Adobe Connect
My overall experience using Adobe Connect has been very positive. The software is very reliable and offers features such as video conferencing, recording, presentation, and attendee management which are essential for online teaching and learning.
Avantages
The features are most impactful are video conferencing, presentation feature and real-time chat. These features offer the opportunity for participants to feel more connected with co-workers and students.
Inconvénients
The pricing is the least favorite part about this software.

Great for Online Learning but Large Groups are Difficult!
Overall, I have used this program on a daily basis for live, synchronous contact as well as creating recorded lessons. This is invaluable to my online teaching experience. However, I would like to see the functionality and features improved, as well as the ability to teach a greater number of students without delays or disturbances to the lesson.
Avantages
I use this on a daily basis for online teaching and learning. Some of the features I found most useful are the different pods for students to respond in, providing interaction and collaboration. Students can draw on the whiteboard, chat in the chat pod, select from multiple choice questions created by the teacher, "raise their hand" using a button, and provide feedback by clicking the different status buttons (green check, red x, etc.). They can also turn on their microphones to answer questions. I am able to pull in videos, files, and presentations for teaching.
Inconvénients
The program runs very slow as more students join. Large groups are not necessarily a problem unless you ask students to begin using microphones or the whiteboard. At that point, I have experienced delays and even crashes, although those are not as common as severe delays. In my experience, any group above 20 students delays the more interactive features (mainly the microphones and whiteboard). This is discouraging since interaction is important to effective teaching and learning. One feature that was taken away that I would like to see re-added is the entry message. When a student "knocks" at the door to enter the classroom, the teacher/user used to be able to save a message for the student to see, such as, "I am out of the office today." I think this feature must have been removed, but I found it extremely beneficial when needing to continue a lesson with one student and ask another to wait.

Collaboration with the audience must be easier
We have been able to meet with our students.
We would expect an improved UI design, easer to use icons and tabs both for the students and the presenters.
It looks primitive when compared to other popular applications. (Zoom, Tandem, Meets)
Avantages
Adobe Connect features specific sections for notes, easy surveys, screen shares, and document uploads which are really cool if you manage are planning to lecture with little interaction with the audience. You can present your work, get audience opinions via polls and sketch on the shared files.
Inconvénients
We have been using the program since the outbreak of Covid19 around March and the overall concern of many of the teachers is that they cannot indulge the students into the meeting. The reasons stated (and I also experience) are: students have conncetion problems starting the porgram, they log off when trying to activate mic or camera, once the voice is activated you have to wait some time to hear the student as the system activates and lets him/her heard by the others. Overall, this pai program makes me (and the other personnel) feel that the free version of other programs (Zoom maybe) works better for video conferencing and collaborative teaching.

Adobe Connect - hard to figure out but once you do it is useful
It is a love hate relationship for me with this product. I have to use it for work but at times it drives me crazy. After over a year I feel like I am more comfortable with it but normally I can learn how to use other programs faster and more easily.
Avantages
This product is great for live and recorded classes, you can add your audio and video and share presentations and there is a built in pointer. There is a participants pod and chat pod and you can share files and use a white board.
Inconvénients
It was so hard to use when I first had to make a trial video. I had to watch numerous YouTube videos to help me figure it out, whereas I can normally figure things out on my own. Even after a year, I still forget how to find my videos and I forget to either add video, audio, share my video or record at some point. There are a lot of steps to making and recording a video, then finding it and making it public access.

Adobe Connect for Online Language Classes
Overall, I really like this platform as it allows for collaboration, mimicing real life situations with the options for the participants to click on various icons to agree or ask questions.
Avantages
This software allows for interaction between the presenter and the participants. I like how it allows the participants to raise their hands if they want to say something, or participate in the chat if they feel more comfortable.
Inconvénients
It does take students and teachers to get used to the many icons, which can be kind of hard to see at times. A presenter can share his/her webcam video, but the image looks very small and isn't as personal as platforms such as "Zoom". Also, it has been common for students to have a "Darth Vador" voice/ microphone problem which is almost impossible to fix.

Learning from home
We as part time students had a busy dayjob and in the evening we could meet online and do group work and online class via adobe connect.
Avantages
I've used this software when learning from home. It helped me connect with other students and the professor during my studies. We had a meeting every week. It was easy to share insights, make tests and chat about what we learned. That way we could all participate ven if you did not have a mic.
The best lart was that the professor had the ability to mute everyone at once.
Inconvénients
The downsode was ofcourse not getting together at all. We could do everything we wanted from home. This was even before the world wide lockdown during covid.
It saved a lot of traveltime, but getting together and working together while in one room would be preferred over digital meetings

Adobe Connects helps our business grow
I've been using adobe connect since 2013 and it's second nature for me now.
Avantages
Adobe connect is an all in one that allows me to conduct consults, live courses and virtual meetings.
Inconvénients
It's not possible to give unique passwords to access recordings. Also extracting recorded sessions requires doing so in small sections.

