The support team had also gone above and beyond with any issues that had arisen during our trial period. We had also observed improvements in conversions and cost/conv. in our month-over-month Google Ads performance. Subscribing after our trial has ended was a no-brainer.

Inconvénients

It's jampacked with features and options. Seems complex, at first, even for a seasoned digital marketer.

Optmyzr is lightweight and easy to use. I can get in and find what I am looking for quickly and then optimize the campaigns intuitively with the tools supplied.

By far my favorite tools are for shopping campaign optimization. The attribute bidding tool is fantastic. What great time savings. Just learning about the GrIP structure was valuable for us.

Inconvénients

I would like to see Bing optimization options available for our accounts.

Also for reporting it would be nice to have month over month reporting options with % difference measurement for conversions, cost, etc. These are minor gripes though.

Great brief workouts which go through your AdWords accounts to provide optimisations and overviews. These can be a real timesave and helps you look at accounts in different ways.

Report creation could be faster, but I can probably learn to use it better too as I think there is a template feature!

Optmyzr allows me to easily structure a segmentation to ensure my ads are bid correctly and profitable. It also allows me to do other functions more easily and quickly than Google Ads or Microsoft Bing Adcenter.

Inconvénients

Because there is so much you can do with it, special training and frequent use is required. I haven't even tapped into its full potential.

It allowed me to look at all my accounts and pull the data I required to analyze their health and overall performance. The tools also provided valuable insights into how to better optimize my accounts - several great suggestions!

Load times were on the slower side, but that can also be attributed to the number of accounts my agency manages (130+).

There isn't enough space to list all the great things for this product. One of the biggest wins is reducing the time it takes to manage projects, while also making it so much easier to report data to our clients. It can be a real challange sometimes to explain everything we do, and with Optmyzr and their reporting features, we dont have to.

Optmyzr is a very easy to use tool. Saves a lot of time as we can quickly optimize the accounts and make changes that would otherwise be time-consuming. Reporting is excellent and the reports are client friendly, beautiful, customizable, and easy to build. The account workouts are a good way to keep the accounts in good shape. Would recommend Optmyzr for all advertising specialists and agencies.

There are so many ways to automate tasks and save time on pulling reports, auditing accounts, and looking at data in different ways. You can tell Optmyzr was made by marketers who know their craft. The best part, though, is the customer service. They are proactive in making sure you get the best experience based on your needs.

The only downside I can find about Optmyzr is that I don't have enough time to play with all of the amazing features. I'll just have to automate more!

This is a great tool for administrating all your PPC in one place. It also gives you the opportunity to save a lot of time handling your PPC. Give it a try and save a lot of time with scripts and many more.

I like how much time the software saves you in pulling reports. Just a matter of a click of a button and you get the info that would take exports & excel.

Also it isnt very good at finding search quirery duplicates. I still need to export and use excel for this.

My favorite part of Optmyzr is the workout feature. I am able to optimize a mass amount of campaigns once a week that saves a lot of manual work.

I dislike how slow the website can be. I have issues bouncing between accounts, having my notes properly save, and experience overall frustration at how long it might take me to complete a task.

I liked the fact that Optmyzr gives automated Quality Score tracking and one-click optimizations. Lovely features.

The Regular plan is getting a more and more light version of the Pro plan. All new developed features are launched in the Pro version.

Even a basic feature such as adding a label to for example keywords which had a bid update directly from Optmyzr is not present in the Regular plan. Only in the Pro plan this is possible through custom recipes. This is the main reason why we cancelled our subscription.

Another Con is the training call. Almost all of features shown in this session are features in the Pro plan. Which is a joke if you're not planning to upgrade.

Avantages

I love the budget forecasting tool. It helps me save tons of times budgeting each month. I also like that the feature provides optimization suggestions for maximizing conversions, clicks, and conversion value — my favorite feature of the platform.

I also like the PPC audit feature. I usually run new accounts through the audit section to see high-level the issues in the account.

Lastly, the PPC investigator is cool. To help me analyze the impact of changes in my account, I usually dig into the investigator first to find trends and insights.

Inconvénients

I don't like that the budgeting feature is only for Google. I wish we could pull in other platforms such as Bing, Facebook, or other social channels. I'm also not a fan of the day of week report.

Amount of improvement opportunities we can identify in a very short time. I particularly like the PPC investigator to quickly identify the causes of changes in the accounts.

Why do we have a lot of useful tools under the Express menu. Why not just put it with the rest, not under a separate header. Causes confusion.

With all the default analysis and optimization tools, I save plenty of time on my regular tasks, 8-16 hours per month on reporting only.

