A solution for reviewing websites with a client without going back and forth with endless...
It was a lifesaver. The customer service was excellent. I'm not sure if this will apply to subscribers (I was on a trial plan) but if you are building a lot of websites and would rather not deal with comps in photoshop, strings of emails, or other long processes.. THIS is a great solution.
Avantages
The ability to upload and HTML version of a staging website with ease, invite a client to review it, and make it easy for them to annotate ANY change.. colors, images, copy, layout.. without going back and forth with endless emails or even messaging via some of the fancy project management software out there that only seems to confuse clients and make it easy to lose track of an important message or request.
I have been looking for software that makes it easy for me, the developer/designer.. AND my clients who are often not tech-savvy.
Inconvénients
There was one glitch with the annotation (pin comment at a specific location) feature. It looks like it was fixed.

Amazing tool and time saving!
We have teams in different countries and review studio was the perfect solution to unify the process.
Avantages
Keeping all projects organised in one place with teams in different countries.
Inconvénients
It could take a bit to load at times, but it's mainly because of the size of the files, so nothing to do with the tool really.

We have been using Review Studio for a number of years and find it to be a great value.
Avantages
Review studio allows us to collaborate with clients with diverse schedules and have one place where we have a record of comments. I
Inconvénients
Though it is pretty simple, some of our clients aren't interested in learning how to work with the software.

Wonders for my studio's productivity
Great tool to for us to have at our fingertips whenever we have to get or give feedback on just about anything we are creating. And it's so inexpensive.
Avantages
Makes producing our health & wellness videos so much more efficient. The ability for video editors to easily share their rough cuts for feedback. Feedback is all there - no email threads. We also make good use of markup on all kinds of file types.
Inconvénients
Can't think of anything that hasn't been quickly addressed by their support team.

A great help!
We would like the tool to be more robust with the workflow. We don't want to get any messages, until client is still reviewing, and after the client decides to "send the review" he/she should not be any more able to add new comments, but on our side, there should be a RED BLINKING light in the office. The experience isn't like that right now to my knowladge.
Avantages
I like, that my clients don't have to log in. And that the software doesn't crash on mobile.
Inconvénients
Not clear workflow solutions.
Thie soft needs a better Basecamp integration!

ReviewStudio makes it easy to collaborate across different departments and leave specific comments and feedback.
Inconvénients
There's often a lag time for loading or bugs saying you haven't approved a project when you have, etc.

Great, for collaboration
Great tool that really helps the project review process.
Avantages
The ability to leave comments at specific points in videos are extremely helpful. Then the additional feature that allows you to draw comments is also great.
Inconvénients
Almost everyone that I invite to a review mistakenly thinks they need to click the Start Presentation button in order to play the video...it can get confusing when several people are independently reviewing.

The amount of comments and projects coming in can be overwhelming. This helps track everything.
Avantages
Very easy to use. Helps me stay organized.
Inconvénients
Price could be cheaper for freelancers.
More ability to customize would be nice.
Having an app to access on a phone would be great.
I wish there was a feature to more easily sort comments that have been taken care of.

Good software
Avantages
Easy to use interface. Stable and fast backend.
Inconvénients
Space is always an issue since we would not want to spend on cloud facilities.

Great for Collaborations
Avantages
ReviewStudio works great for our project as there are many team members in various locations. This program allows us to login at our own convenience and review documents as needed. We can draw markups or leave written comments/feedback, and it is all very straight-forward and easy to use.
Inconvénients
If I could use it on my phone that would be great.

It is great for small business and teams. You can have everyone proof at the same time and have a record of requested changes!

It does what it's supposed to...really well.
I've used it extensively to manage a web series that I was producing with a client that was many 1000's of km away. It provided the perfect interface for commenting and collaborating. Highly recommended.
