The biggest benefit for our company is being able to effectively track employee hours submitted.
With the geofencing capability, it allows us to ensure employees do not take advantage of clocking in away from the site.
It also allows us to have the assurance that staff are actively on site and also manage leave

Inconvénients

Not much to not like about Jibble, the app and the User Interface is very reliable and easy to use. I think if Jibble would allow you to save custom generated reports, reports that we use every day/fortnight, or allow certain costumised reports to be emailed on a daily basis, then that would be something they can improve on.

its with the mobile app, it takes photos and i believe posts them down in the database. thats not right, i understand its for facial recognition but man we can use something like i dont know a facial recognition API from Apple or Google. listen i am a backend dev myself and i know this can be done.

Time tracking is seem less. The minima. UI is also very easy to use.

When timesheets are updates, sometimes the system lags. The updated number does not reflect immediately. Also, sometimes time calculation is off by 1 min especially for difference between 7:59 and 8:00.

Some times when you clock out and come back after several hours, the time keeps counting however it doesn't affect the clocked out time in any way though. It normalizes when you refresh.

also you can log your breaks
and most importantly it can log you off after a preset duration that is one of the most important features that I see in the app

The whole logging is quite basic so aside from the time I can't see anything else, I would love to track specifics like how much time I spent on Chrome, vscode etc how long I was logged in on my PC you know like more detail
