Avantages

I have found Pushfar a great platform for my personal growth. It has enabled me to connect with and engage with other professionals in my own field and in various other fields all of who have added to my understanding of how to grow as an artist and a professional. I am very happy to be part of this community.

Inconvénients

The user inferface at times could be a little easier to navigate.

Avantages

It was a very useful tool which helped the mentees and mentors stay on course and gave a structure to the 9 month program. The gamification feature helped in creating a healthy competition amongst the cohort.

Inconvénients

Some periodic updates about the scoreboard, participant activeness etc would have been helpful.

Avantages

After a straightforward onboarding process I booked myself for a training class and I was very positive surprised about the quality and depth of the training which is a comprehensive package to make the best out of being and becoming a mentor or mentee and using this platform. I just started using the platform and I do like the clean UI and easy to understand navigation.

Inconvénients

I am just starting to use the application, so can't say much about it. The onboarding process was great though

A wonderful mentoring platform that has helped connect and streamline employee development + helps engage and maintain worker happiness which is a huge task in the current market.

Easy, simple and effective. My favourite feature at the moment is video calling, especially with virtual mentoring sessions!

The site is easy to use, with a great customer service team on hand for support when needed. Its really easy to schedule meetings, agree on meeting agendas & track goal progress.

It was difficult to add a new mentee, a few buttons needed to increase capacity (with no instructions to support)

The software was simple to set up and easy to learn how to use. We were up for running within a few weeks of contacting the Pushfar team and the experience was seamless and smooth.

We’ve not come across aspects that have been a problem so far; it’s very adaptive and easy to scale.

I honestly could not find any aspect of the software which I did not like. I have used other platforms and I have found that PushFar is superior.

PushFar is a very easy platform to use which is important as our members already access various IT softwares so it needs to be intuitive.

Having retired from working with people throughout my life career, I wanted to give something back. I am so pleased to have found Push Far which gives me access to people looking for Mentors and Mentees looking for Mentors. I have had people contact me and I have contacted others offering help. The system is easy to use. I particularly like the messaging system and the diary reminders which link to my own calendar.

The product is super easy to use and was very easy to implement. As the administrator, I found the backend of the system very easy to navigate. There is an extensive guide of how-to videos which are helpful, however, the system is so intuitive, I didn't need them.

Really straightforward, does the job and does it well.

Nothing! Everything is so easy to use, and for any customisation we needed, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team were able to help very promptly.

Pushfar is great in terms of User Interface. Very easy to use and very intuitive. Everything is where it should be and the gamification elements keep both mentors and mentees engaged.

I'd like to have less notifications come into my mailbox but I'm sure the team have thought about this and I just need to change a setting or something

So far I've had no problems, as I'm using the free membership there are times I would need the full version but looking exploring PushFar with my employer

It quantifies the value and productivity of mentorship automatically, which was extremely difficult when we had our teams setting up these schemes manually. Very easy to monitor who's engaged on both sides. Requires relatively little input/effort from employees to be valuable.

I suppose the UI could be improved in a few areas but it hasn't been a problem for us, you'll get a hang of the platform quickly.
