J'ai apprécié toute la partie gestion de projet, l'attribution et le suivi des tâches qui est très facile, la communication. Il est simple de savoir où en est le projet, quels sont les avancements, et cela aide l'équipe à avancer rapidement.

Inconvénients

Un point que j'ai trouvé dommage est le faite de devoir remplir toutes les US (= User Stories / ~tâches) à la main. Il serait intéressant d'avoir la possibilité de les importer via une feuille de calcul, ou autrement. Ensuite, leur gestion est simple, avec l'attribution pour chacune de différents critères, rien à dire pour cela.

Un logiciel de gestion de projet très efficace et facile d'utilisation, OpenProject me permet la planification de projets et la gestion des tâches, la gestion des documents, des clients ainsi que certains risques liés au travail. Il nous a permis de bien gérer le temps. Nous en bénéficions quotidiennement car il nous a permis d'ajouter un logo à notre entreprise.

Inconvénients

Avec OpenProject, tout fonctionne très bien. Seulement que son installation pose de sérieux problème.

Possession of fantastic analytics and reporting tools that give us insights into project's progress, compliance, resources allocation and the overall teams performance. These reports comes handy during our weekly adminstrative meeting as they helps us make informed decisions.

Inconvénients

It is excellent for the most part, but in situations where you have part-time staff needing specific access to project's data, user roles and permissions customisation options are restrictive.

OpenProject remains to be the top online project management tool in my ranking. It has a user-friendly interface and despite being affordable it hasn't compromised on the quality of it's features. It execute processes super quick and it is not affected by the number of projects, teams or users and it is highly customizable

Inconvénients

There are still some upscaling limitations even if it is open source. The free version misses resource allocation among other key functions. Lastly there exist mobile app so we often have to access it from our computers which is kinda inconvenient because project management is an all time tasks

i was able to use this product over 4 years on my previouse company. It was a very good selection for those who looking for a free agile based project management software

less flexibility and hard to configure/install is major issue i realized with this tool. It too so long to fix certian slowness issue of the application.

If I'm to give one word that perfectly describes OpenProject it will have to be "SIMPLICITY". It is easy to use and implementation is straightforward and completely self-service. All customization and integration capabilities are accessible and well described in the online documentation, it's impossible to get stuck along the way. The way OpenProject Stresses on cloud data security, confidentiality and privacy is remarkable. We are able to share updates (project status) with the relevant stakeholders without giving them full access to specific project's internal details.

Inconvénients

I haven't encountered any aspect that OpenProject falls short of my expectations.

From where I sit, there is a lot to like about OpenProject. It is extremely versatile and easy to use. It lets our teams and faculties seamlessly collaborate on projects and stay on the same page even though they're spread in our different branches across the country. It has been a fundamental tool in eliminating the confusion that would arise especially when dealing with complex projects as we can prioritise tasks, monitor and track progress in real time, assign/reassign tasks(when necessary) as well as the flexibility to customise it to match our company's specific requirements.

Currently i am working on with a small team of 10 members and we are working on multiple major projects for our clients. It's eminent we complete the projects on time and give it all we can. Using OpenProject as our main project management tool has brought a huge boost on how we are handling and managing the projects efficiently. OpenProject has the best robust and reliable features which are making everything fall into place and we are almost being done with some of the projects. It's been easy to track the team performance in real-time and able to know what's going on pretty well and and what not. It's a flexible tool that we use it on any operating system and have the controls tools which enables us to take full control of our clients projects effectively.

Inconvénients

The support team has been very exceptional and responsive at times but at times due to high number of clients who needs assistance they are a bit slow. Nevertheless everything else is super dope.
