools has. As I grow my Airbnb business, I was finding myself getting overwhelmed with the need to send the same messages. This cut my Airbnb messaging time down by 80%.

I like being able to put AirBnB on auto-drive. It was easy to set up templates to welcome my guests, communicate with them before and during their stay and instruct them about what to do on check-out day, as well as leave a review. Most of my guests are five-star, but I scheduled the review to appear after I have had the chance to inspect the unit to make sure they were five-star. And if they weren't, I would have time to change the review.

The pricing tools. They didn't work. This could have had something to do with AirBnB's Smart Pricing, which isn't all that great either.

It will for sure save you time and time is money. The Software is newbie friendly and easy to use and understand. Great support! You will get answers to your questions. The messaging system is pretty good as well. It allows for great communication with your guests.

Nothing major really. Like all other automation tools there are always bugs here and there that could make things a bit easier. It feel it requires follow ups to make sure things are working properly.
