A very well proven time-tracking app

Avantages

A very useful tool for managing timesheets and then using the data to quickly issue and send invoices, keep track of statistics, plan work, create tasks, etc. Of course, it takes a while to enter all the data in the beginning, but the time spent is very quickly recouped.

Inconvénients

The customer could be given the possibility to choose more formats for invoices and reports, and to customise their layout and style.

Great app for lawyers

I am very happy I tried this app, it helped my a lot with reporting time.

Avantages

It is very easy to start for a new user.

Inconvénients

To be honest I don't think there is anything I didn't like, maybe reporting the time could be a little bit better - if you don't write minutes or hours at the and, it automatically assumes hours which is often not the case.

Amberlo is a good and reliable way for client management in a law firm, with always room for...

Avantages

An extremely simple and reliable way to track the number of hours spent. Keeping records of clients and specific cases for each client is clear and sufficiently accurate. The entire system greatly simplifies client management.

Inconvénients

Just a few minor issues. Searching for matters is not intuitive, and the search function is overly complicated. It’s not possible to sort matters by number or client, only to narrow the search by parameters. Additionally, it’s not possible to include a fixed price on the invoice without specifying the number of hours, regardless of whether the actual hours exceed or fall short of the fixed price.

Tracking time and speedy invoicing

Amberlo is easy to use and intuitive and has a mobile app for when we are out of office

Avantages

As a law firm it is crucial for us to keep accurate records of time spent on matters and be able to invoice clients speedily. Amberlo has enabled us to have up to date records and be able to process invoices speedily ensuring clients receive invoices when work has been done, which we previously struggled to do.

Inconvénients

We are happy with Amberlo, we have made some suggestions and Amberlo have been responsive and taken time to train us

Valuable companion for our team

As above, I enjoy using the app, I think at this point its the best option on market for law offices.

Avantages

Easy to use, very efficient way to track billable hours as well as manage work on different project.

Inconvénients

Missing some analytics features - I would really appreciate possibility to verify in Amberlo e.g. what was an ultimate hourly rate in project performed on fixed fee as well as percentage/proportion of work on particular project of different employees

I have been using this system for a number of years, and I have not yet found a better and more suitable one for me. I therefore recommend.

Affordable and powerful

amberlo is the best for a buck service to know exactly what you should do with your daily law practice.

Avantages

Lot of features but the app is not bloated. You can trust the e-court implementation. Invoicing is quick and easy and you have powerful time tracking allowing to track the profitability of the clients.

Inconvénients

Sometime i get lost in features. Not everything is intuitive. Some things are designed little weird so i don't know how tproperly.

Easy time tracking and billing

AMEA Legal enabled our team to track working time spent on client tasks easier and more precisely. This ensured that all working time is billed and even slightly increased our income. The transition to the new system was smooth because it is intuitive and AMEA support is very helpful.

User friendly software

Avantages

AMEA Legal is very easy to use. All functions are easy to find, field names are clear and required information is always at hand.

Inconvénients

I would like to have mobile application in the future. Multilingual company address would be nice to have for issuing invoices in multiple languages.
