By far the best thing about Udemy is the course creation is decentralised. This means the amount of content added is incredible. In addition, for new trends like AI, AI courses were created almost instantly which is hugely important for our employees to stay on the pulse. I've reviewed other learning platforms that curate their own content and they simply can't keep up with a decentralised content creation model. The dashboard is hugely valuable to track learning progress across the business to ensure our employees are up skilling.

Udemy is very expensive and a little inflexible when it comes to pricing. Whilst the investment is worth it, the costs of Udemy at scale can quickly become enormous. Given they don't create content, I'd expect them to be significantly more affordable than other providers but they're amongst the most expensive.

Well, the platform offers a variety of courses, some are very basic, this forces you to take other courses, in my opinion they should improve the quality of the courses and strike a balance between the practical and the basic, so that it isn’t a waste of time, the search options can be quite limiting, making it difficult to find the specific courses I’m interested in, they need to improve the suggestion of related courses, Another concern is the price, some courses seem too expensive for the content and quality of the instruction they offer.

Lo que más me gusta de la plataforma Udemy Business es la gran cantidad de cursos online que tiene y de una variedad temática muy grande. Hay cursos desde nivel principiante hasta nivel experto. La plataforma es muy sencilla de usar y puedes tener un control de tus progresos en cada uno de los cursos que estés realizando.

El único inconveniente que quizás haya encontrado el el coste de la suscripción. Si bien la mayoría de usuarios son sus propias empresas las que se hacen cargo de la suscripción, si no es ese el caso, puede ser caro.

Courses that Udemy provides are professionally created by Industry professionals making it more reliable and having more insight into the industry related info which has given me a better insight of what I’m learning. The UI of the platform is easy to navigate and keep track of the progress. Further, downloading the app enables to download the courses to the device and then work on the courses even without the need of internet which is a very useful and efficient feature.

Since the courses are self paced, doubts related to the contents will have to raised through email/Q&A section where reply may take some delay beside that I don’t see any limitation to the courses nor the platform.

The recorded video and audio quality is mostly good. The transcript section is extremely useful when following instructors with strong accents. We can also speed up or slow down the video for better listening. The QA section under each course acts as a forum to get our questions clarified. The ability to rate and comments on the course content is good and it helps learners to pick the best content and also helps the instructors to uphold quality.

Some courses may not be up to standard and the user needs to rely on ratings and comments to find the best course on the subject. There is no built-in tests to evaluate the user's proficiency level. It's up to the user to go through the course index and content to see if it's the right amount of challenge. Once the course is completed, there are no tests to assess our learning / knowledge.

I know it's the contract, but it was so clear for me in the begining. So be aware that the prices of the courses sold will be very low.

La qualità dei corsi varia in base a chi tiene il corso e per questo bisogna affidarsi alle recensioni altrui. A volte per gonfiare le ore di un corso, vengono ripetuti concetti allo sfinimento. Altre volte per gonfiare il numero delle lezioni, vengono fatte lezioni da meno di due minuti, solo con il fine di dire "hey questo corso ha 10 lezioni!" poi alla fine sono 20 minuti totali di corso... bisogna stare attenti alle descrizioni e ai dettagli prima di comprare.
