Daylite Review
Absolutely love the product. Marketcircle continues to update and revise the software. Would love if the developers came out with more detailed specifics for the Real Estate.
Avantages
Easy to use, easy to enter data, fairly intuitive. Very easy to capture emails with mail integration.
Inconvénients
It is difficult to create user reports, there are only a limited number of user defined text fields and date fields.

All the Features I want and More
Maintaining focus on every relationship and opportunity will take my business to a higher level.
Avantages
The deeper I get into the Daylite app, the greater is my appreciation for the thought behind the functionality. I can easily filter my contacts in a way that allows me greater efficiency in my work. Details of contacts are displayed prominently for quick reference, without having to leave the list view. Integration with Apple Mail is absolutely brilliant. Apple Mail was not my primary mail app, but it is now. Creating a task, appointment or new contact from the Mail app saves time, but most importantly, the actual contacts don't slip through the cracks. I know with certainty I will make more money by using Daylite because I will build my relationships more thoroughly.
Inconvénients
The interface isn't the most modern looking. I wish the font were larger, but I'm getting used to it. After finding out what Daylite does for me, it's worth it.

Entry level CRM to use for those just starting out - good for small teams
Brings my database to one location. I can use on multiple apple devices. Great for a teamwork environment because I can delegate tasks to certain individuals on my team. Overall, very user friendly and easy to organize.
Avantages
I like how it was specifically designed for Apple users so it works on all of my apple devices. It is visually appealing and user friendly, I can organize and sort everything the way I want it to be/look. The task feature is also great, you can assign different tasks to different team members.
Inconvénients
Price point is a bit high for the features it offers. Also, only capable with Apple products, I would like to be able to use it with other products. I also wish that it provided more online storage.

Good product if your team/company is Mac based
Avantages
The interface is really easy to use and fairly comprehensive, it's great for team working and collaborating for projects. The integration with Apple email makes it easy to create task from incoming emails.
Inconvénients
The fact that it's Apple exclusive, being one of its biggest strengths, is also kind of a limitation for users with Android devices or Windows laptops.

Daylite is a fantastic CRM tailored to those for are in the Mac ecosystem.

Avantages
Daylite is very user friendly, and during the trial for the team I observed they enjoyed the UI and workflow opposed to a more popular solution such as SalesForce. Daylite fits perfectly for small to medium sized businesses and teams, and more notably those in the creative field.
Inconvénients
Advanced functionality and integration I believe are the falling points for Daylite. I didn't observe any huge complaints, but the ability to dictate advanced functions for a customer's life cycle didn't seem to be immediately present. Features such as multiple forms of follow ups were not super intuitive.

Lots of integrations, but not my favorite CRM for the price point.
Avantages
I really enjoyed how it was designed for Mac and Apple users. The integrations worked nicely across all my devices.
Inconvénients
The price point should provide a few more features when it comes to a CRM. If they add those in, it would be a great choice.

One of the better lead apps
Avantages
Great integration with mail and managing leads. Mobile app is a nice touch in keeping in close contact and managing leads.
Inconvénients
I'm not a fan of the learning curve. To be honest, it is better to with some kind of training to help with understanding and taking advantage of the full functionality of the program
