iVvy - A good and sustainable digital solution
iVvy helps us during our operation - all from quotes and bookings in the conference department to use virtual run sheet on an IPAD for our waiters and kitchen staff.
Avantages
It is fast, minimal downtime, virtual run sheet and you can open multiple tabs
Inconvénients
The limited integration on postings to our PMS system and problems with translations in documents to Danish.

Avantages
You can truly do so much and the system is very supportive. The iVvy team too is the best! Having real support is the biggest PRO of iVvy!! You guys rock and make a world of a difference!
Inconvénients
There are lots of different ways to navigate the system and sometimes that can be overwhelming. Reporting too needs to be more dependable.

Easy to Use Venue Management Software
Avantages
The ease of use and customization of the system. We have been able to easily adjust our tracking, custom settings and full streamline our events set-up, contracting and operations. The support team is incredibly responsive and able to assist with any queries that may pop up.
Inconvénients
A couple of fixed system settings which could be better optimized.

When integrating it with Xero there were a few tweaks required however the iVvy team were very helpful and supportive in finding the solution

Lots of pros - few cons
Avantages
Easy to use, easy and straight forward to set up anything, great seeing when people have viewed any links.
Inconvénients
needs to be exact spelling when searching anything, can only create 3 invoices automatically then need to create manually, breakfast numbers don't always change when changing room numbers. Doesn't speak to our hotel software

User-Friendly and Well-Suited for Our Company’s Needs
Avantages
I've found IVvy to be user-friendly and straightforward to learn and use. For our company's size and the way we utilize the software, it’s a really good fit. The interface is intuitive, making it easy for our team to navigate and manage our needs efficiently.
Inconvénients
The only minor drawback is that sometimes the software feels a bit restrictive, not allowing as much flexibility as we might like. However, this has been a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.

Happy long time user
Avantages
iVvy has FANTASTIC customer support, always able to assist with short notice. Easy to navigate and easy to get the hang of relatively quickly. Can be utilised with lots of detail or used quite simply too. Integrating seven rooms, paylink etc has been a game changer for us and reduced so much double handling admin!
Inconvénients
A few minor things - tasks being associated to a booking, so when cancelling a quote these all cancel too. Being able to move a booking between venues (we have a 3-level building and if a booking wants to change venue we have to start again) - being able to add a custom note for the online enquiry when in busy time or closed for Christmas so customers don't think they're being ignored. Can sometimes be overwhelming with how much there is that could be used and learnt but thats not a bad thing!

It has been very simple to use and learn. I would recommend this program to anyone in the event industry.
Avantages
I like how straight forward everything is- and that you have access to links to help you through things.
I also like having a direct contact I can talk to for help.
Inconvénients
There isn't anything that I do not like.

Easy & Great System
Love it - makes my job so much easier and quicker.
Avantages
The system as a whole is efficient and great to sue. Helps streamline procedures and generates documents within 5 seconds which normally takes hours. Friendly customers service our main contact [sensitive content hidden] and the rest of the Ivvy team are always eager to assist.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the formatting for some of the documents can be a bit tricky to adjust.

Avantages
I really enjoy the amount of details this system is able to go into which helps me remember the little things when planning a block or an event; I also love the ease of integration with our PMS system. To top it all off the support team is amazing and SO helpful!
Inconvénients
The original integration was a bit rough with dates not matching, details not matching. I also don't find it necessarily self-explanatory

Compared to other Event Management system, Ivvy is really a friendly system, easy to use.
Avantages
Easy access, lots of useful tools. Reports are easy to extract.

Full function use
Avantages
The ability to invoice from the system and accurately track all event and accommodation financials. Our prior event system didn't have this capability, and this has been a game changer for us!
Inconvénients
Correcting spelling errors rather than just underline them in red. Having this prompt like a Word doc would be benefical and time saver

iVvy is very easy to navigate and has some great features.
Avantages
Easy of generating invoices, producing quotes and contracts.The task feature is great for tracking also. The summary page is also great at a glance.
Inconvénients
The accommodation component of invoices needs to be laid out broken down more instead of one bulk figure for clients t o easily see breakdown of cost

Avantages
We have a very helpful customer success Manager ( [sensitive content hidden]) who responds quickly with any questions and knows the product thoroughly. The functionality of inviting, registering and emailing attendees is reliable.
Inconvénients
Some of the design work is restrictive and not always intuitive.

It was incredibly simple to use and onboard other users.
Inconvénients
The multiple ways to do things was a pro, but early on, it was a little confusing. I fumbled around and eventually developed my own system.

It's a one-stop solution for our event management end to end. From enquiry through to reporting, we can access all the information in one place. As we scale our business Ivvy will allow up to increase efficiency while maintaining a high level of communication in the team.
Avantages
From the initial consultation through to getting us onboarded, [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] have been impressively efficient in communicating every step of the way. [sensitive content hidden] was our initial point of contact and was very professional and clearly explained costs, processes and how Ivvy would fit in with our business framework. Through onboarding, [sensitive content hidden] was friendly and very helpful in getting the venue set up in the back end.

