Powerhouse for business operation
The system is very easy to use. It has a modern layout which is pleasant to work with. The main advantages of this system that authorized personel can shape the software to our needs with ease. The software is fast to work with. There are countless way to use it.
Avantages
Integration of new features is very quick ans easy for our IT personel.
Inconvénients
We do not have problems with Quickbase as we can solve any problems that may occur.

A Good Knowledgebase Builder
Avantages
Being able to create a knowledgebase library for all your know hows of your operation
Inconvénients
Being able to update outdated information is reliant on the admin and how active and/or receptive they are with the information that needs to be updated.

Houses many programs I use daily. Staff scheduling and monthly budgeting, inventory management, price increases and shopping, etc.

Have yet to find an issue, functions well for what it is

Quickbase: The Low-Code/No Code Platform that Gets Results!
Overall, Quickbase has done a good job at eliminating multiple spreadsheets that were previously used for project management. They are very receptive to clients' needs and actively encourage product feedback, so they continue to morph the product into an even better one.
Avantages
Quickbase makes it simple to develop new applications and reports as the business needs change. The UI can be customized as much as you're willing to take it and it certainly beats having to use a spreadsheet!
Inconvénients
Their Pipelines product (formerly CloudPipes) is a good way to automate processes within other QB applications as well as external systems, but it's still missing some features that are very nice to have (like real-time error processing and ways to rerun only certain failed steps).

Quickbase Review
Avantages
Quickbase allows developers to customize the apps, forms, tables, and fields to best fit our application. It allows us to use coding to achieve some cool code pages and buttons within our apps. In addition, Quickbase continues to make improvements to the ease of use both within the apps and the Pipelines. Adding drag and drop features allows us to make changes quicker than we did before when we had to remove and re add.
Inconvénients
Additional Pipeline tags would be a nice feature to have. Right now we are limited on the number of tags we can have for our Pipelines. Additionally, it is difficult to remove old tags as you have to go through each individual Pipeline and remove the tag. This is especially difficult for companies with hundreds of Pipelines such as ourselves. Additionally, we would like to see some of our support cases gain more traction. There have been numerous times where we submit an issue and the ticket either gets ghosted after the first communication, or the ticket just gets closed with no explanation. Currently there is an issue where our users can see the fields under a tab that is "hidden".Finally, it would be beneficial to be able to see more helpful details in the field usage page, especially with Pipelines. It tells you if it is used in one but there is no easy way to find that Pipeline from the information given.

Quickbase helps us design websites without coding
Quickbase is a useful tool for solving common business problems, such as inventory management, because it facilitates the rapid creation of applications that are compatible with all display and mobile device sizes.
Avantages
All of our previous issues with program administration and data tracking have been eliminated by using Quickbase. Our operations and sales teams can now work together more effectively than ever before thanks to the applications we developed for them.
Inconvénients
The sole drawback of Quickbase is that it requires you to use their own proprietary formulas. Finding what you're looking for and double-checking your UI usage is going to take a little more time. Having an in-house resource with coding experience has been a huge boon.

Quickbase for management of all work and projects
It is overall very positive experience with Quickbase and it also showing good impact on our business works by saving time, resources and maintain our projects with timelines.
Avantages
For each and every types of management of projects, task and any online projects we can use Quickbase. Now a days we can widen its use in many different places as well.
Inconvénients
Search options of projects and sub folders can be even better. Needs to improve Documents management features.

Low Code programming, easy to setup, cost, customizable.
Inconvénients
Limits in Modern design aesthetics. Need to update dashboards and include more ability to customize the look. We are Using "React" to achieve this goal.

Quickbase helps keep my projects on track and on budget
Avantages
I might be out of the norm here for Quickbase, but my team primarily uses it as a ticketing solution. We work with departments across my organization that require our team's knowledge and expertise, and keeping track of requests and tickets before Quickbase was a pain. I relied on my team to mark their own requests and to share them with others, but sometimes requests or tickets fell through the cracks. With Quickbase, I can stay on top of my team's requests and delegate tasks where appropriate.
Inconvénients
Quickbase is feature rich, but it is not the prettiest software I've ever used. While I do appreciate the simplicity, the UI/UX might be a turn off for new users just learning the ropes.

Excellent tool, but licensing and pricing make it less ubiquitous
Avantages
QuickBase is an incredible tool for modeling business processes. I've seen it used for everything from small TODO lists, where a tool like Asana is overkill, to running the inventory and procurement process for Fortune 500 companies. It's sweet spot, though, is providing a way for small teams to customize their business processes. For this, it's an incredibly valuable tool.
Inconvénients
The pricing and licensing makes it tough to get started. This is a tool that would benefit from a large store of apps. Like a connection to Asana or Trello, the ability to push GPS coordinates from a cellphone (for field service operations), etc. It's hard to get started developing these because they don't have developer accounts, and the trial is only 30 days long.

Good concept but could be improved
It’s a good service but i think there’s a lot to improve. I see companies switching to more systems/software that integrate quickbase and service now into one easier to use application.
Avantages
Once you got the hang of it it was easy to use. It’s great to be able to set timelines to each project and being able to implement templates helps make the process quicker.
Inconvénients
This software lacks a lot of features that should be integrated and contacting support can be a pain. This software would be ideal if it intertwines more aspects that would allow users to send information to others and let other users access features and timeframes. We had to print out each form and attach them which was very old school and time consuming.

Great Workflow Automation
Avantages
Once it's built and all the details completed, it makes workflow emails, notifications, spreadsheets, and charts/graphs really easy to get a live view for everyone.
Inconvénients
The time to build out the applications correctly and the amount of training needed to use this software.

A great start to automated process
I started to use Quick base as a very basic user for Ivee been fond of the potential that could get inside my company. It’s easy to train new users to adopt, use and deploy solutions inside QuickBase. You have to know what the process is and how it can get the advantage of being deployed in QuickBase.
Avantages
It’s an easy way to use and train inside the company to have a great start for an automated process that was isolated before in Excel files. You can add some easy to deploy programs and see the advantages very soon.
Inconvénients
The interface could be improved, this is not a deal breaker but it could be better.

Quick Cloud Based Apps
We use QuickBase when we need to gather and cosolidate information from people working in various locations. Quickbase allows us to create custom apps without requiring support from corporate IT.
Avantages
The QuickBase platform is a great way to allow non IT personnel to create their own cloud-based databases and work flows.
Inconvénients
Unless you are a developer, you can't customize the look and feel of the apps.

Workable quickbase
I use this system daily to do root cause analysis. It is easily maintained and customizeable. Reporting is easy and user friendly

Simple and Efficient when it comes to customizable apps.
Overall Quick Base looks like an extremely useful tool for our team. In just a few short weeks we are noticing improvement across multiple areas.
Avantages
Quick Base is very simple and easy to use even for first time users which makes it incredibly efficient when it comes to implementation. I would highly recommend for companies or users looking to customize workflows or any other applications.
Inconvénients
Only thing I could find that could use some work is that the interface is static and not very customizable to. your specific needs.

Comparing QuickBase with SaleForce
Avantages
QuickBase is simple and powerful cloud-based database management software that requires minimal technical training and has everything you need to implement a workflow application of data collection with users with different levels of data access. The sales and software engineers are very engaged to help you succeed !
Inconvénients
The cascading dropdown menus and webhooks would require more effort to understand how it works. However, I am only at the beginning stage of using this software.
