When on travel to other countries, we would often get blocked from accessing sites or videos that we would normally be able to watch. I tried using other VPN clients, but none of them worked even though I was able to select the country. TunnelBear came as a surprise to me, as it was easy to install, it comes with a fun and creative interface with literal tunnels appearing on the map, and when you click on them you see a bear go to that place and make a funny "rawr!" sound. But beside the cuteness, TunnelBear worked like a charm in hiding my IP address and effortlessly connected me to that country. I was able to use the internet as if I was in that country, and without any network slowdowns. I did not experience any connection drops even after being connected for a long time, as opposed to other VPNs. I've only used the free version, but I am heavily considering purchasing the paid version as it is very affordable, and honestly it is just that good!

The best part I liked about Tunnel Bear is that it's so easy to use ! Literally anyone can use it ! I've never ever seen a bug so far and I always get the best bandwidth available from the enormous number of servers they have. It's a very good VPN service, better than most others out there and affordable too aside the free trial.

I don't have much regrets about using tunnel bear but sometimes the queue is long and bandwidth may drop but that only proves how many people are using this great service.

I use the android app for this, it helps me in adding an additional layer of security by routing my traffic through some other country. Sometimes there might be some things that you want to check out which are available elsewhere, you might be able to use this to your benefit(if it is allowed), or to avoid websites from tracking you

TunnelBear is a reliable VPN. I almost never get disconnection issues, and it works well for internet surfing. I also like that TunnelBear sponsors content creators that I watch on Youtube, and was my main reason for picking up the VPN.

Although Tunnelbear rarely has outright disconnections, there is still a noticeable drop in internet speed when connected to their network. This makes it somewhat hard to justify using compared to the convenience of not using any VPN. I would also like more transparency on TunnelBear's data collection and policies.

I use both a windows machine and a macbook, and TunnelBear works smoothly on them. I often use services that are available in the US only and travel at the same time. TunnelBear makes it easy for me to keep using those services while overseas. Especially banks and other financial institutions that require US based connections.

It is very expensive to use on a non-trial use basis. Although you get extra data when you post on social media, I feel like with the plethora of affordable VPN options available TunnelBear is not priced competitively.

It allows multiple device support on one account. In addition to that, we know our data is always safe. Tunnelbear doesn't keep browsing history either.

It works on different device platforms like Windows, iOS, Android, and Mac, (I have Windows and Android), so you can protect yourself from snoopers whichever device you are on. I use TunnelBear when I need to switch my IP to seem as it is originating from a different country. The switch is almost instant (with a great bear animation) and your IP is truly changed. Use it for instance to test how ads show up in a particular country or when travelling. Your transmitted data is also encrypted, thus offers much more than simple proxy usage.

This piece of software saved multiple times during my business trips. I often need to access Telegram messages or some Yandex content from my clients, that is not available in some countries. After easy setup of TunnelBear and selecting US region all required content gets available. I use TunnelBear at my laptop and iphone. Installation at laptop is really trivial and took 2 minutes for me, however, it took about 30 minutes to get it workingon my iPhone.

At my iPhone it breaks the connection as time I lock phone screen so I need to activate the tunnel over and over. In May, 2018 it suddenly stopped routing Telegram traffic, but in July it got back to work.