Fantastic system
Saves time because creates the majority of the work for you and all documents. It is more accurate in taking details and allows you to assign tasks for yourself so you will never forget what you have to do.
Avantages
Easy to use, very helpful system as it allows you to save a lot of time and very straight forward and user friendly. the best thing is it is vbery user friendy and it tells you if you haven't completed a task.
Inconvénients
I haven't find anything negative but i am using it for just few months. The support is also extremely good and they reply very quickly to all enquiries you might have.

Brilliant tool, user friendly, saves time
Saving time in generating documents, which I used to do manually. The task system reminds me of everything that is still to be done.
Avantages
It is very user-friendly, easy to operate and practical. The option to generate all the documents saves a lot of time, and they are straightforward to read.
Inconvénients
Haven't found faults yet, but I have only used it for a couple of months.

Great support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] - he is my go to when needing assistance from iVvy support

ease of event orders and keeping all data in one location online.
Inconvénients
Invoicing system is a bit rigid. Template should be a bit more flexible. Part refunds capabilities can be improved. Should be able to make a refund without the system setting an amount as 'unpaid', which cannot be cleared.

My Experience
Avantages
iVvy has been a fantastic addition to our business. It has increased our professionalism throughout the whole event sales experience. It has allowed us to easily create documents such as contracts, event orders and invoices at the click of a button. The sales prompts and follow ups make it easy to ensure no enquires are forgotten. This has now become an invaluable tool we use on a daily basis. In addition the support of the onboarding team including [SENSITIVE CONTENT]was fantastic, we felt supported all the way!
Inconvénients
There was no real cons. The set up team were great, we had some initial issues with the payment gateway, however that was rectified quick and believe it was more of our banks issue.

Overall very positive. The people are great and the system offers a good level of customisation.
Avantages
I've been implementing iVvy at a new venue for hire. While we do not have any catering aspects to our operations, iVvy has the ability to be tailored to our needs.
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] our trainer has been delightful to work with. Friendly, supportive and 'can do' at all stages of our training. We have found all other contacts at iVvy to be similarly knowledgeable and helpful.
The reporting that iVvy produces is well considered and easily able to be tailored to our needs.
Once built, the system gives a lot of control over to the venue in terms of updating finance reconciliations, tailoring reports, updating fees, adding additional items etc.
Set up of virtually every aspect of iVvy can be tweaked to meet a venue's specific needs.
I would definitely recommend iVvy to venues looking for an affordable, efficient and elegant bookings solution.
Inconvénients
Ideally there would be functionality to split out the items on an invoice for payment by more than one party - from separate companies.
An example of where this would be required is in the case of a contribution subsidy by a sponsor.

Cloud based management with ability to access from all devices. Allows me to check availability and process inquiries during meetings with prospective clients.
Inconvénients
Venue setup can be intensive however once the time has been taken to complete this effectively the benefits are seen long term.

Avantages
iVvy is an easy to use program, from entering data is thorough from the initial quote through to finalizing the event. The regular training webinars are fantastic for new users, or even those just needing a few tips.
Inconvénients
Sometimes, having to amend the documents can be tedious, having to manually correct information.

Would use it again - the support crew were great.
Avantages
Made handling of large amounts of data easy. Good for financial invoicing.
Inconvénients
Setting up payment was difficult due to us being in New Zealand. First financial person we dealt with gave us financial/payment advice on the basis that we were in Australia which was stressful.

Avantages
I find Ivvy to be very user friendly! Everything is easy to find and manage and it is very easy to quickly update your storefront and venue information.
Inconvénients
I would love a section on the Function Diary where you can add in important information such as public holidays, school holidays, promotions running etc. Information that is relevant to our venue that is important to know when quoting and checking availability.

Ivvy for a major annual event - International Women's Day
The web site based system with integrated contact database was ideal for us. Responsive web pages were also good - overall, a functional tool for our needs. Had no problems with up-time or data loss, it just worked quickly and reliably
Avantages
It does the job well but the key success factor has been that tel/email support is absolutely top-notch. Payment gateways and functionality are excellent. With volunteer users and our changes from year to year makes support a critical issue.
Inconvénients
Had problems with the table allocation module.

All in one place
ivvy- powerful tool which help in event to promote and manage it successfully. But I must say use of it is really easy , from registration, ticketing, email marketing ivvy is the best...
it's not running in IE 6 but who cares...!! Now a days no one is using IE 6 as IE 7,8 and 9 in the market.. So it's not an issue..
I must say at least go for the free trial... Cheers guys.....!!!!

We have been very happy with the program and service we have received. Training with Melissa via GoToMeeting worked well and nearly every request we had has been satisfied. This program is certainly saving us time compared with our previous very manual system and paying monthly is preferable to a very large one off payment with continual upgrade costs.
