simple en mise en place. c'est un logiciel américain donc quand il s'agit d'encaisser l'argent ils sont tres réactifs

Cela va faire 3 ans que j'utilise pour mon centre de yoga le logiciel de reservation Mindbody. AU dela d'etre le plus cher du marché, il a surtout le pire service client. Des erreurs à répétition concernant les reservations de nos élèves, des bugs sur l'application qui était non fonctionnel pendant 2 jours entiers et donc aucune vente d'enregistrée, un engagement d'1 an et aucune felxibilité sur la résilitation du contrat, donc on est pas content et on souhaite partir mais on peut pas. Et en plus ils facturent 500€ le fichier client quand on souhaite partir. Vraiment la sentiment d'etre pris en otage. A éviter il y a beaucoup d'autres alternatives sur le marché qui sont moins engageante et moins couteuse et fonctionne tres bien

Ce logiciel nous permet de bien planifier nos temps , de gérer les entreprises , favorise la prise de rendez-vous , de faire de studio de yoga.

Au faite , ce logiciel n'a aucune conséquence négative , genre ça n'a aucun inconvénients.Je vous recommande de l'utiliser massivement.

Ease of use. Can find members very easily. The reports are also very specific and good. You can tag clients and come back to them very easily, and that is a Feature that I use a lot in the Mind body Business app

There is no Apple Pay feature. Also, when adding clients, there is no option to swipe ID to cover a lot of the information in the new "Add clients" Screen.

It has a wide ranging and diverse functional capability. It is also excellent at running memberships which is very helpful

The software doesnt integrate well with 3rd party companies that are referred by mindbody, such as gymm access.
Classes cannot pay for appointments, although the pricing relationships says its doable. This caused massive inconvenience and hours worth of work.
Also, if i want to schedule a block of time as available for appointments, I cannot use the same room as classes if I want the appointments to begin at various times. This is supposed to be scheduling software but cannot use the same room for different services, so i have to make 1 studio into 2 different rooms.
Also, Im now being told I need to use MB for payment processing and will be forced to pay a higher fee for all services charged below $50.

Creating schedules you can offer online for solo and group classes worked fairly well.

Inconvénients

The checkout process was long and tedious and the loading screens between viewing customer profiles took forever.

Avantages

Mindbody is the most powerful platform out there. Everything from your POS, CRM and marketing functions are all in one place. It's convenient and allows me to have all functions of the business in one place. I've looked at other platforms, but nothing compares.

Inconvénients

The price. Mindbody is the most expensive software out there. As a small business it can be difficult to keep up.

I'm very familiar with MindBody, so the ease of use works well for me. I've recently had a couple of good experiences with tech support though my most recent issue was unresolved and even the tech support person agreed it was an obvious mistake in your code.

Inconvénients

I reported an issue with an absolute mistake in your code for enrollment restrictions where someone was obviously confused and coded it as if there are 12 days in a month...probably thinking 12 months in a year. As the result, any monthly memberships with less than unlimited allowed enrollments can only be restricted up to 12 days in a month. VERY obvious coding error. I haven't heard back about the fix for the obvious mistake and have no ide if it will be fixed. THis is a big problem for me because I recently created a monthly pricing option for more than 12 days in a month but less than unlimited and system won't stop clients from enrolling.

Easy to schedule, has area for SOAP notes, easy checkout process, ability to create bundles and installment payments

Inconvénients

Poor CRM tools, SOAP notes limited character fields - not nearly enough space! Also cannot download simple client contact lists.

Mindbody is very feature-rich. They are continually adding and updating features.

The quality and availability of the tech support went down significantly a few years ago.

This is by far the best gym software for running a business. Easy to use and capable of doing most everything that you need.

There are some changes with the upgrade to some of the reporting and things that I was not a fan of.

It was easy for my clients to book classes on the APP.

Small businesses were quickly at a disadvantage to franchises. They had the ability to pay for ads and promos. The APP was continually full of competitors offering big deals. Many small studios including mine eventually left Mindbody to software companies that included an APP for individual studios only. It created customer loyalty.

I like that Mindbody has the options for classes, workshops and appointments that my business delivers. I appreciate the ease of the app that allows for seamless online booking for our clients.

Inconvénients

I would like documentation on appointments to be shared between family / couple clients and I'd LOVE the ability for our physiotherapist, osteopathic manual practitioners and massage therapists to be able to have body charts to chart on.

It's much cheaper than collaborating with a company that would develop everything from ground zero.

GREAT customer service. Whenever I have a problem, I can call and the problem is usually sorted out straight away.

I've been with them since 2008, and in the last 4-5 years the price went up considerably. They offered me a deal to re-sign and I was very happy with it!
