With the help of support, you can pretty much create whatever you need that is database driven. The fact that you can log in and see your data from anywhere with internet access is great. The ability to input data via mobile phone is awesome as well.

Fine software for smaller businesses

It's fine for tracking our jobs, it's pretty simple to use, but it doesn't work well with some of the aspects of our business, without rewriting code through formula fields.

Quickbase is the future of Databases

If you are looking to streamline your data and have it available for all your company to have access at their fingertips... this is the application you need. We are a large Fuel provider and have started utilizing Quickbase applications for purchase orders, fleet management, parts returned, functions tremendously saves, etc. It has unified processes within the company that were never able to stick before. Data is retrievable quickly for instant answers. We learn from it every day and it has functions tremendously. Easy to use to develop apps for simple tasks or complex customer databases. Everyone should be using Quickbase!

Easy to use tool with huge possibilities

We used Quickbase when we needed a Project Management tool during an ERP implementation. We started with one of the downloadable templates and customized it to fit our needs. It quickly grew and worked great for managing tasks and issues, bug tracking, and change requests. Users picked up on the interface quickly so it was widely used right from the beginning. We were able to produce some nice reports along the way, making sure upper management knew the progress of the project the whole time. We've since went on to develop apps we continue to use for production and quality tracking, and have additional apps in the works.

I love that QuickBase allows me to customize my applications as much as I need to. Templates are a great place to start learning about how applications are designed on the back end.

QuickBase has provided us with an easy and efficient way to track projects, financials, and employees.

We have found it to be simple to use and enjoy the customization options. Being able to create custom dashboards and views for specific employees has helped us simplify the experience for our users.

We have rarely ran into issues with QuickBase, but when we do they are always resolved promptly by the QuickBase support staff. I would definitely reccommend this product!
