Smart,Flexibile, High Quality, Speed, Bug-Free and almost everything needed for a cloud-based application covering all the required modules.

Training Module needs to be improved or connected with an LMS.

- This is one of the best applications that I have used, implemented or purchased in the past 9 years of my professional career
Inconvénients
- Almost nothing
- A few features or modules were not up to the mark when they started this up but the company have been taking every feedback seriously and continues to deliver all the possible features at a very fast pace without taking much time.

Mutualism within clicks away
Avantages
The best thing about WebHR is the ease at getting to know the Daily Dose of Information with just a few clicks . Any industry can make use of this software to connect and share knowledge or ideas with each other so "Team work makes the Dream work" . Moreover its the ability to mutualise on this platform that makes us the happiest users.
Inconvénients
Being a long term user of this software I haven't found anything least likeable on this software.

Interim HR
I have enjoyed working with the staff and learning the system overall. There are a several functions that I am currently exploring and will be using this year as we move forward into a new year.
Avantages
I like that it stores all the information you need it to and that there are lots of options for integrations.
Inconvénients
When first learning the software it is a bit difficult to navigate as different functions are in different sections. Its almost like it is layered in.

Webhr is easy to use and I enjoy the features that are offered.
It helps keep accurate employee work hours and produces proper time sheets. This has improved our payroll process tremendously. The system also provides and easy way to capture employee information for employee verification's.
Avantages
The payroll functions and reimbursement features is what I personally use the most. Those functions are easy to navigate. We also really enjoy the appreciation badges, it is an easy way to show appreciated or recognition of a fellow colleague.
Inconvénients
Sometimes there are issues with on boarding and employees receiving the emails. This has improved but there is still some improvements that can be made to that function. The once things that I dislike the most is the delay in responses from Customer Support. There are many times where I have had to send multiple emails and days will go by before a response is given. Sometime even the response is not helpful.

Holistic HR Platform
I have started using this platform 2 weeks ago in my organization and I absolutely love it. The range of options it provides is exceptional and considering the fact that I have worked with various platforms, this one beats all of them.
Avantages
It covers almost all of your immediate and long term needs.
Inconvénients
So far, I've not come across any feature/option that I would dislike.

Its good to have all your employee on single platform, and manage their task, leaves, attendance and many more things on internet and can access from any where any time . Its easy to use and simple.
Inconvénients
Hosted on web so the only threat is security, JavaScript is used and if any of the user is programmer and access confidential information with a little effort

WebHR is an excellent product. I am very Satisfied.
It was helpful to reduce my efforts, Managing my HR records more efficiently and the employees also got a feeling that the HR have a control on them and we are monitoring them.
Avantages
I like the way we mark the attendance, approval process for absence, requesting leaves, tracking leave records. The best thing I like about Web HR is the "Time Clock" view, It gives me a birds eye view about my employee's time management.
Inconvénients
Initially my staff had difficulty to access the system just to mark the attendance. Now we are using a tab (time clock) and it is cool.

The software is easy to use. It saves alot of personnel time using the attendance and payslip generator module.
Avantages
Easy to use software. The dashboard is a great tool for company updates for everyone can see company updates.
Inconvénients
Occasional bugs that made the experience not as good as it could have been. Took a little time to get use to.

The mobile app is not functional properly. Online web also not that much user friendly.
If the features are working properly then it will be a good HR software

The functions are not working properly according to the features. The organization news are not opening in mobile app. Many features are asking admin rights.
