GEM works!
My experience with GEM has been really good, once I was able to use the software for a while. It was a learning curve but the articles and questions to answers GEM provides are helpful. I do feel there could be even more clarification to questions. The answers seem limited.
Avantages
I like that this software is user friendly, and it helps tremendously in outreaches to candidates. The data and analytics provided really give you a great look into trends and patterns which help the whole sourcing and recruiting process.
Inconvénients
I do find in some areas, the process of sending outreaches could be more clear. Specifically sending emails, vs inmails, there are different steps after the process such as "TO DO's" that may be missed if you didn't know they were needed.

Stay Away From This Product!
In 2021 product was good But in 2022 the product went completely downhill following mass layoffs Account Management is unreachable, and customer support do not understand the productUser Account can be terminated at any point with no explanation Over 100,00 candidates lost Millions of dollars in potential deals down the drain

The text campaigns and sequences are very good
Inconvénients
Less than 5% accurate emails for candidatesNo live chat for Customer SupportNo communication on the relationship with Account Management Resume search engine does not work The system does not prevent duplicate entries

Great Tool - A must have for a TA Leader
Has been impactful in driving process changes.
Avantages
Access to real-time data to inform process and candidate management improvements/health.

A feature request, to build an external search functionality.

great recruiting tool!
once i learned how to use the tool is made my day to day work much easier
Avantages
i love how this tool took out the step of having to do reoutreach - it was great to know that I could rely on it to do so on the date and time I selected.
Inconvénients
i had a hard time figuring out some of the interfaces at first i.e. marking a candidate outreach status manually, etc.
