The only complaint I can think of is I wish individual cards would be able to exist in more than 1 collection. And that's seriously the only downside I could think of!

A platform that enables our team to obtain the information we require and to answer our clients' inquiries, to gain knowledge about our tools and processes, and other types of client communication.

I have no dislikes at all. There are instances where the search bar doesn't display the exact article that I need to process our client's request.

Guru is our support and success team’s Internal Knowledge Base (or ‘IKB’ for short). This tool replaces Notion as our internal support process and how-to Wiki for our team and serves as a trusted source for the support team’s centralized collective knowledge.

The adoption of the tool and its extensibility were critical to us, and thus far, we're pleased.

Another pro: Ease of implementation and use - It can't be stressed enough how easy this was to configure and deploy.

Inconvénients

I'd really like to see a more robust bidirectional integration with Notion, similar to how well Guru works with Zendesk's Help Center. We'd like to have discrete cards that pull in Notion pages and stay in sync with those pages. That said, Guru does allow for bulk import of Notion content.

Maybe more personalization because it has no way to give your own touch to the experience. But that's just me. Eveyrhting I need is there so I don't have no critics regarding this.

As a Customer Service Associate, Guru helped me in my everyday tasks as it is very easy to navigate and browse specific and related guru cards that will help me to solve a customer's issue!

To be completely honest, Guru is the most amazing and CSR-friendly software out there. I can't think of any cons that I will write.

Guru cards are very organized and easily accessible, when you find card that you use frequently you can categorize them and save them, so they are easily accessible when you need them. This great for when you have cards that you use on a daily basis. The cards are very clean and are not clustered up with unnecessary information, you can easily and quickly edit information if necessary, and the platform is very user friendly.

Inconvénients

There really isn't much to dislike about the product, it would be nice if you could open up multiple cards at once instead of opening each on individually.

The flexibility of managing the resources on one folder, also the ask a question feature where it really helps us find the resources that we are looking for. I really like the fact that the whole team can comment on the guru card to share some insights.

sometimes you really need to put the exact title of the resouce to find the article, sometimes you need to get inside one guru card to find the guru card that you are actually looking for.

Guru is excellent at centralizing and organizing business knowledge, which can greatly improve teamwork and productivity.Because the platform offers mobile apps, browser extensions, and Slack integration, information is easily accessible no matter where you are.

It can be somewhat pricey, particularly for newer or smaller companies, as the price may be too much to cover on a limited budget.The platform can become overwhelming when dealing with large amounts of information, making it challenging to locate specific information fast without appropriate tagging and categorization.

I started using Guru a few months ago, primarily to create content that my colleagues use as reference material. It is integrated into our working platform, and I have never needed to contact customer support because it is very user-friendly. The platform offers numerous convenient features, such as creating cards, following authors, and providing feedback on existing cards.

The only issue I have with Guru is the limited variety of formatting tools. However, there are a few ways to work around these restrictions.

Guru has been used in our Company since July of 2021. It allows access for management and associates to locate knowledgable resources so you can feel confident in answering any medical inquires. In our company we have a lot of materials that are given to us and it is good that we have a resource like Guru to simply answer our questions in an efficient manner.

There is nothing I like least about the Guru.

Guru assists me in addressing every concern I have with merchants, even the particularly challenging ones. Not only am I gaining new knowledge and information, but Guru is also helping me improve my communication skills and find better resolutions for my merchant interactions.

my feedback to Guru is that when you search for related topics, it provides a comprehensive list of all topics, making it difficult to identify the most relevant Guru closest to the specific concern.

It's very user friendly, easy to search related articles or information using keywords. We rarely encounter any lags or latency while using the system.

1.The lists option under my library must be displayed in the order user wants instead of Alphabetical Order
2. When we do CTRL+F on Airline Directory or other pages which have good amount of data sometimes the dropdowns do not open, scrolling to the information is fine, there's a lag while finding data with CTRL+F

I like how it is user friendly and provide suggested answer before you even finished out your keywords!

The comment bar is constantly updating saying you have a mentioned on guru card you previously signed up to be notified.
