One-stop payroll processing for maximum convenience. It files payroll taxes and does the math automatically. It's also a great tool for getting new hires up and running. Because of how easily it can be done now, no special training is required.

Great all in one place for employee info including paychecks

Paylocity could be better.

My overall experience is for everything I like about Paylocity there is just as many things I don't like. For instance, why when I try to make a timecard correction do I get an error saying the change would affect the employees negative balance when all I'm doing is changing a clock out to a clock in or changing a clock to end lunch or changing 8 hours vacation to 4 hours vacation.

My favorite payroll provider!

My overall experience has been positive. Easy to use, all my information is in one centralized location and I can make changes or updates easily and quickly.

The real guarantee for creating a stable and successful work environment

Okay but not great

Wasn’t my favorite. Was not a huge improvement moving from another service and as an employee (not employee of Paylocity) it was more frustrating than anything.

Highly recommend

I genuinely enjoy using the software. I submitted my time and attendance in Cancun through the mobile app because I forgot to do it before going on vacation. It's hands down a 10 in my book!

I work for a company that uses Paylocity. Every two weeks, I enjoy opening up my account to see my next check. But even more so, we use it to do our yearly reviews, request PTO, onboarding for new employees. and so much more.

User friendly but customer service isn't the best

Overall, Paylocity is a decent HRIS with a good payroll platform. It's easy to use from an employee perspective. Visually appealing, easy to navigate, app is great too. If they could get their customer service handled, I'd be happier.

Easy to navigate

Overall, the software is convenient and easy to read. Information is displayed in an organized manner and there is minimal confusion. There are some issues with loading sometimes but it’s usually resolved quickly. It’s useful for payroll, especially for a company with a large number of employees.
