Amazing app that has helped me to streamline my entire business practices from quotes to getting paid with everything in between, such as, planning, creating customer profiles, property types etc

The support and training are second to none, if you run any kind of business in the construction industry, water, gas, electrics and so much more...you need to try this app out.

I’ve never had a problem! Everything seems to work the way it should and you always receive a speedy response to and quarries you have.

The software give you the ability to invoice for different units in the same complex with its "Sites" option. The follow up calls are great! it makes you feel like they are genuinely concerned about how you are finding the software and that you are finding it useful.

The learning curve was a little steeper than I would have liked as tis does so much more. App takes a little longer to load than I would like at times.

The software is very user friendly and this has been helpful to show other team members how to use it. Sorting out quotes and invoices has been very quick and easy for us. It has helped communication with customers and so far customers seem to be accepting quotes quicker because they are sent them so quickly and it's so easy for them to do. I have been very impressed with the help received from the Live Chat. Very quick to respond and very helpful.

I have generally been very impressed but would like a way that the customers can reply via the text service. I understand, however, that this may be implemented in the future.

Because this does so much, it takes a bit of playing around to figure it all out, but support are always on hand to answer questions quickly - and they’re bloody lovely!

The system is very easy to use and already, after only using it a couple of weeks is noticing his working day is reduced by hours! Special thanks to one of the rep for setting it all up, and to another representative in support team, both very helpful. We would highly recommend this system to other Companies.

Full array of tools which allow for the ease of daily, weekly, monthly and annual management of the business administration and accounting. Fairly intuitive. Great support and response time to queries.

The receipt for payment is shockingly awful, such an opportunity missed for allowing us as the users to thank clients for there custom, set up our next service, especially mine being repetitive Gardening Services. And if it a one off job, the chance to leave the door open for them to come back to me again in the future.
