Très mauvaise. Je suis obligé de faire opposition à ma carte bancaire à cause de vous.
Avantages
Aucun, le site n’a même pas fonctionné, cela m’a forcément à acheter la fonctionnalité à 1€ pour avoir accès à mon document, ce qui n’a toujours pas marché.
Inconvénients
Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié que Guru tente de faire des prélèvements de 50€ sur mon compte en banque bien évidemment sans mon consentement.

The Guru experience and the updates are smooth. Its like a google, where all knowledge base related to my work there and its responding according to my preference.

Easy to use!
I'm a user who isn't involved with the administration of Guru, I just use it as part of my day-to-day work, and I find it very easy to use. It's intuitively designed and simple to find the information I need.
Avantages
We use Guru as an internal knowledge base - anything from product guides and process outlines to company policies and team announcements. It's very easy to organize and update, and the "verify feature" helps us see what is up-to-date. I especially like how Guru incorporates AI - the AI search capabilities make it really easy to find the information I need.
Inconvénients
I like the fact that Guru integrates with Slack. When someone asks a question in Slack, Guru will respond with a suggested answer. However, the answer provided by Guru isn't always correct. It does better with straightforward questions (ie, "what days are company holidays?") than with more complicated product questions.

Editing Experience Needs Significant Improvement

Cards being available in multiple board groups means we don't need to copy and paste knowledge around.
Integrations with teams is used regularly.

Without Guru, my work is chaos.
Guru is our main Knowledge Base at work, and I use it every day. It also let me personalize my collections by creating mini folders so I can categorize the topics. It is also easy to share to other colleagues.
Avantages
Guru is my go-to tool when I need important information or guide about my job. It is the most reliable source for valuable information in my job.
Inconvénients
Since you can save a lot of cards in Guru, I find it sometimes overwhelming since there's a lot of resources that you can finds using key word.

Guru: Our Internal Knowledge Base
Guru is helping me on seeking the best resolution that I need to provide with the consumers. Not just the overview of how to resolve it, it also indicates the complete steps and all related cases regarding the concern.
Avantages
One of the best things I liked the most with Guru is the Search feature. When it comes to seaching Guru, we can use tags, filters, quotations, and we can also combine all of those. Those tips will help us improve the overall Card finding experience.
The other thing is creating a list of favorites which helps keep our Cards organized.
Lastly, the real time updates with Guru Cards. These announcements will help us advisors to be all aligned regarding the latest process and procedures.
Inconvénients
Actually, Guru is almost perfect for me and also for most of the advisors that are using it. I think one thing that I can suggest with it is regarding the acknowledgement receipt on updates and announcements.
For acknowledging, they can justclick the 'I read it' button to acknowledge receipt. This means that you’ve understood the announcement or update that was communicated to you.
My suggestion is if it is possible, please put at around 1-3 questions or knowledge check before the user is allowed to acknowledge the cards. In that case, we can make sure that all of us will actually read and understand all the updates that we need to learn.

For me it's really great since it has a lot of used like verification system, browser extension and collaboration tool.

Quick help
When I first started my home office activities I couldn't help to think about those moments where there's no one physically there to help out when in need, however this tool has been quite a good remedy as I've found it useful in most scenarios during my workday which make my performance to get more sharp and gives me that extra confidence as if it was an actual person helping me out!

You will never get behind with Guru!
My whole experience with Guru has been excellent. It greatly improved our team's knowledge management and collaboration operations. Guru's user-friendly design and powerful capabilities make it simple to generate, organize, and distribute information effectively.
Avantages
What I love about Guru is its ease of use. It's not complicated to navigate and is easy to access which is important for someone who works in Support. I use Guru daily to check on our FAQs especially when I speak with my customers to make sure that I am giving the right information about the product they are inquiring about. It has also helped our whole team to store the SOPs that we can use as a reference when we need to restudy different processes.
Inconvénients
I just hope there's an option to send a notification to your email if you fail to verify a document you created after X days.

Guru = Gamechanger
Unlocking knowledge silos: Before Guru, my team would be nearly blind to the knowledge held by other departments, and we had to message individual people to get answers, often resulting in being redirected to other people before finally finding the right answer.
Making reliable information quick and easy to find: Before Guru, my team relied on a clunky knowledge base that was rarely used and even more rarely updated. Because we are a rapidly evolving startup, that made it so difficult to find current, accurate information that it was basically useless and we had to rely on memorizing information, asking others for institutional knowledge, or a "best guess" system.
Seamlessly navigating conversations with clients: Because Guru is directly integrated in our daily tools, rapidly pulling up information and sharing it while on a call with a client is seamless and gives the impression that we know everything, which makes us look good!
Avantages
Guru is intuitive, easy to learn and use, and simple to implement. My team consists of generalists who have to know a LOT of information, and Guru enables us to store and access that information in a way that has increased our effiency exponentially and made us better at our job. Every person on my team uses Guru every single day, and I don't think we could survive without it at this point! It has been fully integrated into our daily tasks.

