In general excellent support team

Very very good... and happy...

Support team
The fact that i can manage the amount of bookings per day etc

Inconvénients

Pricing... i am new in the market.. and monthly it is alot.. for someone that only got 2 online bookings in the past 3 years.... bit i love how it intergrates witn alot of other companies

It's okay if you are not based in an African country

Overall, Redzy is an excellent experience. The site is reliable, easy to use, and well organized. Would recommend for the training material.

Avantages

Rezdy is very easy to use and learn. they have a help section with instructions on how to do a lot . Overall my experience has been excellent. And would recommend to anyone not resident in an African country to give it a try.

Inconvénients

We did have some hiccups in the beginning but we never worked them out. Hoping to try them again and see how it works this time around.
