Quickbase is a Game-changer for Small Business Management
We have automated workflows and processes to reduce human error, especially in relation to deadlines and follow up tasks; we have been able to analyze our business in detail and make better informed decisions; we use quickbase in every aspect of our varied business - to process real estate transactions, compile and analyze business data, coordinate and run government grant programs, coordinate constructions projects and more.
Avantages
Easy to begin immediately creating and customizing workflows and reporting; creates immediate and quantifiable time and resource savings. Automations increase these efficiency gains immensely and are easy to use.
Inconvénients
Integrations and automations are extremely powerful tools that exponentially increase the value of quickbase but the switch from automations to pipelines presents a major issue in that pipelines are not intuitive or easy to use for the low-code manager. Without an easier to understand interface and/or much better documentation and support, the elimination of automations in favor of pipelines could be a major detractor from the usefulness of quickbase.

It’s a very easy and effectively operational tool.

The pricing connection between the tool and the other one at our disposal appear to conflict.

Immediately Impactful Robust Software
While we lacked internal support for the development of our tools, when we were able to accomplish what we needed, it was fantastic. I just feel you really do need dedicated resources for QuickBase if you wish to maximize the benefits of all the updates and releases.
Avantages
I liked that I could build the workflow out using just about any methodology.
Inconvénients
Reporting is very difficult and requires extensive knowledge of how the Apps are built.

Build an awesome database!
We manage a large apartment community (2,500 beds+) and we record all of our pre-leasing each year into a massive database we created in Quickbase.
The reporting is excellent, we can customize everything so we can continuously grow our operation year-to-year to focus on the metrics that matter to us. It allows us to have our dozen agents and 3 managers, access and update the database from anywhere, in real time.
Avantages
Ease of use, customization, access anywhere - customize reports!
Inconvénients
Not very pretty to look at, but that's not really a big deal.

Quickbase for HOA MGMT
This program has made my job assisting with HOA management much easier.
Avantages
I love how all information is available in one view. I love how we can customize the app to work how we need it to.
Inconvénients
I cannot find a negative point at this time.

Tons of features but takes time to learn!
Avantages
There is so much I can do with QuickBase! I can track leads - using customized forms. I can also create many different reports with different filters, and I am able to design cool charts and graphs. The ability to customize apps is extraordinary. I've never seen a CRM with so many different features - and I've used a lot of different CRM's!
Inconvénients
With tons of features, it can be difficult to learn - especially when someone else initially created the app. You need to make sure to fully map out your "plan of attack" before creating an app or you will end up will a mess of unnecessary fields and data.

Great way to stay organized
Avantages
This software is extremely customizable with tons of different apps to tailor the system to your business needs.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the interface isn't entirely user friendly and I have to scroll through things I don't need to finally get to what I was looking for. Also, I don't see anything to set reminders to follow up on tasks. Perhaps it's there but my office is in charge of adding apps.

Good maintenance work order software
Avantages
It keeps track of all work orders, and it can divide them up by different communities which is really important with HOAs.
Inconvénients
Sometimes my work orders get lost and it's almost impossible to find them even though I'm searching the correct criteria.