We have not run into any downsides of the product itself, except for the cost per user.

Knowledgeable Information
Avantages
What I love most about Guru is that it keeps all our work resources in one place. I can easily favorite and follow the collections that matter to my department, so I stay updated on any changes. The Guru Library is user-friendly, and I've built up a great collection of resources I use daily. It's easy to use, has important features, and integrates well with other tools. I use it all day, every day, and I love it!
On top of that, their customer support is super fast and accurate. It's so easy to use and implement as well.
Inconvénients
The only downside to Guru is that sometimes it's hard to find resources using keywords. This might be my mistake, so it could be user error. Remembering the exact names of the resources can be tricky. Other than that, I really love Guru!

Google for your Business
I help manage articles in Gurus and also search for articles. It's really simple to use.
Avantages
It's like your own personal Google for your business. It's easy to upload documents, guides, newsletters, etc and store for historical purposes. The staff has access to your organizations entire library of material.
Inconvénients
It's not as easy to format as a Google Document. I wish there were more font options, wasy to incorporate excel, etc.

Amazing for Internal Knowledge Base
Avantages
I love how easy it is to create cards and store knowledge. I like the collections/folder structure and how you can set permissions at that level. We also use the Zendesk integration which is great because it's allowing us to have more sources of knowledge when our users search for answers. It's really easy to search and get an answer.
The verification process is easy to use and keep up with.
Some other things I like:
- You can have draft cards and collaborate on editing them.
- Comments! Love being able to leave comments on cards to communicate in the platform.
- When you publish a card update, you can summarize what changed.
- You can create cards in Slack.
Inconvénients
I wish Guru could integrate with more sources easily. There are ways to upload sources and there are some native integrations. I like the native integrations because they continue to update and refresh from the source, but we only use one today because those options are limited.
I also would like to see more options in the card text editor, like for colors and highlighting. Maybe some themes even to keep everyone consistent.
I would like to be able to exclude some cards from verification. Right now, we just push the date out as far as possible.

Guru is an excellent solution for documenting policies, SOPs, "industry jargon," internal practices, and more for any team in any company. Its ease of use and collaborative nature allow it to be effective for any size team/department/organization/company. Guru's analytics options provide extremely helpful insight into usage and knowledge gaps that have helped my company propel initiatives forward to help operational efficiency and increase quality. Its AI features are cutting edge too!

I love using Guru it makes it easy for me.
I love that Guru is a straightforward app to use, it's effortless to navigate, and you can access it easily.

- Organization ( every article is very organized and makes sense throughout the reading process)
-If you heart an article it automatically will prompt you to save it under your favorites and you can decide whether to add in to a singular folder or with the rest of the favorites articles.
-It shows the last time the article was updated, which is a plus when working in customer services to find out when it became effective.
-It has asked Guru, which works really well when you remember the name of the article.
-the display of the app is user-friendly and makes it easy to understand.
-You could add comments to the Guru card r for you to notify the person who posted the article in case it needs updates.

Inconvénients
When looking for a Guru article that has been deleted, nothing comes up, you have to investigate with a superior to find out the article was deleted, maybe there should be a feature where it still shows you the name of the article showing it was deleted.

Guru: River of Knowledge
I've been working here at Concentrix/Spotify for a few years (7, to be exact) and I can say our life was much more difficult without Guru. Before it, we had a knowledge base that was not user-friendly and was very heavy - it took a long time to load and looked like Wikipedia from 2005. When Guru came along, we benefited from a much lighter app, with a better interface and a possibility of retaining more information. Guru has helped a lot in our search for more knowledge, in a more practical and pragmatic way.
Avantages
It's very user friendly. It works just like Google - all you have to do is having a keyword in mind and then you can find what you're looking for. Its The interface is visually pleasing - it's not cluttered, nor is it too simple. It's clean, interactive, fun. Not to mention its a very soft page/app.
Inconvénients
The analytics part could've been better - it could deliver better results and more info about who acessed some card/collection and when.

Guru - Friendly to use knowledge base tool
I’ve been working in an industry where the reliance in knowledge base tool is part of our daily lives. Out of all the KB tools I’ve used before, I must say Guru has been my greatest experience. Its overall convenience makes me productive at work!
Avantages
Its convenient features such as the drop-downs. I can easily uncollapse the info I’m done reading, and what’s best in here is that even if the information I’m finding is within the drop-down, it can still be detected by doing CRTL + F.
Inconvénients
The lack of feature to have the option to turn into dark mode.
