Although I did not actively work in salon management during my internship at the university in pharmaceutical product development and research, I did get the chance to learn more about Booker's features and functionality. Booker was a useful tool for improving our scheduling procedures and keeping client information as a member of a small team in charge of planning events and appointments. Smooth transactions and inventory management were made possible by the software's user-friendly interface and integrated point-of-sale system. Despite the fact that my knowledge of Booker was limited, it gave me a peek of what it might do as a whole salon management system.

Avantages

Very easy to use!

I prefer Booker to keep my appointments up to date and my clients informed of their next appointments.

Avantages

I like that it keeps me on track with scheduling of my clients.

Inconvénients

I couldn't find any complaints about the software at all.

Booker is the best system I have ever used in 8 years of working in the spa industry.

Avantages

It offers a wide variety of functions such as booking appointments, viewing reports, point of sale, memberships, etc. The actual webpage is easy to read and use, and the ability to clock in and out on both the desktop and mobile app are great. I love that I can check my schedule remotely as well; it allows me autonomy and control overy schedule.

Reviewing Booker

Avantages

User- Friendly, So easy to navigate and so useful in my inventory. Good in making reports, task and put some contacts.

Inconvénients

So useful, so as of now i can't see any negative and cons in this software. I recommend to use this for those handle purchasing.

Avantages

So convenient, easy to use, and very user friendly!

Truly no cons here, except maybe a bit more easy on rescheduling appts
