Very flexible tool to help us create output in the format required by our users

Nice package that allows me to create output in many different formats. We export our data from another cloud app into WebMerge. This is a breeze and all the data comes over without a glitch. Bringing over a form and having Webmerge recreate it using HTML is another matter. While this conversion gets close, being familiar with HTML helps a lot when the details of what a form looks like matters. Even with this HTML learning curve, WebMerge is very flexible and has saved me countless hours of valuable times.

I Love WebMerge!!

I have nothing but good things to say about WebMerge! We are a gymnastics facility and we use it to automate all of our online form submissions. We collect registration paperwork, waivers, camp forms, etc. The integration with Formstack has been invaluable for us. The users submit their information through Formstack and then WebMerge sends us, and the clients, a great looking PDF with all the required information. I've been using WebMerge for over a year now and look forward to using it for a long time!

Huge Time Saver!!!

WebMerg helped me shave 15-20 minutes off our old process. I recommend this service to any Business or Individual that deals with multiple forms on a daily basis.

Pros:
Saves time and effort when processing forms
Great support from customer service (Jeremy Clarke) helped me with any question I had.

Cons:
Not much here. The initial process will take some time if you're not familiar with creating forms from scratch but once you take time to familiarize yourself with the system, you're good.

implemented it quickly and it does the job well!

I have some technical ability, but that was from years ago. I was able to set this up quickly, and the final details that I needed help, customer support stepped up and were great!

Excellent customer support, great functionality and integrations.

Integration with workflow software to automate document creation. Benefits include reduction of admin time spent preparing documents and eliminating human error in document preparation.

Avantages

It's extremely versatile, and the support articles and team are very thorough and responsive. It can be used for so much more than I initially envisioned when I first signed up for the service.

Inconvénients

It many of the functions require more technical knowledge than I have - thankfully the support team has been very patient and helpful so far.

Highly Versatile and Efficient

WebMerge allows us the generate documents seamlessly and allows for automatic generation with other systems we have in place. It has been fantastic and has significantly reduced many man hours, streamlining most of our workflow processes.

We have not yet had any issues with WebMerge being offline / down since beginning to use it, ~3/4 months intensively now. We hope this continues. Highly recommended.

Great product and even better customer service

WebMerge is really handy to use and the performance is great.

The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars in the "ease of use" is that from time to time you need to know some "tipps and tricks" and very little coding while webmerging with office products like Excel.

Nevertheless the customer service by Jeremy is more than great! He answers within hours and is really eager to help you out.

Webmerge saves us time and money

We are a small business and found ourselves wasting so much time with generating documentation for our customers. Started to use Web Merge and now we have fantastic looking documents being generated all the time and it has allowed our business to scale without having the add the extra administration personnel that would be required without Web Merge, it makes us money.

A critical part in our web mashup of Travel awesomeness

A critical tool in my workflow

WebMerge has become a critical tool in my process workflow. It nicely tied together data from my website via Formidable Forms, merges it nicely the way I want it to look, and sends the completed document automatically to DocuSign for my clients to sign. Every time someone submits a form, I've saved 30 minutes of work. I couldn't live without it.

We use this software to send our customers confirmation letters

Pros:
Everything. We looked around for a company that could send out our date and re-route it. We found very few. having this ability makes us more professional that our competition. We have had literally no flaws with this software. I wish all services worked this efficiently. Jeremy is a world of help if I need some items added.

Saves me a ton of time

I'm really pleased with WebMerge. I use it for one specific purpose, to convert data from a Knack database into pdf reports and email them to my clients. I used to do it manually, and it would easily be a day's work. Now it's literally the click of a button, and the reports a created and emails are sent.

Super easy and powerful

We use Webmerge for all of our document creation from our CRM system (Quickbase). It saves countless hours of manual forms. We have also intergrated it with our proposal generation with excel to provide a rich and dynamic proposal for our customers.

User Friendly

I had an easy time developing the knowledge needed to begin using webmerge in my office along with formstack. Recommend webmerge if you need pdf produced from internal webforms. I did stubble a bit but got the answers I need from webmerge's support.

Great Communication Tool

Great Software

great and affordable!

it's a great way to automate all our documents. Very easy to setup for everyone! I would recommend it!
The only limitation I see is their pricing: the gap is huge when you go over 100 documents a month, probably something to review here

WebMerge has been a huge time-saver, and they have the best customer support!

Save time and promote accuracy by automating contract population from our Zoho CRM and DocuSign.

Avantages

One click of a button and my contract is populated, sent, and saved instantly. After it is setup it requires no maintenance. Jeremy is amazing on customer support, going above and beyond to help me customize our WebMerge/DocuSign/Zoho integration.

Very useful tool for simplifying work flow and making documents look great.

Very useful tool in collating info into sleek documents/tickets - massively beneficial. It was a touch tricky to use initially, but once I got the hang of it there was no looking back!

Very impressive. Easy to use, great results.

Avantages

Flexibility, you can do a lot of things with Webmerge. Integration with Zapier is great too.
There is no other software like it.

Inconvénients

Lack of documentation, but support is great and replies quickly.
It´s all in english, both interface and documentation.

Webmerge has solved quickly our need to customize documents

Avantages

Ease of use and flexibility are the top areas. The time to achieve first results is really really very short. It's really good quality- you can trust the results.

Inconvénients

Probably what we like the least about this product is the cost. In our experience, price should go up on a more smooth way.
