A great produce that deserves more attention

Absolutely great, I have been using it for years and plan to keep using it. It's one of very few tools that I will always come back to because it just works.

Avantages

Ease of use is my priority when using a task or to-do tracker. It's a side activity to whatever I'm trying to achieve and I don't want my tracker getting in the way. Quire does a great job of being so quick and fluent to use that it's barely any effort to make changes there as I work.
My favourite single thing though is how much I can see on screen at once. Because of the compact display I can see what I'm doing, when it needs to be done along with priority and dependencies. No other project management tool I've used can tell me that much at once.

Inconvénients

Honestly don't dislike anything, it does what it says it does and it does it well. I think the only thing I could really say is that because it looks so simple I've had trouble persuading teams to use it. There's an assumption that it can't do as much as it can.

Best cheap (or free) tool for project management

I really like that you can set up a project in minutes, invite members and work on it without spending a penny for weeks/months on free version which is awsome compared to short trial periods. Then you can check and decide, if you want to upgrade to paid version. Great user experiance!

Avantages

- easy to use
- clear interface (not overwhelmed by unnecessary graphics etc.)
- free version is enough for small teams and even couple big projects

Inconvénients

- not that many feature updates thoughout the year compared to other similar apps

Boa ferramenta

Muito boa! Usei esse software, por 1 ano, para ajudar na gestão de projetos e tarefas de 2 equipes Scrum de aproximadamente 10 pessoas ao todo. Me foi de grande utilidade.

Avantages

Quire é fácil de setar, é rápido, responsivo e tem um design bem intuitivo. Em pouco tempo, qualquer pessoa se familiariza. Sobre o layout (kanban, árvores...), ao contrario de outras ferramentas em que você precisa setar o layout antes de criar o projeto, aqui você consegue mudar facilmente o layout quando bem quiser. Os filtros são excelentes e a organização é bem rápida, graças a feature de tags.

Inconvénients

Você até consegue criar e gerir bem projetos na pegada Scrum, mas existem outros softwares, mais especializados pra essa abordagem. Por exemplo, sinto falta de uma feature de story points e uma visão de roadmap (não sei se implementaram isso recentemente, pois faz uns meses que não uso). Além disso, acho caro, comparado ao que os concorrentes entregam, por um preço similar ou menor.

Quire is a really helpful and easy to use tool

Avantages

I like how easy it is to add tasks into Projects. I also enjoy being able to contact the support team with ideas for new features and functions.
It is great to have the tasks online and others to be able to tick off tasks as they are going.

Inconvénients

It would be great to have further reporting functionality and perhaps a Power BI plug in?

Continued automation support

Very straight forward. Nothing special. I have enjoyed the experience.

Avantages

I like the ease of use. Not a lot of fluff.

Great product, with good tech support

Overall experience is great. Their customer support team is very responsive, even though implementation of new features is a little slow.

Avantages

I love just about everything about Quire. The interface is smooth and responsive, and the have all the features I could want in task management software. It is a great alternative to Notion for my purposes.

Inconvénients

When I first started using Quire, the did not have support for custom fields and calculations, and it took a long time for them to implement it.

Avaliação Quire | Itaueira

Nós utilizamos o Quire por muitos anos, mas quando houve a migração para um produto pago as limitações foram drásticas para nós. Ao procurar o valor do produto, percebemos que o custo era muito alto, mais alto do que pagamos pelo licenciamento do Google Workspace, que é muito mais estratégico para a organização. Por fim decidimos que iríamos migrar gradualmente da ferramenta devido as limitações da versão gratuita e o alto custo da versão paga.

Avantages

Facilidade no uso. Ser uma plataforma Web.

Inconvénients

Limitações na versão free e preço da versão paga.

review of quire

i probably wont continue with it- its basically a bunch of to-do lists and i can use the easy note feature on my cell phone

i was able to enter info on my desktop computer

Inconvénients

I started to use it, got some info entered, then discovered there was a charge for entering in more info. i wanted a program i could use on my desktop computer, that would transfer info to an app on my phone and vice versa, and i dont think there is a phone app

Best tool in term of online project management

Good, but needs improvement

Lacks features. Could not create sections and separate takes by wprkstreams that didn't have a due daye

Good! Wish calendar alignment was better!

