Septic review of forms
Overall I'm satisfied. I just wanted them to add a $ to the numbers.
Avantages
The pictures are really important for us. This makes it easy for us when we go back to a customer's house years later. We can see where the septic tank is located.
Inconvénients
I wanted them to add a $ sign to the numbers. They would never help me. I thought this would be done when the invoice was designed since it involves money. I asked several times.

Great app for Contractors
Truecontext is a great app that really allows me to see any issues on the job from my home office
Avantages
It allows me to see details of the jobsite in real time.
Inconvénients
The team cannot share notes with each other and it only allows one person to upload notes.

Overall prompt forms has been a productive addition to our tools. It is worth the price paid.
Avantages
The product works well and helps to keep required forms in a central place with easy access by all.

Easy to use!
Overall we've had a very good experience. We've used TrueContext for nearly a decade now.
Avantages
What I like most about TrueContext is ease of use. I'm not very techy, but I am still able to navigate to what I need.
Inconvénients
What I like least about TrueContext is that I am unable to delete forms I no longer use.

Be careful with this company!
Be careful with this companyI was told the only way to evaluate the software was to sign a contract. Billing would start 30 days after I signed. I would then have that 30 days to evaluate and could cancel if the software was not suitable for our project. On a MS Teams call I specifically asked the sales rep if I could cancel before billing started and they said Yes. We explored integrating the product into our workflow for 2 weeks. It did not meet our needs.I tried to cancel and they said it was not possible. I would have to pay for a full year. Regrettably I did not record the sales call. and of course neither did they. They said they don't have that capability. Which of course is not true. It's a simple checkbox in MS Teams to record to the cloud.
Avantages
I can't find any pros as they misrepresented the evaluation period.
Inconvénients
The company misrepresented the contract. Very shady sales practices.

Easy to manage and easy to set up forms and easy to deploy to the field
Inconvénients
Reports are not easy to format as needed. Size limit on reports is a real problem 20 MB is too small

ProntoForms Helps Us Not Miss What is Going on in the Field
ProntoForms just works and once it's set up you really don't have to do much.
Avantages
The best feature is the ease of use. We need to keep accurate records in the field and send info to our back office. This software does both easily and it is very customizable.
Inconvénients
It would be nice to integrate it into our accounting program, but we have not found an easy solution for this yet.

Taylor Freezer
The last round of beta releases; Repeating sections & Conditional Logic, is a major step forward, but you need to get caught up on the web portal so we can adjust the forms on beta changes ourselves (I'm also involved with that beta team and reviewed the first draft last week).
Still need major functionality added in file (data source) features and more advanced conditional logic to make this product top end.
Customer service in the past was just so, so and Taylor felt like their voice was not being heard and was actually starting to look at alternatives mostly due to of lack of functionality . But lately since being very involved with various beta teams, the contact level has been superior, and response great. The enhancements we've been asking for, for years are starting to become available and Taylor is starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. If this tend continues, Taylor will continue to deploy this product.

Lack of programming functionality from a design stand point. We need a highly sophisticated form to make this work for us, and we are not yet there.

Excellent solution to paper forms!
Has literally transformed our business. Couldn't live without it
Avantages
Saves us a lot of time doing paperwork, gets the data to the home office instantly
Inconvénients
Could have an advanced logic editor, and there are some things with repeatable sections that are a pain

Revolutionised our business
Avantages
We have moved from paper triplicate job sheets which often got lost, took a while to return to the office to manually invoice to a paperless dynamic company. Therefore we invoice much quicker and our cash flow is much better. Customers love to see images / photos of the jobs we do. We can also drill down into the types of jobs we are completing and therefore focus on the most profitable areas of the business.
Inconvénients
It's just the best tool we have but I need to spend a bit more time making it work better for us. Can't say there's much wrong with the way we use it.

Has made my life a WHOLE lot easier
Avantages
Not only is the software easy for the office staff but it is also easy to use for the technicians who not always are the best at record keeping.
Inconvénients
I guess my only complaint would be that its sometimes confusing when designing a new form and getting it implemented, but any time I've had a problem, one phone call is all it took to help me.

It's perfect for our rental form solutions
It helps streamline our process and eliminates the need to print out forms and have extra unwanted paperwork floating around.
Avantages
It eliminates paper, it cuts down on time filling out paper work, it's easily integrated with Google Drive or other type of data forms. It's amazing to say the least.
Inconvénients
Definitely a steep learning curve but if you're willing to sit down and learn, you'll figure it out. Plus the support team is fantastic. They always answer questions and you also have access to the support forum for answers.
