I like the feature that I can easily create a lead magnet, collect emails and names and connect it to a follow-up email campaign. Their customer service and training videos are always on point.

I seem to lose a few subscribers from my sequences somewhere along the line 🤷🏻‍♀️ other than those few who unsubscribe.

How easy it is to stay organized, schedule content, and collaborate with team members. Our [sensitive content hidden] has utilized ConvertKit for email campaign management for years and the features just continue to get better and better. It makes it easy to stay updated on metrics with click and open rates, subscriptions, etc. It has played a vital role in lead generation and the continued success of our company.

Inconvénients

We have had a couple scheduling issues with drip feeds, but I believe they have been resolved.

I loved that it was free to start up to a couple thousand contacts.

Inconvénients

The price rose sharply as your contacts rose whether you were using it to make money off the list yet or not.

Easy to set up and use. Has had some improvements since first started using.

There are ample resources and education available to use this platform. My background is not in marketing or email marketing, but the education that ConvertKit has available has allowed me to optimize the service and makes me feel like I am getting real value from this product.

Nothing. Seriously, nothing. Since I have had ConvertKit as a part of my business (over 2 years), they have only innovated the product and added more features (most recently creator profiles and product integration) that I actually am exploring downsizing OTHER services that I use to see if I can just use ConvertKit for everything digital.

Avantages

I like how everything is drag and drop, it makes it really easy to learn and use. The interface is very sleek and it's easy to find what you're looking for. The customer service is excellent too.

Inconvénients

First of all, compared to alternatives it's expensive. Second, if you want to send more than text based emails you won't have many options. There aren't that many templates. It's better for sending plain text emails,
You have the HTML option but adding customizations is hard for people who don't want to code.

Avantages

As a person with little to no tech background, truth, I was quite intimidated by this software. HOWEVER, what I love about it, is its dedication to quick videos that give you instant feedback and education to navigate and understand what you are doing. There are tutorials everywhere, in truth you never feel lost or alone or not supported. It is more about (as a new entrepreneur) it is more abut catching up with the scope of what you want to do with it. I initially used it to organize and gather emails and do live broadcast, but together with Leadpages these two have been my go to towards launching my first webinar only using emails in my direct network and slotting 8 out of 10 seats for my webinar. I really was lost in terms of how to manage all these emails and in truth they manage themselves. I What I love the most is how it auto tags/sorts the emails so I can see who responds to what funnel and make me a better and more strategic entrepreneur.

Inconvénients

Nothing yet, I am more impatient with myself because I wish I could understand its full scope fast.

Convertkit is so powerful that I am still learning its capabilities three years later. I can easily manage and grow my email list, and segmenting my audience makes it easier to send the right emails to the right people.

There can be a steep learning curve. However, help is somewhat useful.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about Convertkit. My only slight issue is integrating it with Membermouse.

Avantages

Convertkit makes it really easy to collect and tag/keep track of subscribers and set up automated emails. The layout is clean, simple, and user friendly. Customer service is also amazing! They reply super fast and are eager to please.

Inconvénients

Convertkit offers several different designs for the email sign up boxes but I wish they were more customizable. You can pretty much only change the font size, background color, picture, and bold or italicize the font. That was definitely a disappointment.

I could capture email addresses, create campaigns.

If I didn't have someone helping me with the set up, rules and automations it would've taken me forever to do it myself.

The broadcast, add subscribers, and tag functions are really simple - I use them easily! I love that they have free trainings and offer great customer support.

So far I haven't figured out the funnel idea...I'm not sure it's the software's fault though. I mostly just do broadcasts and that's enough for me for now.

Avantages

I switched to convertkit from mailchimp 8 months ago. Best decision and money I’ve ever spent. Easily supports multiple email opt-ins. Send to specific groups or whole broadcasts.

Inconvénients

The landing pages are difficult to customize well. They are free, so that’s nice. But hard to make beautiful.

Avantages

Easy interface, can easily create forms to implement onto your website, and broadcasts are simple to do.

Inconvénients

Slight learning curve in the beginning but got the hang of it real quick.