Some thoughts after trying Quire

I have been experimenting with Quire, It has some nice features, however I prefer WorkFlowy for its ease of navigation and plainness, but had I not discovered WorkFlowy after Springpad shut down, I would have probably started using Quire because of it's features and functionality.

Avantages

There is the option of adding new sub list items to top or bottom of list
There are nice shortcut instructions when hovering over function icon
It is easy to keep track of who is collaborating on a project
Collaboration conversations can be always in view
Quire is a little different from other apps that I have tried. The design and layout doesn't seem to get in the way as much.
There is the ability to add Due Dates and Reminders
I rarely collaborate on projects with others. If I collaborated more often I might be more inclined to use Quire regularly.
I am impressed that Quire developers have reached out to me several times to asking for feedback about my usage and to answer questions that I had.
There is a detailed history of editing of each specific project

Inconvénients

Like most other note taking apps available, Quire does have a somewhat rigid structure that gets in the way of productivity for me, but may be useful for others.
Navigation on the Quire screen is a little more spread out than the WorkFlowy screen. Making use of the Keyboard shortcuts is suggested
A few times I unintentionally pressed the complete button and "completed" an item on Android
I find navigating the page, using built-in calendars and other features is unnecessary for what I want to accomplish
Quire is a little slower than WorkFlowy to refresh
I am able to do pretty much everything in Quire that I can do with WorkFlowy, but it is a little more time consuming
The adding tasks and subtasks and breaking them down is a little more complicated in Quire
a benefit of WorkFlowy is that you can compose or copy and paste any portion of your entire WorkFlowy list into an email, letter, article, app or document. There is some exporting of Quire into a CSV document, which can be copied and pasted into a document with some reworking.
As much or as little of your whole WorkFlowy list can be shown at one time #n
Unlike Quire, WorkFlowy does not have predetermined frames to enter text into you can always see the entire text

To-Do List and Helpful

Overall, this site helps me put my tasks and assignments together. I love how I can focus on this because this helps me when assigning projects with my team. This site helped me when I was looking in the past for a site like this. This site helped me figure out how to keep my tasks list organized and not all over the place. Perfect site!

Avantages

I like how I am able to create a to-do list and assign some of the to-do lists that I have to certain people who are working on certain assignments with me. I also love how the calendar option is right near it to help me assign the calendar dates and to also help me if I need to remind myself on what day the assignment is due. I can put tags in each to-do list without any problem and I don’t have to confuse myself when trying to do this. I like how it’s easy to do. I love the option on the left-hand side of the screen that helps me focus on my most recent or active tasks. I can focus on just a few. This helps me keep my mind together when figuring each task out or each task assignment out. I also love how I am able to customize each tag and I love how the overview option shows each of the projects/tasks that I am working on. The diagram breaks it all down and I can see each one clearly.

Inconvénients

I dislike the member option area where each member is assigned. I like how some of the tabs areas are on the left side of the screen, but this tab would be nice at the top of the screen. So, I can see each one and every person that is assigned to each task. It would be nice to have an option button at the top. Nothing complicated just so we can just bring down the person’s name and add them to each task. I also dislike the colors on this website. It would be nice if the colors were different or more unique.

Like a todo list on paper, but on a web site

Avantages

I love its simplicity, it welcomes you starting from the log-in page. Every feature is in reach and appears when you need it. If you have to break down tasks, just make subtasks, at any level. Advanced features are available (eg: sharing, assigning) but if you don't use them they don't get in the way. The UX is exemplar, it should be teached in courses. A couple of years ago, when I started looking for a personal todo list "on the cloud", I couldn't find anything like this. Oh, it's free and works great on the phone!

Inconvénients

Maybe the light theme is a bit low on contrast, but that might be my screen settings.
My Tasks menu shows dates only in mm/dd format, which might be confusing if you're not from the USA.

The best in the business when it comes to completing projects

Quire is the best option for a deadline-driven job, with plenty of help and tools for the perfect time and expense management.

Avantages

The simplicity and elegance of this program is amazing. The key to a great project is organization, and this app is perfectly tailored to the needs of any business with projects to complete.

Inconvénients

I would love to see a log of completed projects broken down into weeks, months, years, etc. so that you could reflect on past accomplishments.
