easy to use!
This is vitally important to my biz I use this every day sending large video files
Avantages
just simple to use. You upload share the link and you're done
Inconvénients
Only thing that would be nice if there's a way I can create a Space and have one of my subcontractors
upload their video onto the space I created like you can do with Share file

Hightail is superior
great
Avantages
I can send large quantities of documents to my client and they do NOT have to sign up for a paid subscription. Super easy to use. I can also send my clients my link where they can easily upload to my account. I also love the easy of use seeing the history and being able to forward previously uploaded files to another person. I have tried dropbox (do not like much) and box (same...do not like much) and find hightail far superior.
Inconvénients
Recently, I have heard feedback from first time hightail users that are my clients that when I send them a link, they are confused with the popups that make it seem like they have to set up an account. I have not verified this but if this is true, then that is definitely a minus.

Hightail Essential for high volume documents
In our paperless law office the required document disclosures are easily transmitted with hightail. I use it for small and large volumes of documents which gives me the tracking information the courts require.
Avantages
Transmission of legal documents in a secure setting is essential in my family law practice. The confidential documents required to be disclosed in my cases requires a program such as hightail.
Inconvénients
The adverse attorneys who are less sophisticated have trouble with opening the access controlled documents. They call my team for the access. A learning curve for those attorneys I work with. Also, the time period for accessing the documents goes from 4 days to one week. There needs to be a dropdown for every day from 1 to 14.

High Marks for Hightail
We are using Hightail exclusively to share large files, folders, and photos of sensitive assignments with clients all across North America.
Avantages
The ease of use, reliability, security, and simplicity for our staff and clients make this our go-to service for transferring and receiving large files.
Inconvénients
I have never received any concerns from employees or, more importantly, our clients on any aspects of sending or receiving large and confidential files.

Easy Means of Sharing Large Files
Avantages
Hightail is very easy to use. With one click, it's possible to download dozens of large files. In addition, the link to access the files remains active indefinitely. In the past, we would have copied and shipped large files, so Hightail has saved time, money and trees.
Inconvénients
I cannot think of any downsides to this software.

Very useful creative collaboration software for heavy media files
Handling collaborations for heavier media files, especially when developing it along with free-lancers or remotely located teams, has been a troubling issue for companies. This software streamlined the projects and helped quicken the interactions and improve the final quality of the project.
Avantages
The software was very useful when working with teams across remote locations with quick interactions and resolutions
Inconvénients
Even though the positives are note-worthy for the software, the pricing is a bit on the higher side for smaller companies
