Ce logiciel me permet de faciliter les rencontres et rendez-vous entre mon personnel, mes fournisseurs et les particuliers en collaboration avec mon entreprise. Il me permet d'avoir un planning personnel, se charge de me le rappeler pour éviter les imprévus ou absence.

Inconvénients

Acuity Scheduling nécessite une automatisation du calendrier des tiers pour faciliter l'usage à nous utilisateurs.

Avantages

La gestion des calendriers et de la facturation est la meilleure fonctionnalité

Les notifications n'arrivent pas à temps réel sur Acuity Scheduling

C'est un super logiciel qui me permet d'avoir une bonne organisation vis à vis de mes employés et facilite d'avoir des rendez-vous à l'heure avec mes clients.

Avec ce logiciel , je ne trouve point d'inconvénient surtout qu'au côté prix de la qualité du logiciel et notre service clientèle est appréciable. Donc pas d'inconvénient.

Je suis très satisfaite des fonctionnalités ! Acuity Scheduling regroupe toutes les fonctionnalités dont j’ai besoin : prises de rdv faciles, paiement en ligne, fuseaux horaires, mails personnalisés en fonction des services proposés, packs de service, regroupement des rdv et j’en passe. C’est top !

Inconvénients

C’est dommage qu’on ne puisse pas recevoir directement les avis clients suite aux rdv.

Avantages

Acuity is a simple and clean piece of software that is straightforward and insightful. It provides enough flexibility to be used in a number of applications. For our sports training business it allowed up to separate appointment types, create custom calendars and send notifications. I really liked that it interacted with our website so clients didnt have to leave our site to book a session.

Inconvénients

Reporting in acuity is a bit clunky for how we used the software. Instead of going off package pricing, acuity uses per session pricing which makes our revenue numbers look great but they are inaccurate. Additionally there are limited customization options for the booking pages unless you have advanced knowledge of CSS styling.

Pourquoi passer à Acuity Scheduling

Acuity was significantly cheaper to operate compared to these other options. As a small business owner, I do not have the amount of capital every month that other software charges so Acuity was a no brainer for us.

That they offer the 'add to google calendar' feature as opposed to (or in addition to??) the inconvenient .ics file.

Inconvénients

The cost. I switched to another tool because Acuity was double the price with almost the same features.

Avantages

I love the online scheduling and customization. That was perfect for us when we first started growing. You can text a link directly to your calendar, and then you get notified when someone schedules an appointment. The client gets reminders too which helps with no show appointments. Theres even a no show button and you can prevent repeated no shows from scheduling!

Inconvénients

Figuring out how to set the different calendars and work schedules are not intuitive in my opinion. That needs to be done better. Also, some of the reports are a little sparse in specifics that you can pull out.

Avantages

The communication is top tier. There is a significant decrease in scheduling conflicts. Time management is spectacular. There are real-time availability updates, which is nice. Booking appointments is made easy along with rescheduling or updating them.

Inconvénients

The pricing is a little off just because you have to pay more for what you need but then receive far too much more than needed. There is no middle ground. Also there are some scheduling limits. Other than that all can be overcome and/or worked through.

I liked the ability to set up appointments and send to clients with automatic follow ups that I was able to create

Not all of the functions worked properly all the time - follow ups would say a place different than what was set up in the program

Avantages

What I liked most about Acuity was its user-friendly interface and the ability to customize my scheduling page to match my brand. The integration with my calendar and the option for clients to reschedule or cancel appointments easily were also great features.

Inconvénients

What I liked least was the limited options for customizing email notifications and reminders. Overall, Acuity Scheduling is a solid tool for managing appointments and I would recommend it to others.

Cost and customization for sure. The custom options are not in vagaro unless you add $20 a month to your already expensive overhead
