Very impressed with Proxyclick

Proxyclick is an very well designed visitor management system that works well via web browsers and via tablets. We chose Proxyclick to handle visitors at our 55-person office in New York City. Our staff adopted the system quickly and the Proxyclick staff has been very responsive to the few questions that we had during implementation.

Avantages

The interface is very intuitive. The new "recurring visit" feature is great. The printed badges are very professional looking

Inconvénients

Even though visitor photos can be taken from a PC, we are anxiously awaiting the ability to take photos from am iPad kiosk.

A Software and a Team That You Can Depend On!!

From clients, to employees, everyone has loved this software and thanks to Proxyclick it has made the hassle of signing in such a breeze now. Our employees love that they get notified when clients have arrived, our HR department is happy that we officially have a sign-in sheet where names are legible, and accurate with dates and times. This was a big issue before with using just pen and paper. I have researched many companies online and I am very pleased with Proxyclick. The option to choose the paid version and free version is great as well, they are committed to the customer either way and that says a lot about the company. Every client that comes in and enjoys the iPad sign in app, I give the name "ProxyClick" so hopefully they can incorporate it at their office as well. Last but not least, any issue that I've had, the Proxy team has been 100% supportive. I especially want to shout out to support team who did not stop till they resolved our issues. I could not be happier with the software and the team! A big thank you Proxyclick from SafeKick Americas!

Avantages

What I like most about this software is the ease of use. It was so easy to set up, and very user friendly.

Inconvénients

I have yet to find something I do not like about this software, seriously, what is there NOT to love!

Proxyclick

We have been using the product for a couple of years now and have been very happy with it. We had some IOS issues at first but the latest version fixed it. I would recommend this to any small to med size company.

Avantages

It is very easy to quickly check someone in and out. I really like the new kiosk software

Inconvénients

Would like to see the ability to fully customize fields to suit specific needs. I.E. checking out keys or badges

Can't say enough about Proxyclick

I honestly cannot say enough about Proxyclick. Their customer service and the amount at which they they clearly value their customers is absolutely outstanding! We have had Proxyclick for about a year now, and the product keeps getting better and better! With new features introduced often, the company does an excellent job of communication so that customers aren't scared and have more than enough warning for any adjustments that may come to the software. As with every single company out there, every GREAT now and then there is a small glitch (We have only faced 2 in our time) but their response time and communication back and forth about the issue and status of the resolution of the issue is consistent and truly makes us feel like valued customers. If you are looking to make your business (or school in our case) feel more safe, while providing an excellent experience for your visitors AND your employees, stop looking because you've found the right company. The integration process was flawless & simple, maintenance takes zero effort on the customers behalf. We are so happy we have found Proxyclick and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Proxyclick makes my job easier

Saves me a lot of time and saves the visitor and the host a lot of time.

Avantages

- Easy to use
- Visitor doesn't have to wait, is signed in with 1 click
- Proxyclick saves all data, recognizes the visitor on his next visit

Inconvénients

Can't think of anything, there really aren't any disadvantages.

Proxyclick - Easy to setup with lots of very useful features

Visitor visibility, with all details available at any time on a web site.

Avantages

Even though we use the free version the support has been excellent. We like the ability to see all activity through a web site, including being able to amend visitor details, e.g. if they select the wrong host we can easily fix that. It is very easy to add hosts, i.e. all staff, and we get full details of each visitor including a photo. The legal disclaimer is easy to amend, as is the front screen that is representative of our group of companies. There are plenty of other features that are too numerable to mention. No other software seemed to offer the feature set or ease of use, especially for the price. And they also 'phoned me during the trial period to make sure that I was getting on just fine with the software!

Inconvénients

Nothing major to complain about, but only very minor things, such as the Sign In and Sign Out buttons on the home screen could be ever so slightly more obvious. But nothing at all off-putting.

Quality Review

Needed assistance with creating a extra template for badges. Reached out to customer support for assistance on showing me where to go to edit badges. Was able to find it myself and start editing do to the easy navigation of the site.

Avantages

The ease of navigating thru the website made it really easy to find the category for creating a badge and the customization options that they give you are great. IM customer support is really good as well. Having the ability to talk to someone right away is always a nice feature.

Inconvénients

I didn't like that I can only do 1 template at a time. It'd be nice to have more than 1 so that I can ahead of time create a template for a special event rather than waiting till the day of.

Useful tool for visitor management

We've been using the tool for half a year now and has made the registration and visitor handling much easier. The visitor gets a dynamic look and feel which gives a nice impression. The host is being notified in multiple ways, which is very handy and the feedback from our employees has been great.

Avantages

Very dynamic application with lots of features. The web interface is user friendly and helpful for the receptionists.

Inconvénients

The iOS app sometimes crashes, but is easily fixed.

Amazing Services

Any time I've had a question about the software, I've had a very rapid response with pictures even sent for clarification if I don't understand the first time. The staff is super helpful and everything else is pretty straightforward, regarding the ease of what the program has to offer. I also like that I can add guests into the system prior to their arrival, even if it is a few days in advance.

Avantages

The ease of the program. How easily you can add new guests in and that you can add them way in advance too if you know they will be visiting the facility.

Inconvénients

That you can't see the reviews right away when someone leaves them and that there is a lag for adding in a host that isn't yourself. You have to click out of it a couple of times before it recognizes that you want to add someone besides yourself into the system.

Keep records of your visitors

Avantages

This software has helped me in keeping a track of all the visitors who visit our organization through its database. Because of this we don't need to keep the records using a pen and registers. The interviewing process has also gained high momentum because of this.

Inconvénients

There isn't anything to be disliked. Just that the home screen should have been made customizable but that is not a very big issue.

Proxyclick is very user friendly and the support is great

Avantages

Proxyclick is a great tool for logging visitors. We use an ipad as a kiosk where our visitors can log in. The person they're visiting automatically receives a text message alerting them of their visitors.
We are even able to alert all visitors of an emergency through text message.
What I love the most is the support. It's wonderful to receive such hands on support from someone who immediately helps you with your issue.

Inconvénients

You get reports about your visitors, which is nice. It could be a bit broader though. The list of possible reports is slim.

Superb Product.

This software has brought us peace of mind. We used to use visitor logs, now we can easily be alerted when our visitors arrive and can check them out remotely!

Good feature set and excellent customer support

Customer support has been exceptional. The customer is not kept in the dark, and features are constantly being added. Great overall.

Great tool!

We use ProxyClick to manage visitor access to our global data center facilities. Large groups can be hard to manage from a registration and logistics perspective. ProxyClick provides us with a very streamlined workflow for adding visitor access to our facilities for small or large groups. I strongly recommend this tool to anyone who has frequent visitor registration requirements.

Avantages

Simplicity of the user interface and ability to import large lists of guests.

Inconvénients

Some of the fields within the registration flow are not intuitive and can be confusing.