Seems out of date but allows the host to control how the screen is laid out
I have been attending meetings monthly that are conducted via Adobe Connect for 3 years. As other web conferencing has really advanced, Connect has kept it's once novel features. Right at the cut off, they replaced the Adobe Flash backbone of the platform but added nothing new. For what they charge, I feel this once amazing offering is dying on the vine.
Avantages
The remaining benefit of Adobe Connect is the concept of pods and the ability to layout this "classroom" of different virtual elements. Adobe Connect has also allowed the streaming of smoother video that a lot of platforms but most have caught up in this regard.
Inconvénients
Adobe Connect does not work well on a mobile phone with all the pod being shrunk and many features downgraded. I also know that this software is very expensive.

Great conference solution
A software package from Adobe is expensive, so you have to think 10 times whether to buy the whole package if you have to use 1-2 applications.
Avantages
This program has a large number of functions I need to fully communicate and conduct conferences with my students and colleagues, as well as share files with them. Love the high quality sound.
Inconvénients
Due to the font that is too small, the visibility of the screen is reduced in some cases and it becomes difficult for me to use it. In some places, the user interface is not intuitive enough.

Quality Webconference Tool
Adobe Connect has a stable platform that allows you to schedule online meetings that are free and with access to many tools to share information live without the need to invest in external resources such as printed materials. Any team member or participant can join the online meeting from any location with ease.
Avantages
Adobe Connect is a web conference tool that makes meeting online simple. For example, I can share files, screen share, and real-time chat without using multiple applications. Also, I can record the meeting to later play or edit. Finally, since I work remotely, I am able to meet with my team members without having to be in the same physical location.
Inconvénients
I do not like the whiteboard tool because the interface does not allow you to switch between functions smoothly. Also, when uploading a PDF or PowerPoint to share, it takes a long time to convert and upload.

Surprisingly pleasant experience!!
As an online college student, I communicate through online platforms. Whether it is with an instructor or my fellow classmates. I was lucky enough to have free access to this product, through my school and my instructors. It definitely simplifies group discussion, and one-on-one feedback through the use of it's video conference capabilities.
Avantages
I think that the customization options is what made my experience such a fun and pleasant one. My instructor was able to customize the layout of all of the screens, and was able to adjust accordingly as we each took our turn contributing to the conference calls.
Inconvénients
It did take a little bit of getting used to, as would any new product. There really weren't any cons to using Adobe Connect, because my instructor was experienced with it, and was able to guide us through the process with ease.

Good software
Avantages
Allows me to conveniently conduct webinars and remote meetings with other people. The program is distinguished by its intuitiveness and the presence of an excellent feature set. Through it, it is easy to share documents.
Inconvénients
The initial setup turned out to be a problem. There is no private chat for confidential communications and not always equally good video quality during conferences.

Adobe Connect
Overall it was ok. I like how it's a live, virtual experience, but there are definite things that can be improved on. The sound delay, the glitchy live feed, the call ins, and the call drops make this not the best. It's not bad. It just has a few things that are annoying.
Avantages
The software is easy enough to use and easy enough for other to learn. I have used the program many times with students and it really helps me offer visuals, and other presentations to numerous people in one place.
Inconvénients
The program is glitchy. I don't like how you have to call in to the program to join a session. With other programs, like Zoom, you don't have to do this. You can simply join with your computer camera and microphone. I've also had issues with users getting kicked out of sessions and it being difficult to get them back in.

Avantages
Connect easy allows to mute and even unmute people by searching where the names are displayed it also allow us to upload documents.
Inconvénients
It could be better if Adobe provided the audio directly to the customers instead of requiring an external provider (telecom) be selected if you wanted an audio beyond VOIP.

Professional Meeting Made Easy
When you need to gather colleagues on a meeting, and want them to participate, Adobe Connect is excellent, allowing to write questions, or participate with webcam and mic.

Simplicity and the simples tools (webcam, pointer, mic record, sharing tools)
Inconvénients
There are some lags when performing live, using powerpoint and webcam recording simultaneously.

Connect with Adobe Connect
Adobe Connect allowed me to connect to students nationally as well as locally. You type in a url for a meeting, and you automatically are connected to a virtual classroom. You can communicate with multiple individuals at least through a speaker if not visually. It works on multiple devices including tablets, phones as well as laptops and desktops. I recommend it.
Avantages
Ease of use, and its functionality is solid.
Inconvénients
It can be glitchy and connecting is sometimes problematic. Graphically not appealing.