Inconvénients

Some of the tools still need minor improvements, e.g. Conversion Grabber is not precisely clear in terms of different settings, one has to spend some time digging in to figure it out. Also, I would very much appreciate the feature to fully integrate with more different platforms, including FB/IG

The ease of use and the fact that it saves alot of time. Keeps me sharp aswell as some optimizations make you look to your campaigns differently.

Well, I do not have anything what I don't like. There are a lot of features, I don't use all of them because I want to keep a bit of control for myself.

This is the tool I use for my Google Ads reporting, it's very easy and quick to pull keywords lists in pdf or Excel sheet. Plus the option to receive it automatically by email helps a lot.
I know there are a lot of options to monitor and optimize campaigns but we're not using them

Inconvénients

Too bad I can't program the automatic reception of a Google Sheet. Also, I'd love to be able to see banners in the tool (Google Display, Fb Ads, D&V 360...). The learning curve for creating reports is not very intuitive

From the moment you connect your accounts, the tool has recommendations for you. It is an effective way to cut down on hours of manual digging through your SEM campaigns.

Inconvénients

The UI is a bit dated, leading to some small confusion when first logging in. You are also able to link Facebook Ad campaigns, but there seems to be no optimization options for these accounts.

Cross account rule implementation based on optimization theory and essentially using it as my best friend for doing complex analysis.

Inconvénients

It is very literal, I would recommend a toggle behind the scenese that opens the last account that the feature was ran with instead of the current one selected. Frequently I open a report name X_Account but the account selector is on Y_Account and it defaults to the account selected (It's logical I get that). When we are scrambling for reports with huge amounts of clients it would be a time saver.

How flexible it is to add almost anything.

1. When renaming a widget, it's hard to find back which specific widget I picked because of the name change. It'll be helpful if there's like 2 title headers to differentiate. So eg: I picked "Facebook Demographic Performance" widget, then if I name it "ABC", assuming I have forgot which widget I picked, I'll have to try to select one widget at a time again to see if I picked the same thing.

2. "Show all accounts" is not a default when want to see single and multi account scheduled reports.

3. Spreadsheet table does not show all columns when connecting with Google Sheets.

4. FAQ and how-to articles can be improved.

Customer service is nice, reactive, efficient and always listening to suggestions and comments. I also like the nice reports you can quickly produce.

We set up custom rules that go into a feature called workouts which we have a koi for all accounts to have this (ours is 11 optimisations bundled into 1 workout command) run at least once per week... this way we know the core optimisations have been completed and is a god sent when things are super busy as we can get on with building new campaigns and let Optimyzr give us the peace of mind that a minimum touch benchmark is kept. Love it!

It has limitations with regards to smart bidding - i don't love the idea of using tCPA adjustments on an ad group level.

- I love the Shopping campaigns tool, it helps you to create hundred of campaigns in just a few minutes
- I also like a lot the tool to adjust the target ROAS and CPA of my campaigns for not losing any chance to convert
- I find pretty useful the Rule Engine, you can define your own rules to apply to your campaigns if they fit to the constraints that you define
- The Spanish support is amazing (thanks team!)

- I would improve the interface, to make it easier on the eyes

The best feature is Instant Reporting as well as how quickly it pulls data in. This software is my go-to for another level of insights for PPC Management.

The software is very easy to use. It's not that is does things that can't be done in Google or Bing Ads, it just makes certain portions easier to see.

You can save time by optimizing Optmyzr's recommendations specifically at the keywords level and they have good AdWords Scripts.

So many tools to help you improve the ROI of your PPC campaigns but above all their Enhanced Scripts tool is insane, no need to be a coder anymore to use the power of AdWords Scripts!

If you manage just 1 or 2 Adwords campaign with small monthly budgets it's hard to justify the cost of Optmyzr.

There are a couple of features that make it really easy to do a quick tune-up of our accounts each day. The expensive keyword tool points out any keywords that are overspending and under converting and offers suggestions on new bids. We also have a very segmented geographic audience that changes on a monthly basis due to our business model. With Optimizers geo tool, we can quickly see where we are over or under spending by location and then it suggests bid modifications to help us meet our individual business goals.

Inconvénients

Limited ability to manage Bing as in-depth as Google.

The best thing for me is Shopping Refresher Pro , Manage bids, Keyword Lasso and Traffic Sculptor and also the reporting system.

The loading time when im on an overview with all my accounts is a bit slow and i would like it to load faster, or else im pretty happy about everything that is possible.

Avantages

Account overview dashboard (slice data by channel, projected budgets and more). Reporting is the biggest value and our clients are amazed with how customized these reports are.

I think certain elements are a little clunky to use, but once you familiarize yourself with tools they flow ok. But it is definitely more intuitive than a lot of these new UI updates we are seeing with major players like Google Adwords.
