It's an adequate pdf reader and it is equipped with the basic pdf tools that you would find in most pdf programs

Inconvénients

Purchasing a lifetime subscription only to find out several months later that I am not eligible for updates, and after the updates are released, the older version will not work well.

Ho provato ad usare questo editor di PDF, ma subito l’ho disinstallato.È lentissimo nell’apertura e molto costoso.Appesantisce la ram del pc e di conseguenza rallenta tutto il sistema operativo.Ci ho messo tempo solo per fare una modifica PDF.

Avantages

It has tons of features! It makes creating a fillable form nearly effortless, it can recognize scanned documents, convert PDF files to Word and several other programs, has full editing capabilities, and basically can do almost everything Adobe can do for less money.

Inconvénients

It is missing a few features that would be helpful. When you combine PDF's to create a new file it doesn't add the existing bookmarks, which is annoying but not a deal breaker. Until recently it was just smaller issues like that, but since a recent update we have been having more problems with it crashing and altering data in documents after they were saved.

It has the features I use the most: in-line text editing, ability to mark up client proofs and return in a format they can read, combine files, easily convert from other programs to PDF files and vice versa. If you've worked with other PDF software, this should be fairly easy to use. The pricing for the basic version is reasonable, and the combination of features and pricing is a good value.

Inconvénients

Some of the editing features aren't intuitive and/or easy to access/figure out how to use. The program freezes up on certain functions, and I have to close and re-open files to accomplish a task. There are too many updates. It seems like every time I open a file, I'm prompted to update. I wish the publisher would batch updates and/or think ahead more so that they could make numerous changes at one time instead of the dribs and drabs they come in.

Avantages

The software has a very friendly user interface and it is easy to get up to speed pretty quickly if you have never seen the software before. And it has most of the essential tools you would find in pricier alternatives like Acrobat. Also, doesn't require an annual subscription.

Inconvénients

Conversion to MS Word does not work well. Even if you have run OCR on the document before converting, it sometimes inserts entire pages as images instead of editable text.

I do like being able to edit my PDF, I happy that you added the Signature Feature. Another good feature is being able to convert to more than just Word.

Inconvénients

I feel the prior version has less bugs than the new version and I wish I had made note of them all. Trouble locating the new options in the edit menus i.e. "Signature" is under "more" in "Comments" not quite intuitive and the program crashes a lot. Still not able to effectively manage fonts because I can pick on font and get something completely different when it prints or after saving.

It's affordably priced and a much better value for the money than Adobe Acrobat. Converting a document to Word format is simple. Excel conversion needs improvement.

I don't like that it always defaults to color printing, Every time it updates to a new version, Windows 10 reverts to making Edge the default app for pdf documents. Converting a document to Excel is far more complicated than it needs to be. It's very difficult to convert to Excel and keep the columnar format. The interface for editing a document seems very unintuitive to me.

Interface is relatively straightforward and easy to use.

Inconvénients

Stability problems dealing with larger pdfs, started getting worse when version 7 launched and the developer decided they needed more revenue. We will probably not be buying the upgrade.

Confusing. Not sure how to use as replacement. Requires frequent update. Features seem great but not sure how to use effectively.

The Installation was painless and the UI was nice. The PDF's were easier to read on screen in comparison to other companies. I think the lay out is nice.

Inconvénients

The Functionality is not their or at least need a better and easier explanation on how to use it. The additional cost for OCR is not ideal.

Avantages

I like the many capabilities and functionality of PDFelement. I used the editing function most often, and find the batch conversion utility also very helpful in converting pdf's to another editable form.

Inconvénients

I don't like the difficulty in navigating the menus and how cumbersome many of the functions are to use.

Avantages

The company is extremely responsive to customers, and the intended functionality is desirable. When I had a problem, they tried very hard to make it all work, including working with my files and giving me an alternate product to try. I think this is a great company; I just have a task that doen't work in this software.

Even their tech support had to acknowledge that the PDFs we were converting did not come out in usable Excel format. Ironically, it had worked fairly well until we installed an upgrade. Now, honestly - we have to use other methods to convert the customer POs that come as PDFs.

It is slow and hard to fill in a PDF form. Most fields does not wrap the text as you expected (assuming you used MS Word). It takes lots of time tuning text field (and field loading). I spend like an hour to fill in 4 pages.

I tried PDFElement for like 10 mins and decided to buy because I saw the '30 days money-back guarantee'. But in fact it's guarantee only limited to the cases it's a technical issue and you do not want to wait for fix. This 'guarantee' sucks. A refund due to defect is nature and does not worth advertising.

I like that it is priced well in comparison to most other pdf editing and converting programs. It was also easy to download.

Most features seem like they still need to be worked on. Editing a pdf in PDFElement 6 is terrible.

It works. Especially on a beautiful day. There's not any glitches or anything such of that nature that I have come across.

It sometimes can be slow. It can be a little confusing at times, but it still works great. If there wa a tutorial video then it would be a lot easy to work with.

Easy to use. The bates labeling is a simple process.

The software is prone to crashing at times. I don't like that the "Select" and "Edit" tabs are separate. Especially since the options under "Select" are mostly items that you expect under edit. Also, it should be able to handle larger file sizes.

Ease of combining and deleting pages. These features are superior to adobe. Additionally, certain kinds of text additions are relatively straightforward.

Clunky, slow. Editing features lacking. There are no check marks or other symbols at the ready. Editing once then adding changes later can result in very goofy formatting that is undesirable

It's far cheaper than Acrobat Pro and offers most of the same functionality. The design is clean and professional and it seems to work without requiring too much company memory.
