Not as good as the competition and dishonest leadership
I found some actions by the founders in how they handled customers who pre-paid for a lifetime account in extremely questionable territory on ethics.
Basically they took tens of thousands of dollars of early investors money and gave a lifetime account promising they would roll out online payments for credit cards.
When they finally rolled it out, it is a free service for paid plans but they went back on their word for these early investors. They now want a percent of ALL the revenue paid through the platform ON TOP of the actual payment fees from Paypal etc.
Except, if you give up your lifetime account and convert to a monthly subscription model, then they don't take a percent of your sales collected.
The way they still to this day deny this basic integration they promised to these customers - their lack of bug fixes - their rude customer responses when it comes to this top
Avantages
I like that I can make a proposal, save things as a template, and make a decent looking proposal.
Inconvénients
I found the template builder a little bit clunky with the design and lost my designs a few times as I was learning the platform.

Better, Better Proposals
At the end of the day, Better Proposals is still just a one-trick wonder, designed to create business proposals that result in service contracts. The templates are highly visual, and may not appeal to all businesses and/or their respective clients. As the service grows, they have to develop more templates with a variety of approaches to their "look and feel." As of the time of this review, the only available templates are:
Business Coaching
Business Consulting
Event Planner Quote Template
Event Planning Final Sign-off
Gardening Quote Template
Landscaping Quote Template
Wedding Planner
The team is also working to develop various kinds of integrations, with connections to your CRM, chat service, payment processors, Facebook ads, PM services like Asana, Basecamp and Trello, and anything you can connect via Zapier. Hopefully they will grow into an excellent option, but for now, proceed with caution.

Nice dashboard, with a selection of templates to whet your creative juices.
Inconvénients
Feels not quite there yet—though the team behind this SAAS firm seem to be working diligently to enhance the user experience.

Too focused on proposals
Avantages
Very designed focused product. The layouts/templates/cover pages are beautiful, some of the best in the industry. The formatting ability is also excellent, very simple and easy to format.
Inconvénients
Weird to say but Better Proposals is too focused on just proposals. Outside of that, the software is very limited vs. what you get with Pandadoc and Docusign. Also not a huge fan of being limited on how many documents I can send in a month.
