Inconvénients

ProntoForms pricing can be costly, particularly for larger businesses. However, the platform offers a diverse selection of pricing plans, allowing businesses to choose one that aligns with their budgetary constraints. Although ProntoForms provides ample customization options, it does have certain limitations to be aware of.

Avantages

The software is very easy to use and set up forms. We utilize the software for a multitude of departments, for example safety and quality audits, vendor material and lot tracking, and process flow documentation. Having the ability to utilize conditional formatting, take pictures with notation and export the data has helped us improve our processes.

Inconvénients

The biggest hurdle we have had is setting up workflow for our quality audits. We use one form to document quality defect corrections and only one employee can work on the form at a time. It would be beneficial to have the ability to have more than one user be in a form and see updates in real time.

Avantages

There aren't many positives if any I can say about True Context as it sits now. It is a data collection center. For an upcharge there are other analytics capabilities that other companies roll into one standard price.

Inconvénients

Smart logic works less than 50% of the time when you have long forms that require a lot of smart logic. The analytics you get is practically nothing. You have to build a power BI or another spreadsheet to decipher the data collection, so in theory, you are paying for multiple services that could be done with one provider. (Safety Culture and Predictive Solutions are two that are one-stop shops for data and analytics).

Avantages

Customizable form questions and conditional logic, and the various data destinations that are not all on other platforms. Great program for large, complicated forms.

Inconvénients

Form Builder is a bit clunky and needs updating. Some bugs with large forms, and some issues lately with email data destinations blocking certain emails within our user domain.

Very powerful and rapid form building tool with good capabilities for most day-to-day data collection usage and field activities.

Inconvénients

The tool is very easy to pick up and use but lacks some advanced features you'd come to expect in a form builder. (Selecting default pages, section by section read-only, conditional logic is limited - could use group tagging, additional "then" effects, conditional page visibility, reusable form components, templating, custom styling.)

Sometimes submitted forms don't always make it to the distribution email list but I believe this may be an internal/personal problem. Lots to still learn in this powerful form builder!

The pictures are really important for us. This makes it easy for us when we go back to a customer's house years later. We can see where the septic tank is located.

I wanted them to add a $ sign to the numbers. They would never help me. I thought this would be done when the invoice was designed since it involves money. I asked several times.

The UI is clear, quick, and fluid, making it simple to use and configure. ProntoForms and Salesforce are very well linked. We have seen a decent improvement in productivity, which has been fantastic for our business. The software is extremely user friendly and has simple navigation.

what I liked the most about this platform is its ease of use and the customization capacity it offers. Being a no-code tool, I was able to create and tailor forms specifically for my needs quickly and easily, without having to rely on a team of developers.

This is a very useful and easy to use tool, there are certain aspects that could be improved. In my experience as a user, I sometimes found that the navigation on the platform could be a bit confusing, especially at first. I also would have liked more customization options when it came to the appearance of the forms, as I sometimes felt they were a bit drab.
