Avantages

It is a cost effective solution for a small non-profit that did not need all the bells and whistles other providers offered. It can scale up or down depending on the users, location and what we need to track. Having an app is an added bonus.

Inconvénients

The set up was not intuitive, but the support was great.

Most suitable for my organization's size, ease of deployment and administration, budget and pricing.

Avantages

Easy to use clock in / clock out system for all employees. Allows you to see the actual time everyone clocks in and out which is helpful in providing factual information to employees.

Inconvénients

No direct phone support available, everything appears to be through chat only. Sometimes having direct access to a live person is what you need, especially when you're new and learning to navigate the system.

Avantages

It's free, which is the most meaningful to our non-profit. It's easy to use for on-site volunteers using our hub tablet and for off-site volunteers to track their time using the app.

Inconvénients

I wish the free version would total the monthly hours. It's one simple feature that would be the cherry on top. If that was added the free version would be perfect for our tiny organization.

Features like time tracking is the big one. It's how we see who is clocked in, who is not, how much we pay, etc.

There really isn't much. I'd like to link it to Quickbooks which I think I can now.

Jibble is easy to use for both my students and I. We are able to log in and log out no matter our locations. Its also quite excellent for reporting although this is still a work in progress for me.

nothing so far. Not quite sure that I like the "forced to write" until I reach 40 characters.

The website does not require proper training. It is user-friendly.

Inconvénients

The only con I would have would be that I do not have the option to clock out on the same entry as my clock-in. However this is not a function on most time tracking sites so it is ok, and my job is the same part-time hours daily so I normally enter them at the end of my shift.

The ability to clock in at different locations saves us so much time! Our associate has to report to different locations on different days, and this feature alone is valuable.

The limited ability to view a time sheet in the free version makes it a little difficult to submit monthly payroll reports, but overall time tracking is great!

So far the interface seems very easy for volunteers to create an account and track their hours. I like how they have the option for either web or app logging.

My only con is via the web interface. There's a lot happening on the main screen. It's a little overwheling. But it's not so bad once you know where to click.

I love that Jibble can easily be integrated with our team's communication platform, Slack, so we can clock in remotely and on mobile. Talk about working from anywhere and everywhere, productively!

What I like the most was the fact that the usability is very easy to comprehend. Also, the main feature of tracking working hours is great for the accountability of daily workers.

Yes, overall the editing of past ClockIn and Clock out. If you were wrong about old clockin or clockout, it can get a little buggy if you try to fix it.

The ability for all team members to log in on site and remotely using the same software is such a time saver for us. The system is very easy to use and reporting is simple and quick. Customer support are quick to reply and very helpful. All in all, this is the best timesheet system I have used in 20+ years of running payroll!

Occasionally times do not log, this is if the team member logs in when WiFi signal is very low and mobile data hasn't 'taken over' but the ability to adjust times (with permission) for these few occasions means it's not a major problem

The people who work in the customer service are very friendly and quick to resolve doubts. It's really simple.

You can only set one Daily Overtime in Work Schedules. For continuously changing schedule, you need to update your employees schedules as they change and be sure that you already exported their previous timesheets to get the accurate previous data.
