Une solution complexe qui nécessite l'appui de consultants ou d'équipes IT : les RH ne peuvent pas générer de façon autonome les campagnes d'entretiens / reportings... Un outil peu intuitif pour les collaborateurs.
Un service client payant avec un système d'abonnement pour avoir un délai de réponse correct.

- The pricing for Cornerstone LMS can be quite high- Reliability and performance are serious concerns- Customization options can be overwhelming, requiring a significant amount of time and effort to set up and maintain.

Has a lot of trainings and resources, available anytime and from different devices.

Inconvénients

Has a look&feel still antiquated, I expected a bit more and a better user experience from one of the best solutions in the market.

What I liked most about Cornerstone LMS was its comprehensive reporting functionality. It allowed for detailed insights into training progress and completion rates, making it easier to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

I feel that navigating the reporting tools can be time-consuming. Some of the features felt overly complex, which occasionally slowed down the data retrieval process.

It was easy to follow the videos to learn.

Videos are sometimes long and drawn out especially for refreshers.

Su interfaz es un poco obsoleta e incómodo de usar, siento que se podría mejorar mucho la optimización y que podrían agregar atajos para facilitar su uso y que no sea tedioso al largo plazo.

Avantages

The software is easy to navigate and use. I can easily and quickly see what I have been assigned for training and when it is due.

I can also easily search for other courses and classes to sign up for and to take. I can easily see what I have started and not yet completed.

Inconvénients

The signing after you have completed the course or class isn't as easy as it could potentially be. You have to go back and Open and scroll and then click to sign. It would be nice if there were less clicks to get to this signing function. I often forget to sign off after I have completed a training.

Easy to use. I'm familiar with many LMS systems. So it's not hard to figure out. However, I LOVE the support from the account reps. They are proactive and really manage the heavy lifting for us.

None at this time. It works as advertised.

I like that managers can assign trainings and users can easily find topics.

Inconvénients

I wish there were a way for other people (administrators) to also assign trainings (not just manager to subordinate). Then HR or some other administrator can use this tool.

Avantages

Integrated with Salesforce. We love the fact that a user only holds a license for 30 days. If a user isn't actively taking training courses, their license can be used for other users. We have saved a lot on license costs as we don't have to purchase a license for each user. If a user only takes a course once a year, he is not holding onto that license for the entire year, just when he needs to take a course. This software uses scorm 1.2 which is the industry standard for packaging courses, so we were able to continue to use our previous LMS software training courses. This software also has an api that enables it to be integrated with our customer's system.

Inconvénients

In our previous software, the training department was able to manage the software. Since this tool is integrated with salesforce, we now have to rely on our salesforce administrators.

The look and layout seems contemporary and like it could be easy to use

Inconvénients

When not managed appropriately, this LMS becomes a disorganized free-for-all for operations to land anything and everything they feel appropriate. Anyone using this software must have a designated HRIS - LMS team member to keep things organized.

Avantages

It's a good platform were employers can set any compulsive training for their employees and the employee can see which training still need to be finish and when the deadline is.
Setting up your personalized development targets is a great thing to keep the upskilling going.

Inconvénients

Navigating the platform is not very intuitive, I am one for clicking on menus but on cornerstone you need to hover over the menu to see the sub menus.

Avantages

The system itself is generally easy to navigate.

Inconvénients

I've experienced a lot of downtime with the software, as well as slow-moving courses and sometimes even the courses timing out. There have been several times I've had to restart a course.

Avantages

I like that I can access training courses and resources on my phone. It lets me participate in training when I am on public transportation so that I can be more productive. Before Cornerstone LMS, I had to be at a computer to do training courses.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the phone application freezes up and closes out. It appears that there are some bugs in the application. Most of the time it does work successfully though.

Avantages

Our HR dept implemented Cornerstone last year for our Continuing Education. It deals with everything from Workplace Safety, health tips to best business practices.

Inconvénients

There hasn't really been anything with Cornerstone that I have disliked so far. It has been fantastic.

I like the how it helps me learn new skills and and new information through this platform. As a visual learner it can provide interactive options by answering quiz questions.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the system is faulted by not showing a training task is completed; however, this only happened in one situation.

One of the largest players so a lot of experience.
Knows the inside and out to creating a learning platform.
Great for organizations that have been around for a few years.

Not much of a learning curve takes time to effective manage
Require an LMS admin that most new LMS do not
Very expensive, not good for small organizations.

I like that it's basic. Training should be easy to accomplish. This program has the bare essentials and it's easy to navigate to your content.

Inconvénients

The UI could look a little cleaner. This may be due to my companies instance of it, though. Other than that I love it.

I appreciated the reminder email's sent out and the trainings themselves have both been very straightfoward and easy to folow

Inconvénients

The homepage is cluttered. It makes it confusing to figure out where the trainings are located hwne there is so much information right off the bat. However, it is worth noting that I'm not sure if this clutter is on my company's end of Cornerstone's.
